Fantastic experience: I have been extremely impressed with every appointment I have had at this Aspen location. I love that this office is owned by two local dentists. I feel that they truly do care about their patients and they want to do what is right. Every member of staff is so kind and supportive of their patients every step of ones dental journey. This is the only office I refer my friends and family to because I know the doctors and office staff all stand behind their work 100%. The assistant manager is pretty cute too BTW

Fantastic experience: from the moment i walked in till the time i left everyone was nice and friendly and showed genuine care. they have awesome new technology that the dr. used to when going over everything with me to not just talk to me about what was going on but actually show me as well. not a huge fan of dentist in general and having not gone in some years they made me feel very comfortable for my fist time back to a dentist and for my first time with them. for the first time in my life i can say i’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist

Negative experience: Went with extream tooth pain begging for a removal cash in hand. They refused to do that but insted said i needed a root canal and gave me a quite for over $3k. They want your money they DO NOT care about your heath. Go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I went there for the night guard and they took impression and I told them what I wanted, they did just the opposite, I wanted night guard that is covering the mid line of my teeth and I also explained why, but they made night guard which hardy covers my teeth in the front and they are saying all night guard come like that which is a total lie because I have a night guatd that covers mid line of the teeth so they said they will remake it I am still waiting, let's see

Fantastic experience: Had a great first experience with Aspen Dental. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. Everyone I interacted with showed care and compassion during my time. There was a high influx of walk in patients but I had scheduled my appointment online and they were able to make sure my issue was resolved while still helping the people that had walked in and communicated with each other to make sure everyone was seen in a timely manner. I was worried about payment but I was able to get financing even with my not so great credit and I’m very thankful for that!

Negative experience: I specifically asked for an endodontist appointment. Was “bait & switched” trying to get us to agree to a smile plan. The endodontist only comes once a month & that wasn’t today! Left very angry for wasting My time. I should send them a bill!

Positive experience: Everybody has always been nice, and polite. However all the ones that started off there when I first came seem to be gone. They're are new faces. Even the dentist are new to me. Some of the things that were explained to me regarding my dental work is now being told to me differently. Just a couple of things that I'm concerned about. I'm hoping that once I receive my permanent dentures they will look nice and feel much better then my temporary one's. Over i haven't had a bad experience there.

Negative experience: I called because I’m having a tooth emergency. I’m in crippling pain. I’ve taken 4 800mg IBUPROFEN in the last 5hrs and hasn’t touched my pain. They said they could help but can’t see me until Sept 30th. I’m going to get a blood infection! NO ONE WILL HELP ME NO ONE WILL SEE ME I FEEL COMPLETELY HELPLESS. Aspens website said they do emergencies. But apparently my emergency has to wait OVER A MONTH to be helped. I’ve had X-rays 3 times. I have a referral. I’m in so much pain I can’t eat, I can barely talk. If I swallow wrong it sends me to the ground in pain. I don’t know what to do! NO ONE WILL HELP ME!

Negative experience: August 7, 2025, I was suckered into an Aspen Dental office under the pretense that prices for repairs on partials, began at $49. My partial required the replacement of one tooth, and I scheduled a same day appointment. Once I arrived at their Sterling Heights location, the office manager greeted me with a tablet, requesting that I fill in my complete medical history. I explained that a week or two prior, X-rays were taken, an exam was provided, and my teeth were cleaned by my established dentist. I went on to explained that I was there for the replacement of a missing tooth only. She replied that in order to provide the repair, I would still need an exam for an accurate repair, and that it would cost only $29. After filling in my medical history, I was ushered into an examination room, where additional X-rays were taken, a dentist performed an oral examination , and an oral hygienist exam was also provided. I had no idea that all of these services would be specified, and under the pretense that they would cost $29 for the exam, and approximately $49 for a repair. At this point I sensed something strange was afoot. And after being escorted to the payment area, my suspicions were confirmed. I would be billed $238, an amount I never expected. And, to add further insult to the entire scheme, I was presented with an application for financing $4,235.40 of future services. Services I felt should have never been evaluated, or require. Then to make matters even worse, after paying the $238, the dental assistant returned with my repaired partial to insert, and requested I wait in the payment area once again. Once my name was called, I returned to the payment desk where a different payment staff member appeared, and suggested that there was an additional repair provided to my partial that had not been paid. At this juncture, it was clear that I had been taken advantage of, and inquired which other repair was provided, and she replied “it (computer screen)won’t let me see it”. So, she left, and returned with the lab technician, and he asserted that he did not know how the additional charge “got there”. After the dispute, she informed me that it was just a mistake. I have never felt so foolish after being suckered into such a disingenuous farce, to fleece me out of my limited resources!

