Fantastic experience: Thoroughly examined and diagnosed my problem. Felt a little rushed but they had fitted me in at my convenience . Problem not solved yet but follow up possible. Assistant very friendly, Doctor very busy.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 8:45. I arrived at 8:35 only to be turned away stating they weren't opening until 2pm. THE Blonde chick was very rude. I never received prior notice. I am never going back as this is not the first time this has happened.

Fantastic experience: I got a new crown on Tuesday. Dr Prywitch explained each step and the procedure was much less uncomfortable than I had expected. But the best part is, because of their new lab in the building, I got the permanent crown in one visit. They make the new crown while you wait and I walked out with everything completed in less than two hours.

I had a crown break, which left me with an undesirable smile… and I was leaving on a trip out of the country this weekend! My dentist could do nothing for me. So began my online search for somebody who could get me in ASAP. You were my first call. Tammy did everything she could and got me in same day and I walked out of there after an absolutely painless procedure with a same day replacement crown. The experience was one of appreciation for me as a patient and everyone in the office from Dr. Logeman to Carla to Tammy was fantastic! You have a new, grateful patient in me. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent all around experience. People are pleasant, professional and punctual. The atmosphere is that of a close-knit practice, which is my preference. Surroundings are clean, tidy, and non-ostentatious, which again is my preference. This is my regular semi-annual visit. My long time dentist retired and I decided on this practice based on his recommendation. It has been a few years now, since I first started coming to Hyde Park Dental Arts. The Quality of services continues to be very high, from the dentist to the hygienist to the front office. This is a well-oiled "machine". Finally, my perfectionist hygienist continues to exceed all expectations.

Dr. Logeman was very knowledgeable and determined that although a previous dentist told me I had a cavity, there was none there at all! Most places couldn’t get me in for months, and I kept getting flooded with automated texts. Then I found Hyde Park Dental and decided to send an online request. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and scheduled me for the very next day. From the moment I walked in, the energy in the office felt great. I was in a chair within 10 minutes, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and thoughtful with the exam, cleaning, and planning my future dental care. Everything felt open, honest, and professional. It was probably one of the most comfortable dental visits I’ve ever had. It’s only been one visit so far, but in a world where good service is hard to find, this experience truly felt like a breath of fresh air.

Fantastic experience: I had not had novocaine in 10 years and was a little nervous about it before my filling replacement (because I've always had acute nerve pain during procedures despite people saying that I would not). I'm so happy to report that I didn't have any nerve pain during the procedure at all, and that is the first time I've had a topical anesthetic before the novocaine shot, and that is a game changer! I learned it's normal to have some nerve sensitivity for up to a and having ibuprofen can help, and it stopped when he said it would. Thanks for that positive experience, Dr Chris!
