Fantastic experience: Dr. Blazo and his assistant Diamond were great! I’ve been having pain in my crown and he took care of it as soon as he could and did wonderful on my fillings. Diamond was very helpful and just very kind. I been to a lot of dentist offices and it’s hard to find good dentist and assistants as well who take their time and do things the right way. They actually care! Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. I was so afraid to get work done in my mouth but Dr.Shah did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. Negative experience: I went in today for a regular cleaning. The hygienist drilled so hard down in my gums I literally had to scream ouchhhh !! Very loud. Now I’ve had deep cleans fillings and multiple cleanings and never experienced this amount of pain! I was thinking ok maybe I’m just a little sore but the soreness turned to throbbing pain to the point I start getting a headache and had to take pain medicine for relief . Hours later I’m still in pain so I call and after several attempts to reach someone and asking to speak with a manager about my visit because I’m in a lot of pain I was told by someone on the phone named Tamara managers are all in meetings and someone will get back with me by Monday it’s Thursday but ok . I’m really praying that the hygienist didn’t do any damage to my teeth I will be going to another dentist office to see if everything is ok because this pain is unbearable

Fantastic experience: Dr Blazo & Amy are simply amazing. I’m not afraid to say how much I’m afraid of the dentist, however, these nothing but perfect. I felt no pain, not even the pressure of the tooth removal. I would recommend them to anyone overall, but especially if you have any kind of fear of getting a dental procedure done. This is where you need to be to have them work on your teeth!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Had many great visits over the past few weeks at Your Neighborhood Dentist and very pleased with my crowns that got placed today. Finally feeling much better and happy about my smile thanks to Dr. Kaur and Luma. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time and they gave me the best experience I ever had at a dentist. Would highly recommend. Eboni from the front desk has always been so kind and welcoming every visit as well as Tamara who has helped me every step of the way making the whole process a bit less overwhelming. She’s also great at finding a payment plan for me that was interest free and more affordable than I had imagined. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth a few weeks ago was also very good, I don’t remember her name but she works in the first room and Amy did an amazing job whitening my teeth before getting my crowns. Best teeth whitening ever, no more home kits in the future only zoom whitening with Amy! Lastly, the male doctor that helped clean and crown a tooth in the back, saving it from a root canal, was also very nice (unfortunately don’t remember his name either).

Ebony, who works w insurance is awesome. She helped find dental credit that is affordable. She walked me through everything. Im in safe hands here.

I scheduled my appointment first to "check them out" prior to my girls (11 and 7) having appointments. The facility was clean,, and my experience was great. I had spent my morning bugging and pleading with another local dentist office who call center did not put my appointment in it. The front desk was very kind and courteous, which really put me at ease. Then I was put into the hands of which I would assume was the hygienist by the name of Andrew, who was as friendly and as he was thorough while taking my impressions and x-rays. Once Dr. Kaur entered the room I noticed her professionalism was off the charts! She went over every aspect of my dental plan from A-to-Z. She informed me of different options I had and seem to really care more so than any other Dennis I hane had in the past. After the doctor was done, I went to discuss financial possibilities with Tiffany, who made sure I knew all the pricing possibilities and answered all of my questions about what was and was not covered by insurance. Fantastic experience: I suffer from pretty severe dental anxiety and so far, the staff at this office has helped tremendously to put my mind at ease. Nina was the first person I talked to at the office and she was friendly and professional. On my initial visit, Rima and Luma took care of my panoramic x-rays and tooth scanning. They explained everything they were going to do and were very understanding of my nervousness. Andrew was very kind as he checked the health of my gums.Then Dr. Kaur explained what the best treatment going forward would be. I appreciated that she was straightforward but kind. Tiffany in the front office was also very helpful with getting us on the schedule in a timely way and assisting with financing. On the day of my procedure, Rima and Luma were there again assisting Dr.Kaur and helping me to feel as comfortable as possible. Fantastic experience: First time here and everyone was so nice, and kind. Aster was gentle in taking X-ray and provided information. Makhia did the mouth scan for 3 d imaging, that was cool. Andrew was the hygienist and he was informative , knowledgeable and made the time pass quickly. Dr. John was helpful in making decisions about my current and future dental care. Then off to billing , meet Tiffany and she made all my needs come true. I get to have all my future dental work completed for. 1/3 of what I have paid in the past. I guess my new insurance is amazing too. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here with our 5 year old twin girls. I was sad when they had cavities and cried a little bit. The doctor was very nice and helped educate me better on how to do better. I really appreciated that. Andrew the dental hygienist was great. He was so great with the little ones and kept them laughing the whole time. The dental assistant I can’t remember her name but I think it was makya she was so nice and positive during our visit. Lastly, Nina was so helpful when I was having issues with my insurance. She was patient and kind throughout the scheduling process. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office ever! They’re friendly, family oriented, patient with kids, kind, and just all around great for me and my family. My kids feel comfortable here and have lots of fun while visiting the dentist! Dr. John is such a joy to have be my kids dentist. She’s always a fun ball of joy, makes my kids laugh, and makes them feel good to be here. Tamara and Amy are both my kids favorites! They always greet and joke with my kid upon arrival and always tells them they’re looking forward to seeing them again. Amy is always there to assist with Dr. John, lend a helping hand, calm my kids if need be, and always keeps me updated when they’re in the doctors care. I never have to worried or anxious because I know they’re in good hands. With Tamara and front we never miss an appointment, they always call and email with reminders, always are so sweet and kind to me. And as a parent seeing your kids love and enjoys their dentist office is such a pleasure. I would recommend this office and the staff to all my friends and family. Fantastic experience: Tiffany is such a nice lady, she has helped me and made me feel very welcome I used to hate dentist offices and she makes me feel very comfortable and happy, I would definitely recommend this dentist, she's very understanding and very caring.

Negative experience: If you ever have to cancel your appointment for unfortunate reasons and if it so happens to be last minute.. They will text you to tell you they are going to put a $50 cancellation charge on your account THEN turn around and call you to tell you the same thing. They are very unprofessional and only care about money. Never in my life have I been harassed about a cancellation fee. I feel like they only wanted to throw in my face that they were going to"punish" me over cancelling my appointment last minute! I won't be going back to this place and good luck to them trying to get that $50.

Fantastic experience: This is not your run of the mill dental office. The attention to detail is perfect. I got seen by Dr. Shan and his attending Luma. They will go into ad much detail as you want about recommendations and reasoning why. The Scheduler Tiffany is just as informed as the main staff. If you have fears or concerns from pervious practices they want to know so they can best tailer your plan to you. I would 100% recommend this office they will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this office was on an emergency basis. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and in good hands. The doctors, hygienist and assistants were incredibly kind and constantly made sure I was ok. Tamara was wonderful and went over my treatment plan and financing options with me in detail. The thoroughness of this office puts my previous dentists to shame.
