Fantastic experience: I never have a long wait when I go. They always do their best to accommodate my work schedule. They care about the overall health of my teeth and providing dental hygiene education and some of the best prices around! Love the front desk and the dentist!

Fantastic experience: So yesterday I went to get two fillings these guys are awesome. They do very good work. They take care of you when you’re sitting in their chair. They are always making sure you are feeling OK. They get the procedures done in a reasonable amount of time they are just awesome. Workers it’s so unfortunate that they are about to close this warren Gentle dentist because everyone there is amazing and do very good work. I wish everyone there the best, but I’m sad because now I have to find another dentist to go to.

Positive experience: Had to change to a 3, geez wish I waited to make the review. Very good dentistry but seems very busy and will rush you out the door when necessary. Long wait between appointments lately, i understand schedules get busy and staff gets short, but some of us are in need of more time sensitive care to be waiting a whole month for a 1 hour appointment, and I've had to pursue other options because of it. I showed up to 2 appointments and still never got examined, when I was told it was going to be done at my 2nd appointment.

Negative experience: I went on my scheduled appointment on January 20, 2025 at 11:20 am. When everyone else came in for their appointment, they went back and got seen before me. I was not called back until 12:00 pm noon. I sat back there till 12:23 pm when I finally got seen. When my appointment was done, the assistant asked me when will I want to be seen again......seriously???...... This was the VERY FIRST time this happened to me. Going to be looking for a new dentist, this was just ridiculous.

Negative experience: Only because they asked for a review...Dr. Wesley is good. I liked him. However, the office staff is terrible. My appt was at 12 noon. I arrived at 11:45, signed in & sat down. No one said a word to me. I watched several ppl arrive after me & be called back. By 12:15, I asked the front desk how much longer. Smh! She said she didn't even see me. Huh? How was that possible when I looked at the sticker sign in sheet & my name had been picked? She finally did whatever she does & I get called back. I could tell the tech was new & still learning. Dr. Wesley came right in & did the ortho consult. He left & the tech said to have a seat in the lobby & someone would talk to me about pricing. I sat in the lobby for about 5 mins then left. I was hungry & had been there for an hour for a 5 min ortho consult b/c of the incompetent staff. Do not recommend. Will not return.

Fantastic experience: I went today for my 1st dental cleaning at this office. I needed a deep cleaning on some teeth and regular cleaning on the rest. Ive never had deep clean before.. Today was by far the best cleaning experience ever! No pain what so ever! Im 65 and I've had many cleanings. Even the teeth that were deep cleaned, no pain or tenderness after. The numbing agent wore off sooner than my previous experiences. The term "Gentle Dentist " is the definition of this dental office!

Fantastic experience: Got in fast lil painful first exam in long time but they found my issues helped with further treatment awesome only thing is didn't get amoxicillin for my infection until I go get extraction that's my only issue/question ❓ shouldn't I have been provided with that at least... asking but all in all great friendly too many X-rays while in pain but hey they are thurow so thank you great place

Negative experience: Came in was scheduled for appointment six months down the line showed up for the appointment and they told me I didn't have an appointment I'm a working man so it hurts to have to take off to go to the dentist let alone get there and they drop the ball just it's always a long wait time anyway when I come here I think I'll shop around and find another dentist then not that great anymore anyway.

Negative experience: Dont understand why they schedule a 6 month visit and dont have a dentist to check for any issues Im pretty sure they charge the insurance for the exam Probably time to find a new Dentist

Fantastic experience: I went to your office to get my dentures replaced. From the first office that did mine did a horrible job at WOW dental in Detroit . No matter how much glue I use on my first set they don't stay in place at all I can't eat with them ! I'm hoping your office can do a fantastic job with my new dentures. The dentist is the best she explains everything step by step very understanding and comforting.! October 31st 2024. I went back to the dentist today for an adjustment on my dentures. She did an excellent job on the bottoms originally I only used a tiny bit of glue. Now I don't have to use no glue! She definitely is the best the office girls are excellent. It's definitely a great office to go to!

