Fantastic experience: Literally THE BEST experience i've had at a dentist. The people here are down to earth the name of the office absolutely fits, and their crown work is out of this world they make their own crowns SAME DAY! I was so scared to go to the dentist but they will not let you hurt it blew my mind every time ive gone anywhere theres been SOME kind of pain. *Special shoutout to Lane answering ANY questions I had (which was a lot), for being one of the nicest people i've ever met, and also playing great music to add to the "comfort" you actually get from being here! (Music totally optional haha awesome vibe from this place though) Thanks again for the work you guys have done I actually want to smile again! <3 For the first time in my life I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO THE DENTIST.

Fantastic experience: My first time visiting here was wonderful! I haven’t been to the dentist in a bit due to my original dentist retiring as well as many life events and was terrified because of all of the horror stories you hear about patients being shamed by the dentist and/or hygienist. The thought of potential pain due to my sensitive gums didn’t help either. Neither of those happened, both Sabrina and Dr. Rick were excellent! They were both very informative, kind, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit! Dr. Rick answered my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand! The women who checked me in and out today were also extremely pleasant. Happy to have found a new home for dental care! :)

Fantastic experience: Dawn the hygienist and Dr. Ami were incredible. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year and was so anxious about returning. The receptionist was so friendly and the waiting area was nice and welcoming (even showing hgtv which helped distract from my nerves). Dawn was kind and thoughtful with my cleaning, and Dr. Ami listened to all of my concerns and reassured me when I needed it. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend to anyone who is nervous about the dentist!

Everyone was so kind, professional and honest, they gave wonderful care. The best dental experience I ever had. Had a crown done today 9-22-25, Dr. Amni all his staff are great. Always a good experience here, highly recommend.

Positive experience: :I’ve been going to Comfort Dental for a while and have always had great experiences. Dr. Ric and the staff are welcoming, and every cleaning before today was pleasant and comfortable. But Sabrina was very different, she began my cleaning without placing anything over my shirt, and I had to ask for something to be placed to prevent it from getting soiled during the cleaning. Even then, water continued to run down my neck the entire time, and she just kept going with no regard for my comfort. As a Critical Care Nurse, I know the importance of making patients feel comfortable during procedures, and this experience fell far short of that. Overall, the cleaning was horrible. That said, the rest of the staff is always friendly and professional, which is why I keep coming here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Comfort Family Dental for over 20 years. Dr. Rick and the whole staff are fantastic and I have never once questioned about making a change. The efficiency in which they operate is unparalleled. Never long wait times and the staff including Dr. Rick always takes time with you. Every appointment he made sure I was educated on what we were doing that day and also made sure I was comfortable, any worry I had he eased my worries. He is so patient and gentle local anesthesia is never painful with him I was so afraid of the dentist but when I go in to see him I’m so excited. Thank you Dr Ami

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to!! My daughter fell off her electric bike and chipped her front tooth. Their office got us right in and were very affordable. We were greeted by Valerie at the front desk, and let me just tell you EVERY office needs a Valerie!! Her big bright smile and happy demeanor puts you right at ease. Dr. Ami and his assistant Kara were both amazing. Kara kept my daughter completely calm and talked to her like she was her friend, which kept her so distracted she didn’t even think about what Dr. Ami was doing. This dental office definitely gained our family as customers for life. It’s so rare to find such compassionate people anymore, and they all are at this office. You know this place must be good to work for, when EVERY single person we came in contact with had a smile on their face and treated us like family.

