Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Wallace Group for years. The culture of this office is wonderful, and they continue to honor Dr. Wallace’s memory. As someone with was very anxious about the dentist after seeing a very mean dentist for most of my childhood, this office is so kind, welcoming and supportive. It is not a superluxe fancy office. That’s a compliment. This practice is focused on and delivers consistent, trustworthy, high quality care.

Fantastic experience: Once again, same as my last review: As always the staff at Wallace Dentistry did a great job! Doctor Jared is the best! I only wish my other doctors were as professional and ACTUALLY cared about my health. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wallace’s office has been taking care of my family and I for years. Dr. Graham worked as our hygienist before becoming our doctor. The whole team takes great care of you and eases your worries start to finish. Though I am biased as I love getting my teeth cleaned! I look forward to my returns in the years to come.

Fantastic experience: I changed dentists and am ashamed to say I had not been to any dentist in several years. Kim (dental hygienist) was kind and patient and did a great group cleaning my teeth. Dr. Jared taught me something about my teeth that no one else had explained. My teeth look great and I am so happy that I chose Wallace Group Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I really love..love how personable the ladies at the front desk are. Even the hygienist was very good at explaining while she was trying to work her magic. Especially when there was a pain spot. Dr. Graham is somewhat great. He just always seems to be in a hurry and talks too fast!!! Overall the office is very clean, there is lots of FENGSHUI in the air, unpon entering...such a great dental office.

Negative experience: This is not a place to go if in pain or expecting good communication. Sent me for a root canal. I got the procedure done. Pain came right back, sent for extraction after that. The whole process took about 2 months . I was in pain the entire time. Very little communication about next steps and unwilling to give pain medication. Also the receptionists was very rude to me and other patients all three times I went there within a two month span. Go somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: Great service and staff. Had to put off visit due to Covid. Schedule and fees great. Highly recommend. Ok update went yesterday on the wrong day and they saw me!!great service and care 9/1923. Went for new appointment 10-8 2025 Everything still great. Go there

I had an emergency cracked tooth and they were able to fit me in that day. I highly recommend to anyone looking for expert care with a friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, kind and sympathetic staff. I never had to wait for more than 3 minutes to be seen by the hygienist or the dentist. Not rushing to interfere with unnecessary procedures which is what other clinics are doing in order to justify their business. It truly seems that Wallace dentistry care for their patients dental health and not in making more revenue. They always give a little courtesy bag with toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss which is really cute and helpful

Fantastic experience: The dentist that I had since the early nineties no longer took either one of my insurance. I was sad and thought I would not find a nice Highly skilled dentists again. I am retired now and have Medicare insurance, Wallace Dentistry gave me a quick appointment and was very compassionate. Accepted my insurance, great hygienists. Fantastic experience: Had an appt. Scheduled for 9:30 , but to my surprise I was taken back early right when I arrived! The staff was lightning fast! I was seen by the dentist and had an xray completed and out the door in about 15 min. The entire staff is always very nice and concerning! I highly recommend Wallace family denistry!
