Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I’m terrified of the dentist. Like full on palpitations and can’t catch my breath kind of terrified. Today was my first time there and I can’t even express how awesome everyone was. The assistant or hygienist (I can’t remember her name!) was so friendly, but it wasn’t fake. She made me feel like I could joke and relax. And I saw Dr. Reidy and he was so warm and friendly, and it seemed like he actually cared and loved his job. I’ve definitely found my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Forest Hills. Since I had a dental emergency, they fit me into their schedule. They were extremely thorough in examining my problem. Everyone was helpful, respectful, thoughtful and kind. I met with the dentist who presented 2 plans to resolve my problem. We will get a written copy of both plans so we can make a choice. I am looking forward to resolving several dental issues at Forest Hills.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I and three children have been going to Forest Hills Family Dentistry for decades. All of the employees at the practice go out of their way to appease any concerns or scheduling and billing issues. The Doctors that work there are beyond excellent They are far ahead of other practices with the technology they've invested in. For instance, when there is a need to have a tooth crowned, the patient walks out the same day with the new crown, no temporary crown, silver disc to wear for two weeks waiting for the crown to be made. Of all the dental practices I've visited through my 67 years, They are light years ahead on every level.

Fantastic experience: Our beloved Anderson Township dentist for many years retired and sold the practice to a new company who seems overeager to recommend treatments, some of which incur a lot of out of pocket expenses. Finally, after my last check up and more expensive treatment recommendations, I decided to get a second opinion. I called Forest Hills Family Dentistry and got lucky because they had a cancellation so they got me in within a couple hours. I had the other dentist email me my X-rays from a few hours prior and forwarded them to FHFD. After an exam, Dr. Dorsch professionally confirmed my suspicious and agreed that the other dentist was being a little aggressive. The other dentist didn't even clean my teeth because they wanted to do a root cleaning because of inflammation which I thought was odd because I wasn't having any pain. Dr. Dorsch and their staff confirmed I did not need a root cleaning and the hygenist cleaned my teeth like normal. The other place also recommended three other treatments that Dr. Dorsch disagreed with. I am thankful for Dr. Dorsch's honesty and professionalism and will be moving my entire household over to Forest hills Family Dentistry very soon.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had 2 crowns replaced and everything went very smoothly. I am a new patient at Dr Dorsch’s office. Dr Dorsch and his assistant Angie explained every step of the procedure well which made me comfortable and relaxed. The new crowns were a perfect fit! Dr Dorsch uses the newest technology removing the broken crowns, replacing them with the final new ones. For me, the best part was that these new crowns are “virtually indestructible, because of the material they are made out of and the fabrication process”. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated with a modern flair. I greatly recommend Dr Dorsch and his friendly, helpful, and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wright and the whole team at Forest Hills Family Dentistry are wonderful. I have only been going there since the beginning of the year but had a major toothache and had to call for an emergency appointment. The office was able to get me seen within a day, and schedule a root canal. My pain got much worse before the appointment so they shuffled schedules and got me in a few days earlier. The procedure was easy, and Dr. Wright is incredibly kind. He told me to call anytime, even on weekends on his cell phone, and if he needed to call something in or arrange for an emergency appointment he would. I highly recommend Forest Hills Family Dentistry and Dr. Wright, although I don't want them to get so busy I can't get in! The techs and assistants are super, too.
