Fantastic experience: Over the past several days I visited Cincinnati Dental Services (for a past due checkup, and a much needed cleaning) very thorough, professional, and well executed, not to mention pain free! I recommend their dental treatment services to anyone searching for quality care!

Positive experience: Love Cincinnati Dental! The doctors and office staff are wonderful. Took off one star for the answering phone staff, they are very hard to get them to answer the phone to make appointments and any questions you may have. May take many attempts to get them to answer the phone.

Fantastic experience: I have been a CDS patient since 1977, but I have just started at this location. The staff is very welcoming and easy to deal with. Hygienist Laurissa is wonderful. She is gentle, thorough and explains throughout and answers any questions. I am very happy to have found this excellent convenient office.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my visit and the new doctor I had she went through my treatment plan and determined there was som stuff in there that I didn’t need.

Negative experience: After waiting for several months to be seen for a routine cleaning and exam I am extremely disappointed. This was my first and last time going to Cincinnati Dental Services. After taking x-rays I was told I have significant bone loss and needed some sort of deep cleaning that required numbing my gums. They also refused to do the routing cleaning for which I was scheduled. I went to a dentist I had previously seen to get a second opinion to learn my teeth and gums are very healthy. No bone loss!! Not sure why Cincinnati Dental Services told me that. Be Careful!!

Positive experience: I have been a patient for years. At this 6 month appointment they tell me I have bacteria and bone loss. And it will cost $961.00. I can’t afford that. They wouldn’t even clean my teeth without the whole treatment. They did scale it back a little. It cost me $737.00 . That I have to make payments through care credit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental office since I was a child and have never had a bad experience, nor was I ever scared to go to the dentist. Everyone you encounter is super kind, it’s not impossible to get an appointment (unlike some places), and the place itself is super clean and organized.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and assistant, Heather, are skilled, professional and personable. Dr. Lee is a person who is proficient in dentistry and a kind person. Actually, it was a pleasant experience having my permanent filling installed in my root canal. Kudos to Dr. Lee and Cincinnati Dental for having him on staff.

Negative experience: This had to be the strangest appointment I have had in my over a decade of using Cincinnati Dental. I felt like I was being shaken down by the tech - it felt like a strip search of my mouth! I had never met this person who started by telling me how she really wanted to cancel my appointment (which was already a reschedule from a previously cancelled appointment) and proceeded to jab an instrument under each gum while mumbling numbers - saying you’ve had this before (I had not)! She then proceeded to tell me how severe my gum issue was and that she could fix it if I agreed to come back every 4 months. “Do you have any questions about what I just told you” she asked? Ugh, yes! Why had no one over the past decade mentioned this? How much would this cost? She left the room and sent the doctor in Dr. Lee who I had seen in the past. He pokes on my teeth for 60 seconds and tells me everything looks great and then leaves! She then says he knows nothing about gums and she has way more training on this! When I question all of this, she leaves and sends a scheduler back to show me how much it will cost - $500 per visit, I again say how weird this is that it did not come up 6 months ago! The new person shrugs her shoulders and said “I wasn’t there - I wouldn’t know why.” I finally asked the tech - what about my cleaning? She almost laughed and says “oh we can’t do that now - it could kill you” The whole process felt like a shake down and left me rattled. I can’t stop thinking about how I now need to find a new dentist that I can trust for me and my entire family!

Fantastic experience: Wasn't too impressed with my service. Wanted them to sand off more on my tooth but felt like they wanted to do it their way

Negative experience: I had the same experience, but as a new patient because my dentist did not accept my insurance. Sat me down and talked to me about gum health. My gum were bleeding during her exam. Of course they were you stick them with a sharp point they will bleed and I am on blood thinner. Also, without checking or asking took x rays that were not covered by insurance. Wife went a week or so later with dental history including X-rays and the refused to use X-rays from a reputable dentist. 7 am appointment. Walked in with the staff took her 30 minutes late and told her tech was busy charting another patient. When she asked if she was 30 minutes late would they have still seen her. Answer was no. Show some respect. My advice avoid

Fantastic experience: From check-in to paying and scheduling my next appointment everyone was friendly and professional. The young lady that took my X-rays, my hygienist and the dentist were very gentle, kind and friendly. I couldn't ask for more from folks in a dental office.