Fantastic experience: I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Recently, I went for my cleaning. The staff was friendly from hygienist to doctor. When signing out, I requested a product that I usually get at the end of my service. No one there knew about it because everyone there haven't been there a long time. So, they requested to talk to office manager Belinda, the next day. I did call her and kept a message. She called me back same day but we missed each other and she left a message. I called next day and we did talk and she clarified the misunderstanding. However, not only did she clarify it, but took action to prevent it from happening again on my next visits. On top of that she arranged for me to pick up my product and made sure I had enough! She went beyond and above! She deserves 10⭐️!!! Thank you Belinda

Positive experience: I feel like I need to come and edit my initial review. I have been here a few times and I have MAJOR anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I recieved the best dental care I've ever had from here when I needed my first root Canal. The dentist the assistant and the hygienist were all so amazing. I love this office as my home office, it's very close to me and like I said the dentists are fabulous. However, after the last appointment I was told they had to look into what my insurance will cover to come up with a good care plan for the work I need. I was told they would call me when they had the answers. I was actually excited to start my journey. I have STILL not recieved a call back and I have called 3 times since my appointment to see if there was any answers on their end and I always get "we'll call you back". I am going to try again in the morning. I just feel like the 5 star review needed to be changed at this point.

Positive experience: Everything was great. It's just a 45 minute drive just for my daughter to see the orthodontist. When her original office was in Wayne.

Negative experience: Gentle Dental of Warren has declined in past few years. They change dentist like you change oil.. I would not recommend this dental office if a family atmosphere is what you desire and not be treated like a number. This is the only dentist office I know where you can have the best dental coverage and somehow still owe a couple of hundred. Use them at your own risk.

Negative experience: My experience with Gentle Dental has been a roller coaster . From the moment I walked in two years ago it was good vibes & positive energy . I enjoyed the crew that i was seeing . Then a year later a few of those members no longer worked there which was fine still had a good team . Than after a few more months then crew that I was originally seeing was all gone . Which hurted but I was still happy I had Dr. Delgado there . Until I got told yesterday that she was gone & it was a new are . I was disappointed because I loved her & she knew what I needed . When I went to see this new dr it was an old man (no saying that in a harsh way but he was old) when about to examine me didn’t know how to lift up the chair . Then he went by what the assistants saying I needed instead of checking for himself and checking my files . When I told him that Dr. Delgado said I need a back wire he didn’t listen , he said I didn’t need it . But clearly I did if she literally just told me at my last appointment which was 1 month ago . I got really upset because he still hasn’t checked my files , he kept telling me something different . & although I know he is the Dr I still feel like he could’ve checked to make sure . Because I’m not going to walk out of there without everything I need just to end up back in there & having to get braces again . Because I WONT be paying for them THEY will be free ! So overall my experience with gentle dental is right now a 3/10 ! I’ve had some bad experiences over there past few months , I have a Dr who doesn’t know what he’s doing or talking about . Then he wasn’t going to have my retainers ready so either I come back or they could’ve taken them off then . I just dislike that I couldn’t finish out with the team I started with ! & now I have this crew who doesn’t know what they are doing !

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this office for a few months now. They guide you through the process and are very concerned about your comfort levels. They'll make sure you are using your insurance coverage up and will set up a great treatment plan for you. Dr John and Rima are very well educated and do an amazing job.

Negative experience: Sat in the waiting room for 30 past my appointment time. Once called back they took X-rays, then left. I sat in the chair 45min before they said they weren’t able to get my cleaning done. I left, they said I didn’t owe anything. 7months later I got sent a collections notice for $62.50. I would never ever ever go back.

Fantastic experience: This was actually my first time experiencing exemplary service throughout my entire visit. I've been a patient here for maybe 5 years now. The positive changes are evident and appreciated. From the first encounter (front desk) 'til the last (checkout), I was treated wonderfully. This was my first time being treated by this hygienist and I must say: she is the BEST! My anxiety around visiting the dentist was nonexistent with her. She was extremely professional, gentle and efficient! I actually can't wait for my next cleaning!

Negative experience: This dental office has given me the worst experience when it comes to my dental and orthodontic care. It first started at their St. Clair location little to no availability for appointments, rough & careless hygienist and overall unprofessional service. I transferred my services to the Warren location after being assured that my issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately it got worse they’ve been through at-least 4 new management teams. The availability became even more unavailable, my records were never correct, I was issued bills and couldn’t get a clarification of what I’m paying for and recently this past experience has done it for me. I had an orthodontist appointment on May 7th instead of them contacting each point of contact on my file they only gave me a call that I didn’t receive. I arrived to my appointment and was told it was cancelled and the next available appointment wasn’t until June 29th. After wasting my time and money to do my part and now I can’t be seen for 3 months. I asked to speak with management and of course she wasn’t available. I’ve been waiting on a call from her and still haven’t gotten a follow up. Today I received appointment information for another patient not myself and I’ve called the office 4 times today at-least 2-3hrs apart and no one has answered. I wouldn’t recommend this office to a dog that’s how unprofessional, unavailable and inconsiderate this company is.

