Negative experience: If i could do zero stars i would I have been trying to book as a new patient since the beginning of the year I had an appointment set for June 16 at 3 PM, i set this appointment back in April only to get a notification that my appointment was being changed to 2:10 PM. They are very unprofessional. The communication skills are off. At this point, don’t wanna go to this office zero out of 10 do better!!!! Very unprofessional

Negative experience: I had to cancel my appointment due to personal reasons and was told their policy with new patients were “if you schedule then cancel you can’t book again” Like huh? That doesn’t even make sense. The lady I talked to about canceling didn’t even mention it and I clearly STATED to her that I was going to call back and reschedule once I got everything situated so why didn’t she inform me then? Things happen and if someone can’t make it their appointment, they shouldn’t be banned from booking especially if it was their first time. Then the lady I was on the phone with goes to say “yeah you can’t book again, because we put time aside for you and you didn’t come” like girl, calm down your not even the one working on my teeth so stay in a receptionist place. Hairstylist, therapist, nail techs, auto shops, etc also set their time aside for people but you don’t see them banning you for rescheduling, if anything there’s a fee.

Fantastic experience: Not Happy at all with the customer service . I had a 4:20pm appointment for my 6 month clean and was 7 minutes late and the lady at the front deck told me I had to reschedule because I was to late .

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a smile and two very people friendly ladies. They got me hooked up with the $139.99 for two years insurance which will help me greatly. I'm on Medicare and United Health Care which doesn't cover dental. Everyone was very friendly and nice, I felt like I'd been going to this office for years.

Negative experience: This establishment has changed. What used to be a very pleasant overall experience is not. The dentist seems very unsure and nervous at one point stated I don’t know, don’t ask me, in regards to questions I had regarding my care. He also stated he doesn’t know when asked a question. I won’t be taking my business there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. KAMBO abd his staff were amazing. I am always extremely nervous when I go to the dentist. This is my first dentist office since moving to Michigan. I felt pretty relaxed because the staff was very inviting and made you feel relaxed. My first visit was a cleaning amd today was removing crown and preparation for a new one. I listened to Motown woth on ear buds in which helped me relax. Dr. Kambo explained everything he was doing so there were no surprises. Tamia was also amazing during my first visit and I think it was Lorraine today. Thank you for helping me feel relaxed during my visits. I would definitely refer you to family and friends

Fantastic experience: I have been to Roseville GP a few times now and I've had great a great experience. Dr. Kambo is passionate about what he does and is very dedicated to his craft. He helped with my new crowns, and has made sure that I was educated about my teeth throughout the process and happy with the outcome. The dental assistants and hygienists are also kind and helped make my experience great. Also shout out to the ladies up front who helped with my paperwork, billing, and insurance!! They have all been so helpful and I'm very happy with my teeth. Thank you for helping improve my smile.

Fantastic experience: I took me daughter to the dentist today to get a filling on her front tooth and the Dentist Endri went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a very good experience. She had no pain while getting it done. Also did extra work on her two front teeth to make them look better and got a lot of the yellow out. I would recommend him 100% to take care of your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have found my new dental home. Great Expressions in Roseville Dr. KAMBO THE BEST. I hate the dentist but I was in so much pain and I needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Kambo wanted to save the tooth and tried to convince me every way he could which shows he cared and wasn't just looking to make money. He took time with my extraction which made someone like me with high dental anxiety very comfortable. I didn't even flinch and before I knew it he was done. Great doctor and great staff. I would recommend to anyone. My mom is a patient too.5 thumbs up

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for years but the communication at this location is terrible now. I had a whole conversation about rescheduling an appointment only for the appointment to never be canceled and the new appointment giving to me was never scheduled. Then told me something that I never said during the conversation. Tried to get the situation handled and had an appt booked on 8/8/24 for them to not check my new dental insurance like they said they would PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. ARRIVED to the appt at 7am in order to get to work on time and to be able to see the doctor since she’s GOING OUT THE COUNTRY. Waited for 30 mins for them to get this situated for her to tell me something she could have figured out before my appointment. VERY UNORGANIZED she Definitely can’t do her job CORRECTLY! I literally had to walk out because I spoke with this office OVER 4 times so at that point I was irritated because I came EXTRA early FOR THIS UNORGANIZED OFFICE TO PLAY WITH MY TIME! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER DEALING WITH THEM THEY WILL DEFINITELY DISAPPOINT YOU.

Positive experience: Nice staff, but needs more technical equipment for setting up crown replacement like digital technical devices. Dentist seemed like she had difficulties sizing crown for my tooth. Also my temporary crown came out less than 48 hours from office visit.

Negative experience: Staff is friendly. However, time mismanagement has affected my relationship with this provider. No one should have to wait over an hour past their appointment.. This was not the 1st or the 2nd or even the 3rd time it happened, i walked out and won't be back! . I'm done!!

Negative experience: Went for an initial appointment, a cleaning and then I was already approved for a root canal so I was hoping great expressions would be able to do it .. so I go in there I get the cleaning then the doctor comes in and says immediately send me to oral surgery for extraction of the tooth I'm here to save! ..I said no I wanna save it! The dentist has broken English and seemed mad that I wanted to save it .. I'm an assistant myself which they didn't know so I knew all her little code words .and also I'm wondering if they charged me for a full exam when I was only given an emergency exam ..they sure didn't go over any other teeth ..she automatically wrote me off after I told her no I didn't want it extracted ..I had to ask myself to be referred to Endo .. didn't receive a toothbrush or anything... just was told the specialty office will be calling ..yea they called today .they don't take my insurance what an absolute mess..you can tell this is a Medicaid office they only care to pull em n go! ..very disappointed!
