Fantastic experience: There is no other dentist like Dr. Toth. I came with some big requests. He listened to me, did a great job and I am forever grateful. Everyone at this office is professional, patient and determined to do their best.

Positive experience: I would give a one but then they can remove it. Went for my cleaning that is covered by insurance and they tell me I owe money from previous appointments when I made the payments they said I owed. They said insurance didn't cover stuff from one appointment from last year and one at the beginning of this year. We'll no one contacted me and they didn't say anything at my last appointment. So they turned me down for my cleaning then a person in the office said no they had to still do my cleaning and for me to just make payments on what is owed. But thw person in the back doing my cleaning said that I was past my appointment time and they wouldn't do it because they had other people in back. They had one person back there and I knew them. She even told her husband in a text she was the only person in there besides me. That is so unprofessional and a waste of me driving a half hour away to be turned down.

Negative experience: They’re no longer accepting adults for appointments. I tried to get an appt with them and was told no adults only kids. Thanks for making it even harder almost impossible for adults with Ohio Medicaid to find a dentist

Fantastic experience: I like it there. I've been going there for years. I just went there 7-14-26 and had a cavity removed and a filling put in they were very professional I'll be back for any other type of work that I need.

Fantastic experience: We visited today for dental work for my six year old that required general anesthesia. I was very nervous but the office staff was accommodating, sweet, and very supportive. They also got my six year old scheduled quickly compared to everywhere else in the area. Dr. Toth was extremely caring, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. Although the office itself needs a little bit of updating, don't judge a book by its cover! *I was nervous because of the bad reviews. I'm going to assume the reason for such varied reviews, is due to there being three different dentists at this location.* Edited to add: We visited a second time yesterday and it was an even better experience than the first time!

Fantastic experience: Just needed a crown recemented and it was in and out in under 20 minutes!

Negative experience: DO NOT take your child to this place! My daughter needed some work and they came up with a huge list of problems that she needed all before even taking an X-RAY. I asked for one and it showed not even half the things they said she needed. I was hearing different things from multiple people and after getting her work done one of her caps got infected over a month later and they wouldn’t see her until a week later. We go to the visit and they say her tooth is not infected (her face was swollen, another dentist said it was infected and the ER even confirmed it) and to bring her back in whenever there’s a pimple on her gums. And we never even get to see the dentist besides when she got surgery. I ignored the bad reviews I saw and took my child here and regret it.

Fantastic experience: Dental cleaning done with maybe a 2-3 min wait to be called back. Worked with me on my gag reflex when taking the x-rays-very patient. Loved the remodeling and clean feeling of the office

He took his time and checked in with me about my comfort often. I highly recommend this guy especially for kids or adults like myself who tend to be more nervous due to past experiences. Fantastic experience: I bring my 3 year old here for his dental. The ladies in the office are very nice and laid back, it makes the whole ordeal less stressful. They were very understanding of my son’s autism and were very patient with him, which is always a breath of fresh air. We had came in early this morning for a few fillings, and the anesthesia crew from SmileMD were amazing. They helped me understand how things worked and made my son feel very comfortable before his procedure. I always recommend this business for other new moms and people needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jay Toth D.M.D. and his staff are incredible. He is hands down my favorite dentist, with his gentle demeanor and obvious care for every patient. I needed a lot of work done, and was extremely anxious but they were phenomenal, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend. Oh and plus there's a dental hygienist who cared about my smile as much as I did, taking time to truly focus on perfecting my teeth!!! I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I really feel like I get heard and treated like a real person there,at most denist and doctors office's being someone who is a recovering pain pill addict when I say that most places look differently them they thanked me for sharing and made sure I had options to take beside opiates for pain.Great job oh yea and I love that the denist told me to open my mouth wider 3700 times and still said please every time.and still remains a whistling happy guy ...thank you for you patience and compassion....this was 5 or so years ago..... I went there last year then this year everyone should give this place another chance everything has changed all staff and owners if they had a ten star review thats what that would get now

The quality of care and services are excellent. The facility is small but always clean. I've had some of the best teeth cleaning services ever since coming here...and that's been 6 plus years. I appreciate that they take patients with a variety of insurances...not many practices do. I am very happy with this dentistry

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 31 years old stroke survivor . When we went there for my daughter to be seen for a new appointment the office staff , dentist and the staff in back where amazing. My daughter still has stroke affects and the dentist was very patient and kind to my daughter . Some doctors in the past that my daughter has seen in the medical field are not patient with people who have trouble talking after a stroke . This dental office went above and beyond with kindness to my daughter. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I had noticed that the filling on my tooth fell out and I scheduled an appointment. The staff were friendly and I got an appointment soon after. Everyone was very professional, had my exam and I thought my tooth was going to be pulled but the Dentist saved it and it looks great.

