Fantastic experience: I was searching for an emergency dentist open on Saturday for my son who was expressing great pain after his lower tooth became loose. I called many places and came across NuNu Dental, my husband called and explained what was happening with our son's teeth we were told to come in as an emergency we were seen and finished within 10 minutes of arrival. Dr. NuNu is compassionate and very knowledgeable. She made my son who is autistic so comfortable which is pretty hard to accomplish. I have now found a new dentist I can say I trust. Thanks Dr. NuNu and Staff

I get very high anxiety & overstimulated from sounds & smells at dentist offices. She got me to calm down & relax! She made me feel so comfortable, that I actually came back 3 weeks in a row (for different work each time). She has gentle precision hands, ensures your feeling okay (many times) thru appointment, she treats & respects each patient like her own family! Staff is very welcoming! This will be my dentist as long as possible & I no longer fear the dentist as a 37 year old woman! Would definitely give her very high recommendations!

Fantastic experience: Dr Julie and her ladies made my visit to the dentist a comfortable experience they were professional and very caring before starting my procedure she discussed insurance info how much was covered and how much I would have to pay out of pocket.. I had to have 4 teeth removed including two wisdom teeth. every 3 minutes she made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain this office really makes you feel like a family dentistry office not a clinic that's there to over charge you or your insurance company please go here you won't regret it.. thanks Dr Julie and staff.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Dr. Nunu 5000 stars I would. I have had horrible experiences in the past so my teeth were a wreck and I was super embarrassed. I found her on Google, she got me in within a few days and from the moment I arrived the ladies were kind, caring, sweet and made me feel beyond comfortable. The ones that couldn’t be saved are gone, everything is deep cleaned, cavities are filled and today my temporary crowns went in. All of which was painless and completed in less than a month. Dr Nunu and her staff are all phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone

Negative experience: They did work on a few teeth they were also supposed to do more work when I made several attempts to contact them about the new work no answer now I have had a tooth that they did a root canal on not even a year ago and the build up or what ever they call it broke im in a ton of pain i talked to them they said we can do an emergency appointment I said I'm not available till Friday they said it would still be an emergency appointment even 3 days out is still an emergency appointment then told me I have to pay 100 dollars to be seen for them to look at work that they did that failed... not to mention the tooth I'm having issues with is the same tooth they broke a drill bit off in and had issues getting it bond in the first place absolutely ridiculous it should be under warranty and it's only 9 months old it was done at the end of January

Fantastic experience: Dr. Julie Nunu = THE QUEEN OF CROWNS! I had a bunch of dental work that needed to be done, and Dr. Nunu took her time to get everything done right. I’m especially impressed with her technical prowess with molding crowns. Further, her dental assistants are very sweet and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I can’t even begin to explain how happy we are to have found this Dentist. My husband developed a toothache and after 4 days he started taking some leftover Augmentin ( antibiotics). At that point the left side of his face swelled up really bad. We waited a few days to see if the antibiotics would lessen the swelling which was an infection at that point, it didn’t. So he conceded to letting me make him a dentist appointment the next morning. He had not been to the dentist since he was a teenager, because of bad experiences with several. So he was really hesitant, but the pain was so bad he couldn’t take it anymore. The receptionist was amazing and got him in the same day. We happen to live right next door to this place but chose it due to all the great reviews. I had already planned bringing my kids here. When my husband got home, he said the whole experience went so good. He was able to get 4 teeth pulled including the one causing the infection. Since he was already taking antibiotics for several days, they were able to do it right then. What we really look for in a Dentist is understanding, no judgment, and to the point. Someone who talks to you like a person with no condescension. We found that with this dentist! He said she was very patient, always checking in on him that his pain level was okay. Very personable and great bedside manner. I was shocked he was home so soon, whole thing took maybe 40 minutes. He accidentally left his ID and Insurance Card there, so I had to walk over and grab them. The receptionist was so kind, asking how he was doing, and even gave me paperwork I could get started for my own dental journey. The next day I saw they left a voicemail asking how he was doing. I’m also someone who has not seen a dentist in over a decade due to fear of judgement and the unknown. This experience was so nice, I’m not even nervous to attend my own appointment. That’s a big deal. So all that to say, if you’re also needing a dentist and maybe have fears due to past experiences, or afraid of being judged for waiting so long, you don’t need to worry because this place is for you! I recommend this place to everyone now. Thank you NuNu Dental for taking care of my husband, he’s now pain free and almost completely healed.