Fantastic experience: I went to Comfort Family dental today and got a cleaning by Stephanie. She was awesome. She was so very gentle. Her personality was great and she did such a great job on my teeth. I also got a consultation on some Invisalign liners Cassie., and Dr.Ami Were amazing. And so very cool They did a good job with explaining to me the procedure that I am going to need to have.done It was a very clean office. Everyone in there was very nice and polite. It was just a great first experience for me going to this Comfort Family Dental. They really made me feel like they all were family. I love this place. Fantastic experience: My first time as a patient at this practice. Dr Ami and the entire staff are amazing. The front desk receptionist said hello and made me feel welcome. The hygienist was personable and kind. She didn't make me feel nervous and always let me know what she was going to do and how I might feel. I honestly forgot I was at the dentist, I felt like I was chatting with a friend. Dr Ami was super kind and didn't make me feel bad about my dental hygiene or my smile. He got right to the point and made sure I knew what was going on. He advised a course of treatment but I didnt feel forced to go along with it like I have with other dentists. (Of course I'll be following the recommended treatment plan.) I've only met the staff once and I know they truly care about me and my dental health. 11/10 experience. I know it's just the dentist but I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentist office. The staff is amazing and the doctors are very knowledgeable. This last visit they went out of their way to accommodate me after a scheduling issue on my end. There are plenty of reasons I drive over 30min to go here.

X- rays were done and I have a very small mouth. I had no pain. I have never had such gentle pain free x- rays done before. Dr Ami was very gentle and kind and the whole office is here for you and always available to answer all of your questions and concerns. I have never felt so comfortable and confident that I am receiving the best quality of care. I feel so fortunate to have found this Dental office. I urge everyone to come me here. Fantastic experience: Speaking as a mom, I can tell you that sitting in the “parent” chair is much different than sitting in the chair myself! My 12 year old son experienced his first restorative (filling) appointment yesterday and was very nervous! I held it together for him and reassured him he would do great! From a parent standpoint, my heart ached because I knew how nervous he was, and how scary it can seem to need and have dental work done. Dr. Ami and Kailey, his assistant, completely met my expectations with the amount of compassion and patience and friendliness they exhibited throughout the appointment, as I was able to sit in the room with him during his procedure. My son had a great experience in Dr. Ami’s chair, with no post treatment discomfort, and has no fear for future dental treatment. This is huge!!

Fantastic experience: Haley the hygienist and Dr Ami were amazing ! They made my visit for a cleaning for my 2 1/2 year old and check-up/cleaning for me a total pleasure. Everything was explained to make us as comfortable as possible. Both are very personable and my little granddaughter was totally able to stay in the chair for a complete cleaning. Dr Ami took great care to investigate the very beginning of a small cavity that could easily have been missed. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have loved comfort family dental since I was a kid and Dr Rick was the best. Now my little girls go to comfort family and see Dr Rick's son Dr Ami and he is just as amazing as his dad. They are so awesome with kids and the dental hygienist Hayley is literally the best. She is such a bright happy light everytime we see her and she makes my girls feel so great about being there. I will always recommend comfort family dental.

Fantastic experience: I only write reviews when I truly believe one should be written. I’ve heard endless compliments about Dr. Rick and his staff for years. So, I I’d make appointments and not show, procrastinate, excuses, etc. I am so glad I finally went. The staff is like family, Dr. Rick is so cool, and combined they made me understand, accept some issues I’m having, we laughed and talked about our families. I thought it would just be a dentist appointment, but it was an experience - and I made a new friend. My wife and I both love Comfort Family Dental!! Fantastic experience: Today I had my bottom molar pulled, the last tooth in the back. Had a root canal on that tooth 7 yrs ago. Last week during my teeth cleaning- the xray showed there was an abscess. Dr Rick told me I needed to come in next week & have it pulled. He didn't want it getting worse & causing me any pain during the holiday time. Dr Rick gave me 3 shots today- so I wouldn't feel any pain. He took my crown off 1st- then pulled the tooth. I was smiling on the way out & told him "Thank you so much- you're Great !!" Dr Rick is very patient & will answer any questions you have. I've been going to this office for many years. Every one is so friendly