Fantastic experience: The staff there is very friendly as well as professional. The Young man, they just hired for escorting the patients to their cleaning stations. Has been very effective the speed up the process. He pays attention to cleanliness of the equipment as well As well as setting up upcoming appointments and telling you what your insurance will cover as well. The orthodontist was very thorough she checked overall health of my teeth as well as educating me on certain medication's that Cause cavities.

Negative experience: Gentle Dental used to be a good office when i first came for my appointments back in 2022. Now it is terrible. I was originally going to the St.Claire Shores location and ended up switching to the Warren location due to the staff at the front desk. Horrible attitudes, they don’t know how to talk to people, and are constantly messing up billing. It’s been multiple instances where I have had to double back to make sure they were doing their job. I came into the office during an appointment and paid $100.00. A receipt was printed out and given to me. The ladies at the front desk at the WARREN location called me to tell me that they actually never received my payment because they processed my card through the wrong system. I was told this days after the fact. Today as I came in for my appointment at the Warren location I was trying to get clarity on my bill. Brittany, who is the manager (I don’t understand how) who I have had an encounter with at the St.Claire Shores location had an attitude from the start. Was trying to get smart with me about how I haven’t paid or been into the office for months which was incorrect and told me to “take a seat” in nasty tone as if I was some child. This made me very upset, and I did in fact tell her about herself. You don’t talk to people like that, and that’s not the first time she’s spoken to me in that manner. If she isn’t happy with where she works then maybe she should find a new job, and not take it out on the patients. Thirdly, during my appointment they had someone working on my adjustment who didn’t know what she was doing. My appointment took longer than usual because in the process of doing my adjustment she knocked my cap off from my root canal. Thankfully Dr Delgado (who is amazing and I have never had any problems with her) was able to get the dentist to secure it back on for me. I will be calling corporate and now I understand why the turn over rate at both of these locations are high and it’s because of management.

Negative experience: My first 3 years they done an excellent job on my teeth with no problem and then when certain people got changed and have people that don’t know what they’re doing at the job they been doing a awful job especially with keeping up people accounts As a person don’t come here and waste your time go somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Gentle dental is a great name for this establishment. I went through some pretty serious procedures here and barely even winced. Dr. Sana is awesome and explains what she is doing while doing it which made me very comfortable. She was also very upbeat which made me less nervous.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would! Went in today at 530 for my daughter ortho appt…under the impression that she would be getting bottom braces put on..(per our last visit when the appt was made six weeks ago) when we arrived the hygienist looked at my daughters teeth and said “oh you don’t have bottom braces” I said that’s why we’re here today. She frowned up her face..I said “why you looking like that!?” She looked around and said “who me?” I said yes..she said “oh I was just wondering who told you that because we don’t do braces after 330” I said “idk whoever made the appt” I then asked “what was supposed to be done today?” She said “an adjustment” I said “that’s not what I was told” she said “well I can’t look it up because my computer is down” and then went to go and get the “doctor” once Dr. Delgado arrived she looked inside my daughters mouth..I asked her what was she getting done today she said an adjustment..I once again said that’s not what we were told…she said that bottoms aren’t put on for 6-10 weeks I said yes that why we were under the impression she would’ve getting them on today because it’s been 6 weeks. She then asked “well what do you want me to do today?” I asked her to do whatever they were going to do since we were here…she then put her hand up and said “I’m not going to argue with you” I said “ma’am I’m not arguing and you are supposed to be a professional I’m trying to get clarification because we were told something different” she then said well she can’t get the bottoms on until her next two visits (I definitely know no one said that) she then left and didn’t return allowing another hygienist to do the adjustment. After the adjustment we go to the front to schedule her next app..the lady at the front says “so are we scheduling her next two appointments?” I said “idk what we are doing everyone in here today seems like they have an attitude” she says “well was your appointment performed today?” I said “yes it was performed but going forward y’all shouldn’t make appointments after 5pm if y’all going to have attitudes and be ready to go” I told her what we were supposed to be getting and she asked me “who told me that” I said “idk who ever made the appointment” then she said “oh I’m just tryna help you out” and then that’s when all hell broke loose…I cussed everyone out in that office…and then asked for the managers name which no one gave me and they then asked me to leave the office. We left after saying a few more words…I have NEVER in all of my life been so disrespected at a doctors office…..the way in which I was spoken to from the dentist to the hygienist to the front office was so disrespectful! No one said “I’m sorry you thought x,y,z but today she’ll be getting a,b,c” instead they treating me as if I was a piece of dirt on the street because I asked for clarification on a service being performed and billed to me!!!!!!!! It was really giving racially discriminated against! Just because I asked for clarification from the doctor she felt as if I was “arguing” because I’m black!!! Had I been white she would have explained and I’m sure apologized!!! I have never been asked to leave a doctors office because I’ve asked for the managers name!!!! This place is dirty…bugs on the floor (after I asked the hygienist to pick up a bug that was under the dental chair my daughter was sitting in she picked it up with a tissue tossed it in the trash looked at me and said “there you go!” Like I’m supposed to have my child sitting above a bug while she gets services performed!! It’s giving racially motivated!! Because I’m black I was spoken to in a manner in front of my child that was null of bedside manner! I would expect that from the hygienist but for an educated “doctor” to put her hand up and say “I’m not going to argue with you” when all I was doing was asking what services was she getting today let’s me know that she has no care for her patients! Had I been a white mother with a white child it would have been many apologies going on…I will be filing a complaint with the national dental association

