Positive experience: This was my second visit to this Aspen Dental location. I was returning due to a tooth issue but was previously discussed in my first appointment so I thought I would just pick up where we left off with getting two of my teeth, extracted and moving forward with correction that was previously recommended. I was viewed by a different provider than before, which had no idea what I was talking about when I try to explain to the provider that it was earlier discuss about some corrections I can make, and I was also given estimates on two different options. he proceeded to view both teeth that we’re in question and stated that what was recommended would not work for my teeth due to the gap spaces in between my teeth. He was very unprofessional by throwing the other provider under the bus stating that he misinformed me on the recommendations. He was very dismissive and quickly to leave the cubicle to get to the next. Patient left me very confused and him recommending that I go see an orthodontist and wanted to give me a referral to an an orthodontist. However, I was told that I had an infection and I should pick up penicillin from the Walgreens I recommended and to schedule for the extractions. I was told to sit there and wait and someone will come and get me I waited for about five minutes and then I asked why am I still waiting If I already been called a prescription and was told to schedule for my extraction and I was told that the tech went to help another patient get established And will return. By this time I decided to leave due to the confusion and why I’m being told something totally different now than my previous appointment So I decided to just exit without any other disappointments I paid $110 to get a five minute exam which made no sense to me at all. I am very disappointed. What a waste of my time and money. I’m not happy with the service that I received today at Aspen dental. And will not return.

Unfortunately for me, I was diagnosed with an issue that a normal cleaning wouldn’t be and handle thus Lena, with me, produced a plan of care THAT I AM VERY HAPPY with. Lena worked me in to stay for the cleaning I needed and explained everything in a way so that I could understand it. I hope all staff at Aspen Dental are as caring as Lena. She really individualized my care and I appreciate her for that!

The office itself was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional. My tooth was in pain to the point I couldn't eat or drink comfortably. Dr. Burnham was able to fit me into his busy and hectic schedule that very same day. I really appreciated this accommodation.

Fantastic experience: I came to this aspen to find a dentist that could help me through a tough treatment plan with care and understanding. I've been with them for a year now and they've been so amazing. When you enter the front desk workers greet you with a smile and communicate if you may have a couple minute wait. They work with you to get you scheduled as soon as possible if you have an issue. The assistants are so kind and patient with me. When I had some questions the doctor was more than happy to explain. Today Deasa helped me and was happy to address my problems. The weather is rough the roads are bad but all the staff came in with a smile. Thank you all for your support though this stage in my life.

Walked in, in tears my tooth was hurting so bad they worked quickly and did exactly what I asked they made me feel like I was family kept me comfortable I will be going back for me and my kids when needed from the first interaction too the last was one of the best I've had in my 39 years on earth!
