Pearl Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I've unfortunately had to change my dentist several times in the last few years due to them dropping my employer's insurance. I found another that I used several times before this one, but just never felt comfortable there from the moment I walked in on day one. I gave them a couple of chances, but my last visit with them was a deal breaker. I decided to give Pearl a chance, and so far I'm glad I did. Although I was already a bit anxious coming in, that quickly changed. Logan, my hygenist, was one of the best, if not THE best I've ever had - doing the xrays, checking my gums, and cleaning my teeth. All of it was pain free, which is extremely unusual - especially when checking my gums. I didn't realize it could be done without pain as so many of my previous checks were very uncomfortable. He was friendly, socialable, and polite/courteous. Dr. Earl then came in to have a chat and take a look. He took his time, explained everything in detail in a very polite and non-aggressive manner, and made suggestions on how best to move forward with my care. I never once felt pressured, bullied, or forced to get any unneccessary procedures. When leaving , I felt comfortable scheduling an appointment to do something beyond a cleaning. Not looking forward ot it, but also not dreading it. Update: My 'beyond cleaning' appointment on 8/28/2026 was to replace a very old metal filling, as it was starting to go rogue. I didn't know what would be involved, but decided NOT to postpone it out of fear (lol) and just get it over with. Once again, everything was explained in great detail, and the entire procedure was pain free! I was numbed enough to not feel the 2 shots, and didn't feel any pain during the drilling out of the old filling, or applying the new one. Great job!! :)

Negative experience: I went to my first appointment which was just a them looking at my teeth and took like three X-rays of two teeth and wanted $158 for no reason. And then I had another appointment for them to actually do something on my teeth and they wanted $638 when I have good dental insurance. Something was not right it’s like they didn’t even charge my insurance..so I canceled and I’m getting my teeth done in Texas. I’ll only be charged $20 on base(I’m a military spouse) but that price was just outrageous especially for something small.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at this dental practice is exceptional. Very kind, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Five Stars all around! 8/18/26 ~ This team of professionals are outstanding! They treat you as though you’re their most important patient and ease your anxiety about having to go to the dentist. Five Stars all around.

I called this morning in extreme pain and they were able to get me in the same day and provided options to finally get some relief. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist went above and beyond not only explaining my options in detail, but also providing a level of compassion and understanding that isn’t common in medical offices these days. The doctor was very experienced, patient, and took the time to explain the problem in detail. He answered all of our questions and gave us different treatment options without making us feel rushed. Everyone in the office was kind, gentle, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help us and relieve the pain we were dealing with. We truly appreciate their outstanding care and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Earl and his staff are always 100% fantastic! I would recommend and have recommended them to anyone and everyone! Dr. Earl explains everything he is doing so you understand and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. His assistants are wonderful and do a great job. Fantastic experience: Im in the process of Dr. Earl and technicians finishing up my major work. I have a brand new smile, and I can chew anything again. Kudos to his lab for fixing my retainer. I still will need maintenence. Im so amazed at the efficiency of his work. I highly recommend this office even if you have perfect teeth. The technological equip they use ive never seen before. Been in the chair for 40 yrs. Hes done more in 2 years than any other place ive been. I love his staff and the amazing comradarie. Christy does the checking in/out. She is knowledgeable in her position of insurance. She juggles alot. .Olivia the dental tech is great, offers you a blanket. Pillow, water and the new hygienist is very gentile. Negative experience: Run!!!!! What a scam. Tons of X-rays insurance didn't cover for initial exam and didn't even get a full cleaning. They are definitely going to nickle and dime you. Choose someone else.

Fantastic experience: Well, he did it again! I have not gotten a filling in quite a while, and it was before I was in the care of Dr. Earl. I was dreading it. but guess what? Dr. Earl filled my tooth painlessly (didn't even feel the novocaine shot - they put some sort of numbing stuff in the gum first:) and used a soft plastic device that held my mouth open comfortably and suctioned the saliva too. I just relaxed and breathed eaay, knowing I was in the best of care, If you are a big chicken like me, Dr. Stetson Earl is the dentist you've been looking for!

Negative experience: They refused to clean my daughters teeth without an xray. She was only going to get a cleanig. I have been there two times. Once they suggested I should get braces. The other time they suggested gum surgery. Very greedy. Also, you get to watch a dental nitemare show on TV while your getting your check up. Remind me of a scene from "A Clockwork Orange".

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, it had been a few years since my last Dental appointment, scared because I didn't have Dental Insurance but they worked with me and it was relatively painless on my wallet. Also relatively painless service too, even with my Cavity. Dr Earl and the staff that saw me I believe it was Logan and Olivia hope I got their names right were amazing, they were professional nice and thorough through the whole process. I highly recommend them.