He is absolutely wonderful and takes excellent care of my teeth. Whenever I have any concerns or need advice, he is always there to provide the best solutions and recommendations. Fantastic experience: My initial contact with Comfort Dental to schedule an appointment was impressive. As a new patient, I was scheduled sooner than I thought, and the appointment time was perfect due to work. When I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The hygienist was professional, caring, and very personable. The doctor was friendly and put my fears at ease. 10 thumbs up for an awesome experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ami hopefully spelled that correct is the best hands down dentist I have ever had in my life. He is gentle, honest and will tell you exactly what to expect before he does anything. If anyone needs a root canal or teeth extracted I promise he is your dentist if you do not want to feel any pain. The workers here especially Hayley are all very nice and welcoming and have great customer service as well We love this place and recommend giving them a try if in need of a great dentist.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rarely will I ever post a review about a business publicly unless I feel extremely compelled to for one reason or another. In this case dealing with Comfort Family Dental employees I simply cannot stand by & NOT inform people about how these people run their business. From the second you walk in & see that amazing smile on the receptionist face you feel a sensation like your somebody special & also cared about. I've been to dozens of different dentist offices in my life but this place is different. You somehow feel calmer like your with people who are here to help you. Okay now the best part of being a patient here is knowing you're about to meet one of, if not the very best dentist you've ever dealt with in your life & that is a fact! ( DR. AMI ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ) This guy is on a different level! Definitely ask for him. He's beyond amazing at his trade. He made my procedure painless and also somehow took away my anxiety at the same time. He talks to you & helps you understand exactly what is going on This is & will always be my dentist office. My kids will also be coming here. Fantastic experience: I have a really bad phobia of dentists and it caused me to not see a dentist for like 10 years. My husband has been seeing Dr. Rick for awhile and I finally caved and went after I cracked a tooth. I ended up needing to have two extractions done and I am SO THANKFUL I went to this office. The staff was super kind and welcoming. They made sure I was completely numbed up and I got gas as well to calm my nerves. I even wore my sunglasses in there like a weirdo and no one said anything They really do care about making you comfortable and taking good care of you! No one made me feel bad or stupid for being anxious. I really appreciated that. After the numbing- the procedure itself took less than 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe how fast it went! My fear of the dentist has been squashed from this experience because I now realize there are good ones out there who care! Thank you so much! You definitely have a patient for life!

Negative experience: I came to the office because it was highly recommended from a friend who has been going here for nearly 40 years. We will both be finding a new dental office. Went in for an extraction, crown and a couple fillings. Dr. Ami told me the procedures would be easy. He was unable to complete the extraction and did not finish the crown work. He created a laceration in my gumline from applying so much pressure with his finger while attempting an extraction. Prior to my appointment he repeatedly asked if I wanted to see an oral surgeon for the extraction which I found unusual. If he had told me that he recommended a surgeon, I would have seen someone else for the extraction. He left me waiting for 45 min to start my initial appointment and an additional hour when I came back for my second appointment. He gave me unsolicited medical advice about an autoimmune condition I have. His bedside manner was inappropriate and he provided no aftercare instructions about managing the hole he left in my mouth after his failed extraction. I would never recommend this office to anyone. I have had better experiences at the Detroit dental school.

Fantastic experience: They were friendly and professional the place was bright, and the technology was awesome. I felt as if I was at home with my family and watching TV. The doctor and his team relaxed you with their knowledge. The moment you walked into the facility you realized that you’re at home. If you had any fear of the dentist, they gave you comfort and answers and pictures. I even offered to bring my mother to the dentist who is afraid of dentists. She is 91 years of age and I believe she would be totally relax with what they are doing at this facility. Thank you Fam,

Fantastic experience: I Love Comfort Dental. Right from the first phone call and after I was impressed with how nice and caring and accommodating everyone is. Jeni on the phone was so sweet and went out of her way to figure out my insurance. Lisa gave me my cleaning and x-rays and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. And Dr Rick was very nice and down to earth and went through everything very thoroughly. I am so glad to find a dentist office that makes me feel so welcome and calm.
