He is very good at what he does and I really appreciate he has such a very kind soul. He cares about his patients. I don’t feel judged in the chair. I can breathe & know that he is going to take care of me & not rush me out the door with the crappiest set of dentures known to man kind. I’m so excited to get my second set. Thank you so much Dr. Rauen!! Also, Kelly is an absolute doll. Love her! Thank you thank you thank you!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First review: I am so happy I could cry!!!! He saved my dentures and brought them back to life!!!!! This man (Dr. Rauen) is heaven sent. I can’t wait to get my permanent set. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Rauen as your dentist. They treat you like family and I have never felt so comfortable. I can’t believe I went all this time with poor fitting dentures, I wish I would have known about Creatview hills dental sooner. Fantastic experience: Lost part of a crown by eating ice chips. I was scared to death I would have to wait weeks but Kathy was able to get me in to see Dr Rauen within hrs. Love this dental office and have had nothing but very positive experiences. Very professional. 5/18/2026. Last week had surgery and 3 days later my fixed bridge fell out and again Kathy got me in today and Dr Rauen is helping me. Also his injections that I was so afraid of didn’t hurt. Love this dental office

Fantastic experience: I just started going to this dental office and I love everything about them. There is no long wait to get an appt plus when u arrive there is no wait to be seen if there is its only few minutes, the whole staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed, they answer every question, etc. I could go on and on. One of the main reasons I like them is that I am a single parent to a 4 year old and I have noone to watch him when he is sick and can't go to daycare and this happened on my 1st appt and I felt terrible having to call to reschedule and hoping they would still take me as a patient and well there was no issues. Very understanding and rescheduled me right away, that's a big things for me. This whole office is awesome. After talking with the dentist and letting him know what my worries were with getting dentures he made me feel very comfortable him doing the procedure and with what I'm getting done. I recommend this dental office to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I chose Crestview hills dental and they were superb!!they did my molds at one of my appts while some of my bottoms were still in ..im assumimg to get a better view of what size my normal teeth size were!they didn't use that mush stuff they used a tool they ran along my gums and teeth And it went straight to the computer..after my extractions they immediately put my dentures in to help healing..had to wear them for three days..I have a fear of the dentist and they went beyond to ensure my process went smoothly..I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks and they even gave me something for my anxiety I had to take a few hours before my extraction..my dentures came out perfect ..not horse teeth like ya know ..just like my normal teeth were..highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and in addition to standard procedures I also completed an Invisalign program that straightened teeth I thought couldn’t be helped without metal braces. Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about Dr Rauen and staff! He got me in when I had a severe toothache that ended up needing a root canal. I hadn’t been in for quite awhile and they treated me great! I was in for a cleaning today and he stayed late to remove the temporary filling from the root canal and put in a permanent one. Super friendly folks and good music!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely HATE going to the dentist! This is the only office I've been to where I actually felt comfortable. Staff was amazing and the dentist didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. He actually took his time to listen to me and make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed.
