Fantastic experience: I went in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. Sandy is terrific with the cleaning job, not easy with my close teeth. On the other hand, I inherited good teeth with no issues and Dr. Walker has never tried to upsell me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Follow-up to my previous review... I can't say enough good things. Dr.Walker goes over all your options carefully. I had an old restoration from a previous dentist in need of a replacement (my fault). No ego with questions or if even if you mention other dentists. She truly wants you to be comfortable. My main concern was retaining as much natural tooth as possible during the replacement. Dr. Walker locked in with precision and accomplished that. Fantastic! Knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I rarely rate services, let alone twice in such a short time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Walker and staff always provide great care every visit. This was a needed repair for two different teeth. Dr Walker was able to see me on short notice. She and her team did an excellent job of fixing my teeth. The atmosphere of caring and respect makes going to Dr Walker's office not like "going to the dentist" but more like going to see friends that just happen to be wonderfully talented dental professionals who do everything possible to make the visit comfortable and with outstanding results.

Negative experience: i have been going to this office since moving to Cincinnati in late 1980’s. Dr Guju originally and now Dr Walker have always taken care of my needs. I have never had an issue until yesterday. I was in for a cleaning and after the cleaning Dr Walker informed me that she could no longer schedule me for visits as I would not allow them to perform X-rays. I will be looking for a new dentist as she continues to push her customers away with her forced charges and services.

The Dental hygienist is always gentle and making sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process and Dr Walker is super informative, wanting to ensure that I understand the information she shares regarding my dental health! I love this dental office, and local-hometown practice. Win-win!!!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not always fun, but Dr. Walker and her staff provide a comfortable and caring environment that makes you feel you are in good hands.

Negative experience: We had a very disappointing experience here. My husband was treated rudely by a hygienist during his cleaning, and when I called to address it, the response I received was that “not every hygienist is for everybody.” That is not how professionalism works. I also asked to speak with Dr. Walker, but the admin clearly never passed along the message because I never received a follow-up. As business owners ourselves, we know what professionalism and good customer experience look like, and this was the exact opposite. Both the hygienist and the front office staff fell short, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. We have already referred our family to do the same. To be clear, this is no reflection on Dr. Walker. She is an excellent dentist, very compassionate, gentle, and kind. Unfortunately, her staff reflects poorly on her practice and created a very negative overall experience.