Negative experience: The staff is nice, but they are under staffed and over booked. I often have outrageous wait times. Also, because they are so understaffed customers get below avg care and its easy for the dentist to miss important things because they are always rushing. Would not recommend given the current state of there organization.

Negative experience: So I just had a appt there and I have one coming up on the 14th of September They were waiting on forms for a pre authorization from my insurance that the dentist office never sent over to my insurance!!! Then the lady was very rude on the phone and told me I was a dismissed patient!!!! Since when do you set an appt and then dismiss a patient!! I’m so over this place and glad I changed offices!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

Negative experience: AWEFUL DISCOMBOBULATED. THEY DIDNT DO anythingi waited for an hour for them notnto do anything Then one of the workers says well, how are they supposed to do anything to your tooth when they touch it, hurt r u kidding me?..Refer me out ..to a place on the other side of town..zero bedside manner.. So I guess if you just need your teeth cleaned and an X-ray, it's the right place to go.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this office for several years due to not many options through my dental insurance. I have had good service and bad. The biggest issue I've had over the last 2 years is the constant change of dentist's and the poor care i received from a dentist last year. I needed my crown replaced due to an issue with the lab making the first one badly. My crown was then replaced 3 times and my tooth prepped each time. The crown won't stay on and the current dentist is in agreement that my tooth is beyond repair needs to be taken out. After seeking a consult from a specialist who said an implant is my only feasible option, I requested Gentle Dental pay for the implant since it was a dentist at their office ,whom they have fired, was responsible for my issue. The dentist and office managers there have been in agreement but upper management refuses to contact me at all for over six months to take responsibility. In the mean time my tooth is falling apart.

Fantastic experience: Dr Delgado is the best! We like her so much we drove down from Flint so we could see her for our orthodontic appointment because we were going to be out of town on the days she was going to be at our local dentist office. Her staff is always friendly and helpful as well. This is our second child receiving orthodontic care from Dr Delgado and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking great quality care.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to GD of Warren for years but as of late, I’d say within the last 4 yrs, this establishment has declined. There’s little to no staff now, many of the previous staff have gone on to other endeavors I suppose and the staff that is present is very unprofessional and lackluster in the service they provide. I’d a 3:50 appointment, which I took the day off for and was left sitting in the waiting room until almost 5:00 (closing time) once I finally got into a room the hygienist was very physically heavy handed, I would imagine she was in a rush to finish for the evening but in my opinion I’d prefer if they had just canceled the appointment and rescheduled if they were running that far behind. My teeth are very sensitive and typically my cleanings come with some discomfort as it is but due to the rushed nature of this cleaning I was in quite a bit more discomfort than normal. I didn’t appreciate the fact I took time off only to end up waiting almost an hour after my appointment, which in hindsight I could’ve just came after work seeing as how late of a start they had. I won’t be returning as a customer and will be taking my business elsewhere. Sad to see such a wonderful establishment decline in such a way.

Negative experience: Got to my appointment 10 mins early, then waited to be taken back half an hour after my scheduled appointment. Took them an hour just to take x rays and examine my teeth. Not sure if I want to return.

