Fantastic experience: Love Dr Sahel. She’s been pleasant and the most gentle dentist ever. So friendly and amazing at making me feel comfortable. Her staff are also pleasant and nice to see this cheerful group.

Fantastic experience: Only place to go for dental work, their top tier on being gentle, kind, understanding etc., and there office will work with on a dental/payment plan. I swear top tier !!

Fantastic experience: My top 6 teeth were severely decayed, I had to avoid chewing with them because any one of them could crack with one bite of an apple, they were fragile but if I crowned them BEFORE IT GOT WORSE AND ROOT CANALS were right around the corner... I researched the hell out of my options and decided Dr. Mark Bouchillon was my best bet. I read his profile and a UofM both undergrad and secondary degree is a great first impression. Also as founder of Redwood Dental Group, over 2000 hours of continuing education... And I read ALL the reviews from patients posted online. 99%ish very positive. I am an over thinker, so trust me Dr. Bouchillon is an Ace. I say this from both my diligent research and my decision to trust him with my top six center front teeth, aka the "smile teeth". He crowned all 6 of my top center front teeth and I was primarily concerned about good functionality... I kinda told him I'm not really concerned with cosmetics, but he wouldn't accept that. He insisted (without any upsales) that he wanted to give me both best functionality and cosmetics... I've had no pain, no problems it's so much easier to maintain now that I can floss My upper teeth are no longer jagged and sharp. No chips no discomfort after 6 months. Functionality I said over and over was all I really cared about, but just look at what I got, beauty and brawn :-) As far as the cost and billing dept, they bent over backwards to make sure my insurance paid for every legitimate dollar available to me. Rachel from billing, I can't thank you enough. Also clean building and professional staff from the front desk to the hygienists, billing dept, to the actual dentist.... It was a grand slam for me. For the photos, keep in mind you only see the top row of teeth in a normal smile... Also Im pretty sure its just a short matter of time until I need the bottom teeth crowned, so I can match color to be white then. Thank you all, Redwood Warren, MI.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist, very clean office and they are very efficient. The x ray that they do on teeth is very modern and it displays a 3d version of your whole mouth. It’s pretty cool. Also, my husband had an emergency tooth need a few months ago and they were able to get him in the same day to resolve his issues. Great family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sahel is so kind and has a gentle touch, my crown procedure went great! Her staff is amazing as well, Timina works so well alongside Dr. Sahel. Brandi is very knowledgeable about Invisalign among many other things, and the gentleman who did my cleaning (can’t remember his name!) was great!! He was able to remove a lot of the staining on my teeth, and they feel SO smooth! The receptionist was also great letting me know my estimate beforehand and also during check-out. I highly recommend this to be yours and your family’s dentist!

Fantastic experience: Been going here about a year and a half now. The staff and Drs are super laid back. I hate having people so close to me, especially in my mouth, and I am neurodivergent and they do a pretty good job making me comfortable. This last visit hygienist Gator was rad as hell and it was one of the most painless and quick cleanings I've had in a long time.

Fantastic experience: New Dentist for me and first visit was today. Very positive as they were able to see me right away for X-rays and cleaning and will start work tomorrow. Dr Sahel and staff are very pleasant and accommodating and I am comfortable with her advice. 6/26/25 Update…… Dr Sahel worked on several teeth that needed restoration and tried to make adjustments to a existing partial that was done so poorly by a previous dentist but it just wasn’t up to her standards that she asked to make a new partial and I received it today , it really fits good. I am happy I found a great dentist with great staff Again I highly recommend Warren Family Dentistry

Fantastic experience: This is a great place. They treat me well and everybody there always has a great attitude besides the fact that they’re a big group of gorgeous women they really are professional and know what they’re doing and they do a great job my first root canal went great. There was only pain during and shortly after it healed and I’ve never had an issue. and would refer you to everyone I know 10/10/24 I came back for another visit. This was an amazing visit. She got me in within a half an hour of calling And were eager to help She always does more than expected and I really really love this place 2/12/25 Another visit and I still love this place so much they are extremely patient with me and I’m a very stubborn person and don’t always know the right questions to ask and it sometimes costs me a lot of money when I’m unsure of something and neglect to ask questions until I fully understand but they’re working with me and I’m very thankful for that and I’m absolutely sure I’ll be happy with the end result

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was so nice when I called explaining i was having bad tooth pain. They got me in same day and the Dr and her assistant were Amazing! I left out of pain and remained that way! Was my 1st time there and they won me as a patient for life!

Fantastic experience: I drive 15 miles and pass by a number of other dentists to come to this office. They have a relaxed atmosphere and are very patient with explaining every step of the process for the day. They also go out of their way to break down payments and options that are available for any procedures that may be needed or recommended with no pressure added. No nonsense and no stress plus they are very friendly and kind. I definitely recommend them for your dental needs. I will also add that I have not received any incentive to post a positive review. This is just my honest opinion.

Positive experience: As far as the cleaning it was great. Deanna was very thorough in her cleaning and comforting if you have sensitive teeth. The problem I had is that they decided to take X-rays after a year or less of me being a patient there when my insurance covers every 2 years of X-rays. I was not intending on having a 45 dollar charge unexpectedly and would’ve elected for what my insurance covers. 5 stars for the cleaning and 1 star for the charge without consulting me first and electing to charge me without my say so.

