Negative experience: Wait time was a little bit too long appointment was at 11:00 wasn't called to the back until 12:00. The lobby furniture looks disgusting. I did not even want to sit down. After my appointment I asked for to go toothbrush kit and was told that they did not have any. your a dentist office how you Not have a toothbrush.

Negative experience: VERY Unprofessional. and rude Everybody stand around . They ALWAYS overbooked . Will book you on top of others appointments . My appointment can be at 9am . I will not be seen until 12 . Bathrooms never clean properly. Do not recommend. I will not be back

Fantastic experience: The best dentist office I have ever been to. I had 2 teeth pulled and I experienced zero pain. The professionals working here are very informative and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love and adore Doctor Haress and her team! They are all so caring and kind. From the receptionist to the dental assistants. The receptionist, Chloe always smiles and greets me. She knows me by name as soon as I walk in. Always talks to me. The assistants have had conversations with me as well. One of them has rubbed my shoulder as in to comfort me during a procedure which I thought was really sweet. Upon consultation I needed quite a bit of work done from extractions, to root canals, to crowns and a partial. Dr. Haress set up a plan for me and I could tell she really wanted to make sure I was getting the best care possible. Despite the work I needed done that I couldn't afford in the past ..she complimented me on how well I have taken care of my teeth with what I was able to do. We had a talk about her family which was relatable and made me feel comfortable. She has such a great relationship with all of her employees and they all work really well together and seem to respect her and look up to her almost like a mother figure it seems. She always made sure I was never feeling any pain and always asking me if I'm okay. I have seen many dentists and I keep going back because I just love her and everyone at the Center Line office. Recently a crown fell off and they got me in same day to make sure it was fixed. They take lots of X-rays to make sure everything is looking good. They call after a procedure to make sure you are doing well. They have always worked around my schedule. I never wait very long to get called in to a room. They really are what every dental office should strive to be. I really cannot say enough good things about Refresh Dental Center Line. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. Thank you for being an office that genuinely cares. Thank you for my beautiful smile again and no more pain. You all are amazing people and amazing at what you do! Edit: 4/30/26 Dr. Harres now works at a sister location but Dr. Kahn is great as well and so is Shawn, the hygienist. Shawn was so nice and informative. She told me many things I never knew about my oral health and also how it effects other things in your body. She was so detailed and also remembers my son every time he's there. My son and I both go here and have been at this location for a while now and still love it. Chloe is always so nice, personable and helpful. She looked up my insurance information for me and gave me helpful information. I had to reschedule my son's appointment and it was super easy. We were able to reschedule for the same week since they had a cancellation and they added my appointment for the same day as well. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them. I am so glad I found them and will continue going. I have never been so happy to go to the dentist.

The dental assistant, the dentist, the hygienist, and the office staff went out of their way to ensure my experience was a good one. The best dental office I've ever been to. Negative experience: Horrible experience with this place more than once. Unprofessional and everyone acts like they dont know whats going on. How do you ask me to come early for an appointment for you to have me confused with someone else and Im not understanding how your confused when you literally just confirmed who i was. Prior to that i got my tooth pulled here july 3rd which took 4 hours and guess what they didnt even get the tooth out. No meds or anything. Do me a favor dont go here.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place. I live out of Town (Texas) and this place matches Southern Hospitality. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. The dental tech who took my X-Rays was top shelf and the Doc? Just an amazing women and a true professional. I highly recommend this Dentist office. If you are adverse to having someone in your mouth (I am) this is the place to go! Very pleased with my care here.