Negative experience: This office is very unprofessional!!! Specifically the so called manager Courtney. All I was trying to do was get a teeth cleaning as a dialysis patient, and she was so cruel and mean and unprofessional to me. She was very confrontational, and even hung out of the dentist office window to yell at me as I was walking out the door. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AT ALL, she was very disrespectful

Fantastic experience: Dr. Delgado is a wonderful Orthodontist. She is extremely pleasant, and professional. She does a great job with my daughter's braces. The staff is also very professional, kind, and considerate to the needs of the patients.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate all the staff at Gentle Dental Warren and their professionalism. When I called Mychelle answered the phone and she was kind and patient with my requests. Angie and Rochelle are awesome they took care of my teeth cleaning and they were kind and made sure I felt comfortable and explained what I needed to do to take better care of my teeth and I appreciate that. Dr. Swati is amazing she was kind and really worked to make sure I didn’t feel any pain during my procedure and no pain when I was home. Dr Swati called me at home to check on me, to see if I was having any pain. I really appreciated that!! Gentle Dental Warren Staff Is the Best!!

Fantastic experience: Nice clean newer office with multiple dental chairs. Great location and parking. A somewhat open floor plan with some privacy. Large flat screens in each room. As with all dental offices nowadays there is always the upsell go to get more expensive services such as 'deep' cleaning. This is mostly for older patients and people who don't care for teeth I suppose. Makes me floss more. I love the staff especially Teri who treats my family.

Fantastic experience: I won't let anyone else touch my mouth other then Dr.Swati, not only is she sweet as pie but she also trys everything in her power to help you. She actually cares about her patients which is very hard to find now a day. Rochelle is also amazing I have never had such a wonderful experience while waiting and getting attended to. She was very gentle and very caring as well, such a sweetheart. This is my to go place for any mouth work

Fantastic experience: Angie was the dental hygienist for my kids!!! She was awesome! Very patient & gentle. Just a great overall experience. Rochelle helped with scheduling and was also very patient and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I just had the last of four cavities filled(I have weak enamel) and it wasn’t just a your average little, easy to get to cavity. No, this one was apparently huge. It was also on a back molar, and to make sure it wasn’t too easy, I’ve also got fat cheeks. I’ve known I had a cavity or at least something there for a while, but I kept getting “we'll just keep an eye on it.” Dr Swaiti and Rochelle to the rescue! Between the two of them the cavity has finally been dealt with, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was quick and painless, and they couldn’t have been kinder. I have no pain afterward either.

Fantastic experience: Angie & Rochelle were THE BEST!! I know my teeth need some work & most places are a little rough. Not here - effective, efficient & professional - my teeth are thoroughly cleaned and they did an excellent job!!! Defiantly will recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Dr.Swati, Rochelle and Kim they were all amazing with my son. My son was hurting and they took care of him immediately. They were patient and so kind and gentle. They saved 2 molars and saved me some money. Love this place

Fantastic experience: I love the ladies up front who take care of check in and payments. Rhey are friendly and personable. Orthodontist is great too. Both my boys are seen here for their braces appointments and their teeth are looking great. We get in and out with ease. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff and Dr. Jordi are amazing! Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. They are fantastic with my boys. I needed a root canal last year and was extremely nervous. Dr. Jordi and his staff were so calming and gentle. I also have Lupus, so my immune systen is compromised and they addressed that so I didn't end up with any infection. I also have Fibromyalgia so sitting with my jaw open that long was def going to cause a flare up. Dr. Jordi knew exactly where to numb me so that afterwards I had NO residual muscle or tissue pain. My youngest son is also having his braces put on soon and I've been so impressed with their equipment, knowledge, and use of best practices. 9/14/22 It's been a few months since our son had his braces on and everything is coming along great! Everyone is so nice and I can't believe what a smooth process it's been for him. I'm really glad we chose Gentle Dental for orthodontics. The cost was very fair compared to other offices and the quality of care has been better than what we received from a a local competitor who charged significantly more when our older son needed braces.

Fantastic experience: Had a great visit all around from x-rays, to Dr. consult, then cleaning later the same day. Thank. you for fitting us in as visitors to the area. Had some good laughs with Angie and her master of machinery assistant :) We'll be back in a month for some additional work on the teeth, oddly looking forward to it because of the staff.

