Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Hebron Family Dentistry for a few years now and I find them to be excellent. The office staff and hygienists (especially Ashley) are super polite and personable. What I love the most is that they tell you what work you need done and then let you decide when you want to spend your money. They don’t have heavy pressure to have procedures done and spend thousands. I just had a crown done and Dr. Watson said I could stop by and have it adjusted the next week. Sure enough I stopped by on Wednesday and she was able to get me in immediately. I could not be happier.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this pratice many years, prior to Dr. Watson becoming the owner. I called in to set up a routine cleaning appointment on 2/11/26 and was told they could not get me in until May. Wow, smh! Looks like it's time for me to move on.

As nerve wracking as going to the dentist can be, they make it comfortable, are friendly and have even offered me a blanket while doing my fill ins. Kayla was the hygienist I most recently saw and was so sweet! She and the team remind me why I love this dentist office!

They are modern in that they have incorporated new dental technology over the years since I first became a patient there. Dr. Watson is the best as she is honest but practical. I plan to stay a Hebron Family Dentistry patient because it’s always been a positive experience, I don’t have anything negative to speak of in my 10 years seeing them for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I first visited about two years ago but never followed through with the treatment offered. Recently the (no pun intended) fall out of this decision became apparent one of the cavity laden tooth literally broke off/fell out. I called dr watson and her team got me in next day at 9am for an emergency visit. The visit was great. Front desk staff friendly and professional and it is obvious that dr watson is experienced and compassionate. No judgement on me not following through the first time what-so-ever. Dr Watson and her team worked with me on a treatment plan, answered all my questions and (financial) concerns and offered a comprehensive plan, options and referrals. I am actually excited to get me teeth fixed and tackle what i have been ignoring for way to long.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Watson, Emily and Tammy and her front desk staff are simply wonderful and amazing! I was in a lot of pain from a procedure I had at another dentist office the first time I went there. I ended up having to get the tooth pulled and a dental implant. Dr. Watson coordinated everything with Tri-State Oral and Dr. Struckhoff (orthodontist). She also "held my hand" thru all of this by explaining everything in detail. Oh and did I mention, the dental chair has massage settings, I was given a blanket and a pillow, and headphones for the TV that was on the ceiling directly above me. Everyone that worked on me was very gentle - for me, this is a "no fear - no pain" dental office. I went in yesterday for a cleaning and met Kayla (hygienist) for a cleaning. She also did a great job. I have very sensitive teeth and I'm usually sore the next day. I have no pain today.