Fantastic experience: I loved this office! It was very clean. A lot bigger than their other office. Chloe at the front is always extremely polite and so very helpful. I usually go to the St. Clair shores office so my permanent crown was there. One of the secretaries from the centerline location brought my tooth from scs to center line. IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC! I can't believe how helpful every one of the staff was. The hygienist and dentist were wonderful! I will definitely be returning. It's such a blessing to walk into an office and be treated with respect and the staff going the extra mile for their patients. I am sooo grateful for my appointment yesterday. Thank you so much Refresh! I absolutely love the dentist in the office. She is so efficient and kind. I have had so many troubles with my teeth and they always have an answer. Negative experience: I had a terrible and completely unprofessional experience at this office. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, yet I still waited about 20 minutes before being called back—only to be told they had mistakenly called the wrong patient and that I needed to return to the lobby. This level of disorganization was concerning. While waiting, I couldn’t help but notice the front desk staff loudly complaining about their jobs instead of assisting patients. Renee, who appeared to be a manager, was sitting at a laptop gossiping about how her boss Michelle , was overworking her by making her visit different offices. If she is a manager , why isn’t she focused on improving the workflow instead of publicly complaining about her job in front of patients? After waiting 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I asked front desk lady Chloe how much longer it would be. Instead of offering a helpful response, she seemed indifferent and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. At that point, it was clear that choosing this office was a mistake, so I left. This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I hope others don’t have to deal with the same unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for patients. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience at this dentist. Going to the dentist isn’t a great thing but when you have a good dentist that you trust, it makes it so much easier. The staff is great and the reminders are so helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hares is absolutely amazing very kind, gentle, and reassuring to my daughter who has a fairly severe dental phobia. She talked her thru the procedure step by step and reassured her she was doing super well. Great staff very friendly and welcoming office. The hygienist are all so nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable and accommodated her while waiting for the procedure by finding and very specific television show she likes watching which helped calm her down a bit by focusing on the show and not the coming procedure. Very grateful we found this office.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best all staff are friendly. Dr. R really has a great way of explaining things and makes your feel comfortable. I am lucky to get my procedures done there. The communication is amazing as well. Front desk are prompt with getting things scheduled and taken care of. Dental assistants are very advanced and really provide a quality exeperience overall.

Fantastic experience: I have received exceptional hospitality from the entire staff at Refresh Dental in Warren. I transferred from another clinic, and Dr. Hares has been patient and kind throughout my visits. She is a team player and treats everyone with great compassion. Fantastic experience: All the staff is so sweet and so helpful. It was one of the best experiences I had at a dentist office. The dentist was amazing and was honest with in what would be best for me and not trying to have me spend money I really didn't need to.

Positive experience: This is my 1st visit, each person that came into the room spoke, the doctor was very personable, it felt as if I was her only patient. Each staff person was busy at work, the environment spoke to the business that they were. The task were completed with expertise, I was informed of what was taking place, you didn't hear talk of other customers business, idol office gossip. The only noise you heard was the humming of the tools being used by staff for the patient that they were carrying for.

Fantastic experience: I honestly really love it here. We everyone from receptionists to dental hygienists and assistants are so very nice and warm and sweet. They make you feel comfortable ad you can. And my dentist is seriously so talented at her craft and extraordinarily skilled and experienced and intelligent with everything. There a very few times I have said that I have full confidence and trust in my dentist and she is at the top. I trust her with my dental work and care, and she helps to educate you on your options and let's you decide from there and tells you to take your time and research before making huge decisions. For example I was going to get dentures but she enlightened me on another path and I have been working with her on it. You van tell she is proud of her work and her team and they all do amazing and my crown is beautiful and I look forward to the rest of them. I'll eventually be able to smile with confidence. This place rocks. I really also loved the refresh dental in Hazel Park. They employ great people that care about you and about doing their best. Highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I actually thought they was very polite. I love the receptionist she make you feel as though that you are a value customer from the time you walk in to the time you leave. She was very very helpful, the doctors come in do they job and they leave straight to the point they can smile a little bit more but they're professionals and I appreciate that. Overall I did appreciate it because it got me in and out, today was my fitting for my new partial and it actually fits!!! looks good, I'm happy for right now but we'll see 4 or 5 days from now because I'm still numbed up but my wife love them, my adult son said he likes them. Infact, I noticed a note on the grease board behind the desk, obviously for the staff stating no patient should ever wait more than 10 minutes to be called and treated.
