Positive experience: Good hospitality and friendly but I had work done and am having ongoing issues with a few of my teeth. Most of the work turned out fine but I had quite a few fillings done and I feel like some of them were not done to the best ability. My teeth are hurting and I’m now to the point where a couple of my teeth on one side are throbbing and aching pain. It is also hard to eat/drink when my teeth are sensitive to everything hot, cold, and crunchy. Pain is horrible and it’s been about 2 months since I initially had the first side done that is causing me issues. Hopefully it doesn’t lead to an infection or other issues with my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit to this office. The front staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The hygienist was friendly, explained everything as she worked, asked questions to know my concerns and needs and gave suggestions. The dentist was pleasant and asked about my concerns. We spoke about future options and he did his check up. I’m happy to have found this dental office since my previous dentist is dropping my insurance. I recommend them. June 2026- I’ve had cleanings and crown work done. As always, Dr Abadi and his staff are awesome. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to the dentist in about 2 years, I called to get an appointment and they were so nice and got me in quickly which most places are booking out 3 to 6 months for new patients. I went in and the staff was so friendly. No one made me feel bad that I had not been in two years. Gretchen was my hygienist and she was so amazing. Took amazing care of me, didn't say anything about me not coming in sooner. Was very polite, and so gentle. I was not in pain at all and again, she was just so gentle. I will be going back in 6 months to see her. Dr. Jacobs was great! Explained everything and was detailed! Could not have had a better experience!

Fantastic experience: After my previous dental office canceled my appointment just two days beforehand due to staffing shortages, and then couldn’t reschedule me for another seven months (even though I had booked six months in advance), I decided it was time to look elsewhere. I called this office, and they were able to get both my husband and I in right away. From the moment I walked in, the experience was wonderful. The office was clean, bright, and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was so kind and friendly. My hygienist was very thorough, and Dr. Abadi took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answer any questions I had. Before leaving, they also provided a detailed quote for my upcoming work, which I really appreciated. I’m so thankful to have found a new dental office I feel comfortable with, and having it conveniently located right off the exit in Hebron is an added bonus!

Fantastic experience: Give this place a try, even if you are skittish about going to the dentist. They will do everything they can to make you feel relaxed, they even have the gas to do it. Lol. Fantastic experience: I'm petrified of a dentist. Cracked a tooth but needed extraction. They referred me to an oral surgeon, but while I was there did a treatment plan for a couple of crowns and cleaned my teeth. I was not pressured and felt comfortable and didn't even use the nitrate for my teeth cleaning. Alsobjust had fillings and crowns and so did my husband. Everyone is so gentle and kind.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of some extensive dental work and decided I would check out Wright Jacobs Dental in Hebron, KY. The entry office staff is wonderful and I was impressed with their friendly, warm greeting when I first entered, very welcoming. I then met with Dr. Abadi, after a consultation with Dr. Abadi, I knew I found the right dental company for me. Dr. Abadi listened, after explaining the work I needed done and the procedures required to do it he told me that if I decided to become a Wright Jacobs patient they would welcome my business. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Abadi are simply the best! They replaced my 35-year-old crown like it was no big deal, and I trust them so much I send my 83-year-old parents to them too. The front staff and assistants are just as wonderful—friendly, efficient, and the kind of people who make a dental visit surprisingly enjoyable. I should probably keep them a secret, but they’re too good not to share. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: So so 1st impression of Dr. Jacobs. Didn’t enjoy the 2 coughing episodes from liquid that dripped into throat. Didn’t care for the excessive x-ray attempts.

Negative experience: This was my second visit for teeth cleaning. The Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing. She took me in at my scheduled appointment time and was very gentle, but thorough. Once she was finished, she said the Dr. Was finishing up with a patient and would be in shortly. Twenty minutes later the dentist strolls in. I spent less time getting my teeth cleaned than I spent waiting for the Dr. I expressed my displeasure with the Dr. And he said he doesn't think our relationship is going to work out. I agreed and walked out. If I'm on time for my appointment, the Dr. should be on time as well.

Fantastic experience: Staff was super friendly and office was very clean with up-to date technology. Needed a referral to a gum specialist and everything was explained very clearly/walked through even when I felt panicked. Referral was set up easily as well. Very pleased would recommend being a patient here!