Negative experience: beware the office will provide unnecessary services and give you a bill without discussing it with you before treatment. Typical corporate dentistry . They charged my husband $100 for “medicine when the bottle of chlorhexidine is $15 they do not ask and get consent they treat and tell you afterward . Illegal and unethical

Positive experience: I made an appointment yesterday over the phone, but when I got to my appointment the next day, they said they did not see that I had a Cleaning along with my x-rays for my first appointment so I had to argue with the other dental assistant about the accommodate me and my lunchtime luckily, they did fit me in but I shouldn’t have had it gone that way so whoever scheduled me for first time patient it definitely was very confusing and disorganized? they did blame it on the call center, which again is still their company, but I did not also like that. They didn’t take accountability.!

I called at 5pm and they got me next day at 1pm. (Before my son's recommendation I had called 5 others & no one would see me before July). It was my front tooth!!! Anyway they were AMAZING!!! Temporarily fixed my tooth so I could go to work. Set up a plan for a permanent tooth. Worked with me on financing. 2 days later had next visit for a deep cleaning & the prep for my crown. Dr. Krystal she is incredible. Right from the start I was at ease. I felt like she really cared and was extremely knowledgeable and confident (but NOT confident in a condescending way). LOVE her. The entire staff is amazing but Chohn (or maybe it's Chong, but he said like John but Ch so I'm guessing Chohn) the dental hygienist was the most incredible hygienist I have ever had. I didn't need novacaine at all (normally they always had to super numb me). He put on some numbing gel and that was enough. He seriously did the best cleaning I've ever had and because I didn't get numbed he was able to do the entire deep cleaning in one visit instead of 2. As long as he's there I will never miss a cleaning again. That says everything. Like I said it's been YEARS since I've been to the dentist. I really can't say enough about how Amazingly Incredible they all are there. Including front desk, dental assistant, checkout. Literally Everyone!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door, I realized that I made the best decision for my dental needs. After keeping my options open by going to five different places for ideas on where to go, I gladly chose Aspen Dental. From the front desk receptionist to the girls in the back taking x-rays, and I have to mention Sheila! She is the coordinator who helped me understand the billing options and the different pictures of dentures that would fit my needs. Fantastic experience: Had surgery several months ago. Temporary dentures look good lower denture fitting has been difficult, but that was expected. Surgery went well. Doctor did an excellent job and the nurses as well. I have been able to get adjustments on the lower denture as needed by just coming to the office and have been able to see the doctor right away Today, I was able to get my appointment adjusted again and the doctor was able to redo the lower denture lining again and was told to use adhesive Lower denture is fitting the best it’s fit and I’m an able to eat normally without having the denture move So far, I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of my treatment.

Negative experience: I went in to have dental work done six months ago. I waited until they confirmed what the insurance would cover. Then I had the work done. I paid my portion. Now six months later I owe over $1200. No warnings, just a bill. I have called several times to get this explained and they give me a run around and then someone will check and call me back but I never get a call back. It's so frustrating as I would have never had the work done if it was going to be that much. It also really hurts because if we are forced to pay it, it will take months. It's such a kick in the gut.

Negative experience: 0 stars this place is like a dealership, recommend stuff that is not an emergency and let me leave with a falling out infected tooth because I didn't wanna pay 1k outta pocket for a bone craft for future implants staff was very rude when I said I didn't want that done. Fantastic experience: This place was great! The dentist explained what the numbers she had called out (regarding my teeth) meant and what she found, as well as what it is I should do next for the best dental care. The procedure took every bit of 10 mins at best. Filling out the paperwork took the longest. Even the X-rays didn't take long at all. Definitely recommend and I will be returning to them instead of my regular dentist. I like the care they took in my situation and appreciated them getting it done ASAP.