Fantastic experience: Great place. I called with a toothache and they got me in the same day. The staff is always excellent. I’ve dealt with Dr. Lee in the past and just like this time he was professional and did not lie to try to make money. I was referred to a periodontist. The price I paid (which wasn’t outrageous) was well worth it.

Positive experience: It took for ever for me to get my antibiotics cause there wasn't a Drs signature and my referral wasn't sent in or filed with my records until I went back into the office

Negative experience: Horrible experience today. I went in for my bi annual teeth cleaning like I have for years. I walked out without getting my teeth cleaned! The hygienist sat me down and went on a rant about how they were going to do something different today. I looked at her and said OK what’s that? She then proceeded to talk 15 minutes about the importance of gum care. (I already know) How I would become very sick with disease if I didn’t get this procedure done. In the past they have always tested with a probe. I’ve never had gum issues and still don’t! This was nothing more than a scam and scare tactic. She refused to clean my teeth before I agreed to pay nearly $1000.00 out of pocket for a gum procedure. This was a scheduled appointment and I had to walk out without my teeth being cleaned ! I have always had a glowing check up until I met this psycho hygienist today. Absolutely insane what I experienced today.

Negative experience: I want to leave 0 stars, but this link wont allow it. The staff went out of their way to argue with me regarding what vineer they previously worked on. As if I didn't know. So their record on me is incorrect. There is a turnstile of staff. And no one is polite. They wanted to charge me a higer rate for the same procedure I've had done twice prior. They had me so upset I couldnt get any dental work done bc my blood pressure is too high. They didn't want to wait for my pressure to come down so they sent me away with a dangerously high reading. I explained that it's not a good idea to take someone's blood pressure after they drive an hour thru traffic to get there. Followed by, "here sign this contract for the procedure." And arguing with me about a cost I was not expecting. No follow up appt. If they really cared they would have least called to check on me the next day. Overall, they treat you like a problem instead of a person.

Fantastic experience: 7/30/25. Cleaning and consult with Dr. Kevin Lee was very good. Dr. Lee and Amber were both a pleasant and professional . Been seeing Dr. Lee for about 9 years. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: i went here because they claimed they could do extractions fast only for their dentist to be on vacation, another dentist told me i couldnt keep my tooth if they pulled it bc law in texas is like that guess what we are in ohio and your tooth is your property! thankfully i went to afinia after they tried to schedule me out 2 weeks ! afinia got me in and pulled within 3 days and i feel so good with my decision to not go back here so if you are reading this save your time they are not upfront and will drag you around make you feel uncomfy! so many room in the back of that place no thank you! if you want personal care dont go here!

Negative experience: After 1 hr 15 minutes did not get general teeth cleaning that I requested,just a plan that would be $600 out of pocket.What a scam!

Positive experience: The staff is knowledgeable and does a good job but the are not very friendly. This is why I stopped going to them for a while but went back because the office is close to my house.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for many years. And I’ve seen a steady decline in customer service but I keep coming back. Today’s the final straw. They’re down one hygienist and because their patient walked in the door 5 minutes before me, the hygienist I was scheduled with took that person back, and I’m told I cannot be seen at all, and will have to be rescheduled for a much later date. No apologies, no compassion, no friendliness. I’m done with them. I will be looking for a new practice for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygenist was very thorough and explained the process as she went. I forgot her name, as she isn't my normal hygenist but she was very kind and professional!

Positive experience: My appointment was at 4pm , I arrived at 340pm at 420pm i went back up to the desk to see how much longer it was going to be and the lady didn't even know I was still waiting. Not very perfessional. Took about another 5 minutes before I got in.