Negative experience: This is by far the worst ortho dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are so unprofessional. I paid for my whole Invisalign treatment upfront two years ago and I still have the problem I came with until this day. The doctor went on labor and she would never answer my calls neither the office. I wasted my time energy and money. The equipment is old and they can’t answer any of my questions. I honestly suffered with them. I asked for a refund and they won’t give me back my refund. I I highly don’t recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I would have loved to give this place five plus Stars but it's unfortunate because initially when I called them I told him I had 10 days left on my insurance and they replied to me hold on they said your insurance will cover it and then after they said that they scheduled me and said once the x-rays is done you're going to go right into the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately, that never transpired. They came up with these astronomical figures on this print out. Even though they said I only had to pay $80 worth with my insurance but the bottom line was is that they said they had a family that came in so I was put to the side. At that time there was nothing that they could do or we'll try to get you in so I'm very upset with the way they handle things could have been done a lot better I don't think I'll be coming back here. Especially when the said it takes 30 days to here back from my insurance. Good going guys had I known that, I wouldn't have wasted the trip. All bout sales today. I don't think teeth played a role in this today it was greed. No question....

Negative experience: I would not recommend, every since I’ve been going here I constantly run into problems. My appointments constantly get cancelled, the receptionist are rude, and they are unorganized. I would strongly suggest somewhere else for ortho. I’m stuck here because I already paid my money out of pocket and I get the worst treatment and attitudes smh.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience and will make this my kids dentist office. I called with an emergency and they scheduled me the same day for my son. When l tell you Trenese and Kimberly made me feel welcome and explained everything to me. The dentist was nice as well and explained everything. I even scheduled visits for my other children and it was fast no long waiting. If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Gentle Dental in Warren!! Polo & Mona were so great and made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were very kind, as I am terribly afraid of the dentist and all procedures but they made me feel at home and safe. Dr. Jordi was so nice and helpful, highly precessional and caring. I have several more appointments scheduled that I'm hopeful and looking forward to my new beautiful smile and being pain free!! Thank you all so much!! The ladies in the reception were so great to, grill appointment setting to check in and out, 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Negative experience: ALLERT BIG SCAMERS .They used to be good i was with them over 10 year but they start scamming , trying to charge me extra everytime . Lately i tried to fix a gap on my tooth the orthodontist Delgado didn't tell me everything i need to know before i started the plan and pay $1500 for one tooth so technically she told after i paid that my problem won't be fix why didn't you tell me that . So dispointed don't recommend it at all they used to be good but now they just wants to take your money and they will be laying at you about your treatment. Big scam

Negative experience: This office horrible they will scam your credit card and they told me i have cavity and i checked other place my ttooth was fine just they want money no matter what one of the employee thier used my credit to pay online membership my credit company alert me and they told me it is from this office.not only that the orthodontist her name Delgado i think did mistake to my son teeth and she wants to charge me again on something she should know about it as a dr . How can o tell what's going ? Who is the dr ? Who should be responsible? And at the beginning of the treatment she was so sweet then after we paid for full treatment and she did horrible on the end she wants to charge us for her messed up. Not just that the sweet dr turn to a rude dont recommend this office at all they charge me 4000 on my son treatment and they didn't finish and they want us to pay extra for their horrible orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I just started here after a bad experience elsewhere and to say my experience here was great is an understatement. DeMarco was great to talk to as he took my x-rays really helped to calm my nerves and the dentist dr Jordi found the problem causing my pain leftover from my fillings done elsewhere quickly and resolved it. I felt immediate relief and they were great at helping to make plans to deal with my remaining fillings I need done. They also recognized that I don't need as many fillings done on my teeth as the other dentist was claiming and for that I appreciate. Will be transferring My son's care here soon.

Fantastic experience: When ever I need them they are available. The staff that I deal with are wonderful which are Brittany she never let's me down and Kristen she is so helpful and patient. Then there is Mona the hygienist she makes sure you are knowledgeable regarding you health and teeth. Let's don't leave out Dr. Jordi he is so patient and he explained every step he is doing and does it well. Dr. Jordi did a beautiful job on my teeth. I dont want to leave out Dr. Jordi assistant who has the pretty tattoo that always help him work on me. Thank you all for the good work you do. Irene

Fantastic experience: I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I have had horrible experiences. When I walked into that office, I was terrified. From the time Ashlie walked me back to my room, I was instantly made to feel comfortable. I explained to her of my fear of dentists and she showed nothing but compassion and empathy for me. When doctor Davis came back, from the moment he stepped foot into the exam room, he was super gentle from the way he spoke to the way he handled my tooth extraction. I was blown away and so pleased with the care I got there today. I have never felt more comfortable about going to the dentist. Today showed me how amazing the staff at Gentle Dental are. I will definitely be making this my regular dentist office!