Fantastic experience: Thus far, I had a great experience. The staff was great. The hours great. They got me in fast for my emergency. Tony was great communicating with regarding my insurance. The dental technician did amazing with the X-rays. The dentist was great and explained everything to me. I found a great dentist. ***update*** Dr. Chirco has gentle hands. I even failed asleep during my root canal and not meds. Anca does a great job educating me and keeping me in a loop. Toni does a great job with scheduling and keeping me organized with my schedule. I love text messages to confirm my appointment.

My family dentist i had been to my whole life passed when i was 18 and never found another dentist i like until now, and im 29! I had to bring my 3 yr old today not only did they enjoy her company snd make my daughter feel welcomed they supported her snd let her get her very first cleaning while i got some work done! Negative experience: They are by far the worst dentist I have been to. I use to go to the dentist office from a kid until now, but ever since the original owner passed away and the staff that worked with Dr. Tuck left, this new staff is just horrible. They change your appointment time with no notice and give you a hard time about cleaning your teeth claiming you were late even though you have the appointment time on a card they gave you. The lady that did my husband's teeth was very rough and careless. We will be finding another dentist to go to. The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to for the review.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the care I received. The staff was very honest with me on what I need to do. I was a bit blind sided by what my former dentist did not pick up. If I didn't have to find a dentist that is in-network, I would probably stay right where I am. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: This place was very good and accommodating to my dental anxiety instead of feeling anxious I felt calm the staff was super nice it was quite refreshing, I will refer everyone to this dental practice!

Negative experience: $50 cancellation fee when things happen out of your control is absolutely crazy, the service is mediocre at best and the customer care is very lacking and rude. 95% of other dentist office do not charge fees for ridiculous things like that. Might I add that that is regardless of circumstance or the reason behind it. The “you signed a document saying that you agree to this months ago” is not an excuse. it’s quite obvious that all these reviews were offered some kind of benefit for a good review. Stay far away and find a more friendly and understanding place. And NO you can’t trust all your “good reviews” you offer “incentives” for a good reviews, but not the truth. If you truly cared about your patients you wouldn’t even think of fees for things like that. As of 4/27/2024 I now received a bill for 75$ instead of the 50$ I was told I owed for the “cancellation fee”. Once again this just shows the actual nature of the operation and let me tell you it’s not to help people with there dental needs, it’s the money. They couldn’t even help themselves but to lie about how much the insane cancellation fee was! Please do not make the same mistake I did of ever going here just to get taken advantage of.

She explained what needed to be done and setup a treatment plan for me to follow. She and her staff are kind, supportive, and answered all of my questions/concerns. Negative experience: Not a very good experience today. The equipment broke twice while I was having my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was pretty good but when the equipment broke for the second time, instead of taking me to another room to finish up, she went on to see another client. She left me there waiting for the Dentist to come and fix the machine again and then she was supposed to finish the job. I waited then finally I paid for the cleaning only and left. What makes it so bad that happened with the person before me and the hygienist told me they had to go to another room so why would you take me to the room with the broken equipment. I will not be going back there again. It’s hard to get good service anymore.

Negative experience: Awful. The dental hygienist was inexperienced. Don’t think she really knew how to clean teeth. I was soaked from water spraying all over my mouth and chest. In fact, I don’t think my teeth got cleaned at all. Dr never checked her work after completion. Enough said.

Fantastic experience: I went in for an extraction and found that my tooth was still good and got a root canal done and temporary crown. It may be pricy with the economy but they were absolutely excellent. The doctor was quick and compassionate along with the rest of the staff, I would recommend them to anybody. Negative experience: Had fill ins done had two go back twice to have them looked at because I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth for a month. I still have pain and have to go to an endodontist now to have it checked out. I get a bill for $60 just for this place to look at what they should have fixed the first time I don't think so.

Negative experience: They added random charges to my friend’s account and notified him after almost a year later threatening collection. This was on top of what they collected from the insurance company and the cash payment at time of service. Beware of this place! Keep all receipts and read all the fine prints!

Negative experience: First visit they changed the time on me. No big deal. Had a second visit scheduled and they postponed it a MONTH! Came here for my appointment a month later and sat in the waiting room for an hour. Waste of time and going somewhere else. EDIT: They just texted me today saying I have past due appointments that I didn't even make! Did they make fake appointments to try to hit me with cancellation fees? This place is so dysfunctional

Negative experience: Dec 14th: They tried to charge me double the usual price to fix my teeth. They also tried to charge me $115 for the x ray while the website shows $89. Be careful. Updated on Jan 8: They told me they would send me the x ray information so I could take it to another doctor, they never sent me the information. I don't recommend this place to anyone, I'll talk to my attorney to see if I can get my money back. Update on Jan 18th: Went there a month ago, they charged me for x-ray and some pictures, I decided to not continue with the treatment due to their cost not matching what they advertise. They told me they would send me the images, they never sent! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Really bad experience!

They took their time and made sure to do a wonderful job on my routine teeth cleaning. Compared to my previous dentist, this place gave me the “Royal treatment” it felt like.