Negative experience: I had been going to this dentist for years since it was the only one able to take my insurance, it was good. Until I went in without my mom last year, the assistant that puts in caps had put it in crooked but didn’t tell me to look at it to make sure, like they usually give you a mirror, she had me go off of feeling. And when I pulled the mirror myself I was confused why she thought it looked normal. It was literally pointing outward. And when I told her my concern, she let out a frustrated sigh, which could’ve been avoided if she let me have the mirror before it had hardened. And was lowkey aggressive when taking it out, to where I started crying. When I was setting up my appointment on the phone, they couldn’t get me in until a week later, when she first put the cap in she was criticizing me saying that “you must’ve waited a long time since it’s not fitting” which is unprofessional since I had told her when she was taking the x rays that I was lucky there was an open spot a week from when I called. When I was walking out, she was smoking a cigarette, which is fine. But if she was nasty because she was ready to go for a break, she needs to do a different profession, especially since this place is for kids. Do better.

Fantastic experience: If you want great service and great prices go here, My adult son was in terrible pain with a root canal from a different dentist gone bad, Upon calling several places to deal with the tooth immediately no one was available making him wait several days for an appointment, Klermont 4 kids & Adults 2 in Batavia got us in that day and stayed pass closing! Dr. Suche and Susan was amazing! Thank you! Thank you for your amazing service! Highly recommend this dentist!

Negative experience: Appointments are often changed and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. Some appointments are not just changed when I bring my granddaughter for her appointment they tell me I have the wrong day which I put the appointment in my calendar every time I'm given a new appointment for her so I'm not sure how I could have the wrong day not just once but numerous times

Fantastic experience: Great work, not only routine cleaning I also had gotten my broken tooth fixed right away. I didn’t have to wait or make appointment. The new female doctor was excellent, I am happy with the results. I’ll be back having crown done I trust them.

Negative experience: They messed up my tooth, I lost half of it because of them and they didn’t take the rest of my moms tooth out, like there was still some of her tooth left, this dentist sucks

Fantastic experience: Great experience! All of the staff here are so kind and caring. Kari has so much experience and really talks to and connects with you, best hygiene appointment I’ve ever had! Dr. Shushe had such great energy and you can tell she really cares about you as a patient!

Negative experience: My 3-Year-old daughter went in and was put under general anesthesia for a Teeth cleaning and cavity filling. We did not like how we were not allowed to be in the room with her while the procedure was being done. Once she woke up from the anesthesia, she was crying and very emotional. The staff rushed us out and did not give us any time to sit in the room with her too wait for her to calm down before going out to the car; We had to sit in our car with her for about 30 minutes before she calmed down enough to sit in her car seat. It was just an absolutely ridiculous experience. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this practice nor recommending to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Both times we have visited Klermont 4 Kids and Adults 2, we were immediately greeted with friendly staff, checked in and seen in a timely manner. Everything was well organized and explained in easy to understand directions. They was very thorough and able to get my daughter in for a dental procedure almost immediately. The process of getting her checked in, registered and what not with the anesthesia team was easy and hassle free. On the day of her procedure appointment everyone involved in her care was calm, and really took the time to ensure she had a positive experience, they allowed her to play on an Xbox while we signed papers and talked. She suffers from anxiety and they all was very kind, patient and did everything they could think of to keep a smile on her little face! Even though it’s about a 45 minute drive from where we stay, we will definitely be bring the children here for future appointments! They also put a little toy in her take home bag with a new tooth brush and tooth paste.

Positive experience: Jen the lady who answer the phone is by far the nicest ladies you can wish to answer very professional and helpful any questions you have she is willing to answer and the dentist dr.toth is by far a top notch dentist

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had to deal with it's like the NASCAR of denist infection that won't go away to dealing with that goofball denist Dr browka. He doesn't listen to his patients and extract the wrong teeth then if you complain they will send you a letter of abandonment stating you can no longer be seen there

Negative experience: This place needs shut down there equipment has rust on it and they dont change gloves after each patient they destroyed my teeth and can barely chew food because they did a cavity on the wrong tooth and they also chipped my teeth this place need shut down by the health department I've called and reported them multiple times

Negative experience: My boyfriend has been seen many times by them and the male dentist is always nice and funny, however there was a new nurse not allowing me to go back. They have a sign posted and have been posted since we’ve been going here. I typically would not care however, the second or third time he was seen we all went back and the nurse gloved up. She did not read his file stating that he has certain allergies. He was laying down facing away so he couldn’t see her, I could and nicely asked if they were latex free and they were not. I don’t want a careless mistake like that to be made and me not be present. Probably will find another dentist! I would not recommend this place to anyone, let alone kids. Also the lobby has no heat and it was 59 degrees in there, absolutely ridiculous.

