The skill and care by Hygienists Patty and Joanie, as well as Assistants Missy and Ronna and Front Desk Schedulers Majorie and Tiffany each is exceptional. Dr. Gettings is #1 in my experience for dental expertise. She clearly leads by example.

Fantastic experience: After years of putting up with deteriorating dental services and an unhelpful administrative staff, I decided that staying "in network" was not worth it. Some good advice led me to Dr. Gettings, and it was a brilliant move. The quality of care is outstanding, the administrative staff are excellent, and you couldn't find a better or nicer dentist than Dr. Gettings. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: If there’s one takeaway I got from visiting this office, apart from what I can to do to take better care of my teeth, I can say the people here are just the nicest! Dr. Mike Kreimer is the funniest, lighthearted guy you’ll ever meet and Susan is just so sweet! The ladies at the front, Laurie and Pam are also so welcoming as well! Highly recommend anyone come here! They take great care of you!

They are all so knowledgeable at their trade and let you know about new technology, new kinds of toothbrushes and ways to keep your teeth clean. Positive experience: Hard to give a Star Rating, but I called to see if I could get in for an extraction consultation and the receptionist was exceptionally hard to communicate with over the phone. I was very clear that I needed an extraction for wisdom teeth with a referral from my dentist, and saw that they perform these procedures. She basically told me no, that this is something the doctor would have to determine and wasn't willing to schedule a consultation. I'm sure the actual dentist is great, but the front desk is keeping people from coming into the office, and I was able to call another local dentist who had no problem getting me an appointment this week.

Negative experience: Tiffany at the front is unfriendly. Been going to this practice for 35 years but sadly leaving because of the way she has spoken to us.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kreimer and his staff are absolutely wonderful! The level of quality dental care and professionalism is outstanding. Dr. Kreimer is able to do it all and I have a difficult mouth to say the least. My whole family has gone to this practice (since my children were tiny) and they always take such good care of us. We feel so lucky to have them right in our home town.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this office has been very friendly, kind, competent and professional. I feel completely relaxed going there, which I'm usually not with other offices. They knew how desperately I wanted help with the mess of my teeth and probably how embarrassed I was about them, and Dr. Gettings set up a whole plan of treatment, was very honest about setting expectations and responsibilities for me so that we'd end up with results of a healthy mouth that also made me feel much more confident and good about myself. I'm so happy I went there and look forward to continuing my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office and all of their people.

Fantastic experience: I wish there were more stars to give! We were in from out of town to see my parents and then heading to my older daughter's wedding. My youngest daughter had a baby tooth that needed emergency extraction and was in excruciating pain. They got us in the next day, and Dr. Gettings was amazing, she extracted the tooth and then Dr. Kreimer also helped with a very bad root. My youngest is now pain free and we're on the way to the wedding. What an extraordinary office, and extraordinary doctors. And kindness of both of them was top-notch.. They saved the day!!!

I wanted a small local dentist office and found Dr. Kreimer's office just a mile and a half from our house. I had my first visit this week. I can't say enough about how positive I feel about Dr. Kreimer and his staff. They were friendly and professional. Being my first visit, Dr. Kreimer took lots of time describing what was going on with every tooth in my mouth. He offered various options for the teeth that have some issues. He didn't push anything on me but gave me very helpful information. I am beyond thankful to have found this dental practice.

Dr. Kreimer is great at explaining what work needs to be done and how. His calm presence is very reassuring. After the initial consultation, the following appointment took care of years of dental work, under i v sedation with no discomfort. If you get anxiety even thinking about the dentist this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
