Negative experience: The receptionist tried to force me to sign a consent form, allowing them to use my medical data for marketing. This was stated to be optional and not required on the form. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable signing it. She became very demeaning and even yelled at me saying " i'm not going to argue with you!" When there wasn't even an argument, I was just trying to explain my concerns. I hope something changes so it can be better and more.Welcoming here, but I fully believed that nothing will get fixed and this will just be brushed under the rug.

Positive experience: The staff is very kind & personable. Unfortunately the past couple times I've been in, my wait is usually around 35mins which is a bit curious as it usually seems quiet when I visit, mid morning, during the week day.

Negative experience: The cleaning of my teeth went okay, but I waited over a half hour for the dentist. The lady at the desk wasn't friendly when I wished to just check out and go home. The dentist was apologetic and kind. And said next time if I don't want to wait for him to just check out. I would've appreciated it, if the rest of the staff would've given me that option. I was sore, tired, and hungry.

Fantastic experience: Great Expressions General and Surgical Warren are two amazing locations to be serviced at. Wait times are super short like they’re waiting on you to come in lol. I had a completely pain free root canal and my core and crown procedures were fast and pain free also. The General dentistry office has the BEST receptionists in Michigan and I truly adore how interpersonal they’ve made my experience. I will continue to patronize this establishment and recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office to schedule with.

Positive experience: Front desk was awesome. Paper work went fast. The hygienist was not so cool for me. I told her she was cutting my mouth with the x-ray thing and her solution instead of checking to see why, was to just numb me, which didn't work BTW. So I left with 3 cuts because listening to solve wasn't an option. Instead hearing to get the job done negating the patience comfort was the choice. The actual dentist was awesome as well.

Positive experience: Everything went well. I was greeted appropriately and helped with my paperwork. The hygienist, and staff were amazing. I did wait 45 minutes for the doctor to arrive and felt that that was too much time to wait especially when my cleaning went smoothly and quickly.

Positive experience: The service is fine and staff are friendly, however, we should not be charged for supplies of the profession masked as “COVID FEE”. All who paid this should be refunded. UPDATE: After several staff turnover, as of 2023, the new admin and staff seem to be straight forward and actually concerned for your oral and overall health care. So far so good.

I already knew Dr.Hseih was amazing from a different GE location but this new office is full of great people too! Update: had my follow-up visit for my 1st ever root canal & to my surprise it was absolutely pain free. They kept me informed every step of the way & I literally listened to a podcast while they fixed me right up. Could not be happier with my experience! 10/10 highly recommend.

Positive experience: They called me on Friday to schedule an appointment to finish my cleaning and I explained that my hours at work have been dramatically cut and I cannot afford any co-pays at this time, whoever I talked to on the phone was okay with this! I get there this morning and I'm greeted with a bill for 17.00 , I explained to Grace I could not afford anything my insurance would not cover, she rolled her eyes and said well you have to discuss it with the hygienist! I explained that I specifically said on the phone I could not afford it, then I was greeted with oh you can't afford 17.00 and another eyeroll! Don't lie to get people in your office very unprofessional !

Negative experience: Drove 20 minutes to get here to be greeted by 2 rude receptionists. I made an appointment online and they tell me “we didn’t get confirmation”. The building is under construction you have to take an elevator to the 2nd floor then walk across a sketchy scaffolding (piece of plywood) and go up a flight of stairs to get to the office. The lady then tells me they don’t accept my “state insurance” (i don’t have state insurance) and refused to call and even verify the insurance. Such a waste of time and gas. Save yours and go elsewhere.

I had my baby with me for the first portion of my visit and they were very patient. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The staff at GEDC has turned over a few times in the past few years, but this "Team" is "On Point". They made me feel comfortable, even during the potentially uncomfortable time during the dental work, but Doc handled the procedure with kid gloves. They are all Rock Stars! Thanks everyone!