Fantastic experience: I received wonderful care. Everyone was friendly and professional. My hygienist Michelle was a delight; she did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. And my doctor made sure I had a clear understanding of the work that I needed to have done and the importance of having it done in a timely matter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years, has always been a good experience. I have a chipped front tooth. I got 2 estimates, and Cincinnati Dental is definitely the best price for porcelain veneers. I am confident they will do a great job!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by first the worst experience in a dental office I’ve ever had. I am typically seen in the Milford office but was able to get in this location for a cleaning. The hygenist was nothing more than a scare tactic salesman. I left and will never go back. I have a follow up with another provider for a second opinion.

Positive experience: Services were good, but my appointment was for 8am as I need to work during day. I didn’t leave until after 10am. I purposely made the early appointment to avoid a lengthy visit.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency issue with a tooth cap that came off. Same day appointment and fast and easy fix. Very grateful for their excellent service!

Negative experience: Unlike all of my frequent visits over the years and my experience with teeth cleaning and dentist over the decades of my life, this was by far the worst. The hygienist was both physically and verbally abusive. I could go into greater detail, but just take it from me that if you ever have the dis-privilege to have this particular hygienist, run for the hills.

Positive experience: Great personnel and do good work. I've been with them for several years.

Negative experience: My appointment was Monday 4/28/25 at the Eastgate office . It was 8 months since my last appointment because they were already booked with other appointments. My next appointment is January 2026. That is 9 months from now. My hygienist told me that’s how far ahead they were booked. Good dental practices say to see your dentist every 6 months,. I’m a periodontal patient, so I am supposed to have visits every 4 months. I’ve paid all my bills on the day of my visit, except for my insurance portion. I don’t know what the problem is unless it’s just poor dental practices or they need to hire more help. She did tell me she would put me on a call list for September if there was a cancellation. I’m confused and dissatisfied as a patient. Lorisa is my hygienist and she does a phenomenal job but I think visits should be closer together. Mary Kreimer

Fantastic experience: Staff was very informative and helpful with my options. They are very kind and work as a team assisting each other for the benefit of the patient.

Negative experience: Based on personal experience, I have found this healthcare group to be professionally irresponsible. Despite a 7-8 year history of timely payments and excellent rapport with the primary care dentist, they terminated our care upon deciding to no longer participate in our insurance network. Efforts to resolve the matter and continue receiving critical preventive care to manage a congenital heart condition were unsuccessful. Our insurance provider granted a special authorization, and we offered to pay out-of-pocket, but the business managers at Cinninati Dental refused, citing speculations about potential claim denials or insufficient payment. Consequently, all access to the dentist was blocked and the dentist was treated as a mere laborer without nring allowed to intervene. Unfortunately, the commitment to patient care embodied in the Hippocratic Oath was not upheld by this group.

Fantastic experience: Well they got me back is seated to examine me within a timely fashion they gave me a bazillion x-rays, and then they gave me a thorough examination of my teeth and gums and found out that I have a bad gum infection so they're going to take care of that. Thank you Cincinnati Dental Eastgate your helping me save my teeth I have all of them I am 73 years old and I plan on keeping them all

But I was Not impressed at all by the Dentist. I felt like he was not interested, did not enjoy what he does, and was therefore disengaged. I would not recommend Cincinnati Dental Services, and I will be looking for a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service from here! The dentists here are lovely and kind and very honest about what needs to be done and how to help out with any dental issues you have. As someone who is very bothered about regular dentist visits due to how much of a textural nightmare they are, the regular check-ups here are a lot more bearable. That's partially because of the lovely workers! All of their recommendations have helped. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: My father's dentures rubbed a sore on his gum. Another dentist tried to realign his dentures many times without success. After one visit, Dr. Lee did some realignment work and my dad said his dentures felt 100% better.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extracted here yesterday and it went really well! I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost 6 years and I was really nervous about coming, but they were very kind and the whole process was way easier than I thought it would be.