Negative experience: Don't believe the reviews! If I could give zero stars I would, this lady told me I had to have all my teeth removed(I wish I would've gotten a second opinion now!)& I trusted her & she told me it would take an hour & it took 3 hours & I was in pain mostly the whole time then she told me "I gave you all the anesthetic I can legally give you" so it was deal with the pain or leave & live with 5 teeth left in my mouth till the next time she got me in so I gutted it out & then with it not being frozen she pulled the last 5 teeth & I had to deal with her putting sutures in, all unfrozen. The worst pain! I can't implore you enough to find any other dentist than this one. Please do yourself a favor & avoid this sub par dentist & whoever makes her sub-par dentures. Im in constant pain with the dentures I have & everytime i chew with them they come loose & flop around in my mouth & when I complained about it to her she sent me a letter telling me she was dropping me as a patient & I should find a new dentist. STAY AWAY!! I had to file a grievance with my insurance company. Run! anywhere else

Dr. Nunu was very professional, took her time to explain things. Dr. Nunu and Ms. Lashawn (I am so sorry if I got the name wrong), her assistant, made me feel so comfortable and at peace. I felt VERY safe there and knew I was being cared for. From feeling safe and secure, I will make Dr. Nunu my preferred dentist. Negative experience: She caused me to fear the dentist. She was extremely rough, bringing tears to my eyes during my cleaning appointment. To check if my cracked tooth still had feeling, she sprayed a very cold liquid on it. It's been in pain ever since. They pressure for a 5 star review, but my experience was less than 1 star.

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a new dentist for years now after dental anxiety had caused me to struggle with finding a new one. My mother came across NuNu in the mists of me dealing with a very bad broken tooth. The Dentist was so kind and when I explained my anxiety and past bad experiences, she helped reassure me that they would take good care of me. They are very kind and do their best to help, even squeezing you in to get help asap. I saw them for the first time Monday and was scheduled the next day for a tooth extraction. Which went perfectly and today I am healing with honesty no major pain. I'm happy to say I have found my new regular dentist and will be returning for another visit this month !

The assistant was so wonderful/kind, she listened to all my worrys and let Dr. Nunu know. They both handled it well. Same day appointment with a lot of my teeth pulled and surgery ones. Fantastic experience: Haven’t had the best of luck with dentist offices for the last past couple years.. I came across this office on Google and was able to make a same-day appointment.. Dr.NuNu was able to prescribe me medication to prepare me for an extraction the following week. I recovered smoothly as I had a follow up appointment.. I couldn't take the pain and had to find a new dentist that took my new insurance and could do an emergency appointment. Dr. Nunu came to my rescue. I called Nunu Dental a few minutes after closing and her attentive receptionist, Jamia, ran back in and answered the phone! And an emergency appointment for the next day was scheduled for me! Now, I am highly sensitive to pain. I was frightened to see a new dentist. As soon as I walked into Nunu Dental, the entire staff was caring and reassured me that I would have no pain. And they were right! No pain! Dr. Nunu had to extract the infected tooth and I was so scared that she had Jamia come and hold my hand. So sweet. These people care. I felt heard, seen, and understood. Dr. Nunu is now my new dentist and after a couple more appointments with her, I felt I could leave an honest review that these people are the real deal. The best. Run, don't walk to Nunu Dental. I promise, you will not be sorry.