Negative experience: I've been a few times for in depth work. The fillings fell out (twice, two different teeth, both while I was brushing them) I called and left numerous voice-mails and no one bothered to call me back. Now they tell me I have to wait another 2 months just for a check up so that they can see how badly they messed up. (I need anxiety meds for all dental appointments) While I was having a visible panic attack in the chair at my last appointment, the assistant looked at me shaking and crying and said 'if you don't stop moving I'll drill through your cheek.' Not the best way to relax a distraught patient. Save your kids (and yourselves!) The literal headache that is this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Lost a filling, got a same day appointment. Was x rayed, tooth filled, was in and out within 1 hour 10 minutes. Probably unusual ( normally have to wait a few weeks for appointment) but it worked out that way.

Negative experience: I have been hesitant on writing a review because I never do but this place is an absolute joke. My 5 year old went for a routine visit, she was a new patient as we moved to the east side about a year prior. To begin we waited over an hour then the person who took us back looked in her mouth with a light and said she had 5 cavities, a fractured tooth and to schedule her to be put to sleep to have work done since my child was “nervous.” This all took less than 2 minutes. They did no cleaning, no x-rays and she didn’t see an actual dentist. The office staff were pushing me to schedule her follow up for the procedure even after saying no multiple times. I guess they thought they could get it past me that she didn’t actually need anything done. We took her to get a second opinion and she has NO cavities, no fractured tooth and she did great with the cleaning. Please be diligent when taking your child here and do not allow them to do unnecessary work that can cause more issues in the future.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here, was a little nervous because of the back and forth ratings but honestly I have no complaints. It was also her first time seeing the dentist getting work done and all together it was a pretty good experience. Everyone was really nice & professional, it was clean, they seemed to work fast & also did a great job on my daughter's teeth. & Most importantly they did all they could to give my daughter a decent experience under the circumstance and she says she loves her new "silver teeth" All together were happy with the services we were given. 10/10 recommend. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a couple years now, and they still pass my expectations and needs! They are always so kind and understanding of my health issues and very accommodating. My most recent visit i was taking a new medication for the appt and my service dog went with me as well as my boyfriend. They always ignore my service dog and let him do his thing and show true professionalism! Most definitely recommend if you have a fear or need accommodating for medical conditions. 100/10 recommend!

Positive experience: I'm petrified of the dentist and deal with anxiety. The dental hygienist is wonderful very calm and took into account my various medical issues. One of the best cleanings in years. However I've had dental issues for years and was just recently told about them.

Negative experience: 100% the worst dentist around. they’ve done nothing but destroy my teeth in the past couple years. they’ve had me come in for appointments, numbed me and then sent me home because they “ couldn’t do anything that day” after i requested off and paid for transportation to be there . today i went in for a filling and they crowned 2 teeth that didn’t need it and then didn’t even do the filling i came in for. they’ve broken teeth and then taken months to fix them. i could honestly go on for awhile, find another dentist

Negative experience: My husband was ignored by staff when he tried to tell them something was wrong. They messed up his root canals and he has infection all over where they did work. Filing formal complaint with Ohio State Dental Board. Went to another office and they were shocked how terrible the work was.

Negative experience: Dirty, old and unprofessional dentistry. Drove 30 mins to their janky location for my son. My appointment was at 12:00 so I took him out of school early to be there on time. We waited and waited and then around 1:30 a tech comes in and pretends to examine him. She literally brushed florid on his teeth and sat him up and said ok bye! I said he didn’t get is teeth cleaned and she said she did it. We were finished in 2 mins! I’m going to file a complaint with them and my ins. Didn’t get to meet the dentist or the hygienist! AWFUL

Negative experience: We've been going to this dentist for over a year to get our teeth cleaned. My 6 year old developed a cavity and they advised her to fix it. She cried saying she was scared. The guy said he wanted to just look in her mouth after that he literally just sat there then stormed out saying it's not going to happened. We sat in the room and he came in handing me a referal to Children's for "behavior issues". How can you not be accommodating to children being a children's dentist!! She wasn't acting out just crying crocodile tears saying she was scared and nervous it would hurt. It blows my mind he didn't even try to make her feel comfortable!! Not only that they have mixed up my billing with another customers. It's safe to say we're finding a new dentist
