Negative experience: I am quite distressed and feel that my efforts were in vain, as the journey proved to be a disappointment. The expenditure on fuel feels excessive for such an unproductive outcome, particularly as it did not lead to a clearer understanding of the situation. I was not informed that my insurance, which is excellent given my employment at the VA hospital, would not be accepted. Upon my arrival, I was met with a rather unwelcoming greeting. The atmosphere felt quite negative, and the staff did not appear to be particularly friendly, which has left me feeling very upset. I ultimately left without further discussion. It was not explained to me that my insurance could cover at least $5000, leaving me to pay the remainder. I simply departed. If you all come to clear choice?Please get an understanding and hopefully they are friendlier

Fantastic experience: Clear choice is the only choice for dental implants. Great doctors great post surgery follow ups. You get what you pay for and Clear Choice is the right place to go to get your teeth right. Trust me I was hesitant about the price but if I had to do it all over again I would. Love these people.

Negative experience: We were told during consultation that removing all my husband’s teeth would be the only way to save his life with periodontal disease. Which is not the case, there is no cure for it. We feel they just want your money, NOT what’s best for you.

Fantastic experience: I've been with them for over a year now and whether I'm getting dental work or just a cleaning it's always a pleasant experience. I've moved out of the area recently but I'm not changing dentist,it's well worth a few extra miles. The staff as well as the Dr are always so nice and I'm confident I get the best care and advice. Positive experience: Sometimes when we're going to a dental office we're already broken so when we go there we want to be fixed sometimes being fixed can be by the way you're treated. I entered Clear Choice in West Chester Ohio. From the front desk with Dave there was nothing but professionalism and kindness I didn't was able to meet with my person for consultation Krista she was understanding professional beautiful inside and out and then I was able to meet the wonderful good looking Dr.Crumes who is very professional he explained to me my situation I am so glad to know that when a doctor feels there are things out of his field and that he would prefer you to a better doctor that they do and that's what he did I have to give this office four stars because the way they treat you as a patient awesome and I referred my daughter to them and I will refer more

Fantastic experience: I had my initial appointment consultation yesterday and was so impressed with clear choice. This is the very first review I have ever made on ANY matter, I have never really trusted “reviews”. HOWEVER, I was so pleased with everything from the front desk to financial consultation and the examination. Everyone was extremely helpful. In situations in my 50 years of going to hospitals, doctors etc… I have experienced so many issues with either one aspect of health care. I would always have a complaint in some way or another. I highly recommend clear choice, I live in Kentucky and would drive an hour any day for the services that they offer! My husband took off work and we made a date out of it. West Chester is such a nice area, and so much to do. Great restaurants and fun things to do. Not to mention the outlets. The staff even made recommendations on where to eat & play. Dr. Crume made me feel like family, truly concerned about my situation. He took the time to answer all my questions. The “whole” office took the time to make sure we had all of our questions answered before my husband and I left.

Fantastic experience: It was the best decision I have made in a long time. After having dentures for nine months they were constantly falling out could never wear my bottoms because every time I did anything with my tongue, it would pop them off. I didn’t wear bottoms for a long time. It was changing the shape of my jaw. Getting a whole mouth implants is worth every penny I can eat everything I want to take care of They feel great and they look great. The staff there at ClearChoice made every visit enjoyable believe it or not when I got all the uppers and all the lowers ( full mouth) done when I woke up there was no pain the next day I was almost crying because they felt so damn good. I just can’t say enough about the staff and the dentist and surgeon. They were all so professional so knowledgeable. Explain everything to me what was gonna happen and everything was so true what they told me there’s no deviations. Unexpected after a month I was pretty much eaten everything no pain felt great. I got my life back.

Fantastic experience: Please know, the staff at this ClearChoice Dental Implant Center will go above and beyond. From the initial consult and financing (Huge shout out to Julie Zimmerman-Hill ! :), evaluation, impressions, surgery, aftercare, and post-op, there was always someone available to assist and answer questions. Not just answer questions, but ASK if there were any questions or anything they could do to help. Smiles all around from some of the most personable people. FYI: If you go into this knowing you will not use narcotic pain meds, bring your own Tylenol to alternate with the Ibuprofen they prescribe, as they don’t carry Tylenol in their office. Also, ask as many questions as you can think of! If they haven’t answered a question already, they will answer any you have. There are NO dumb questions. This is major surgery and new to you (ex. Don’t hesitate to ask why the visible portion of your implants are turning lime green). We researched our options extensively prior to deciding on ClearChoice. Absolutely the best decision we could have made! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with dental problems and pain my entire life. My teeth rotted from the inside out. Brushing and flossing did not stop the carnage. I finally came down to the point my teeth could no longer be fixed. tooth after tooth was pulled, then I just dealt with a mouth full of dying teeth. I had researched full mouth implants many years ago. Considered going to Costa Rica where it was much cheaper. I am glad I didn't. And neither should you. If there are problems, good luck finding someone here in the USA to help you. I contacted Clear Choice last July. With the help of some family, I was able to get scheduled for the start of a dental transformation. It happened in October. No, it was not easy. And it took nearly 6 months before I finally got my final permanent teeth. there were some issues along the way. The problems I had dealt with my own health issues (sensitive gag reflex, sinus infection, and an inflamed gum). The great people at Clear Choice helped me throughout the process. Again, it was not easy. My new teeth feel great. Most of all, for the first time in my life, I can smile. A big smile showing my awesome teeth. Positive experience: The assistants and office staff are great, and a special tip of the cap to Jessica who worked on installing my teeth , I had to make sure I had her name correct before I left, she was that good. On to this, the implants are not cheap as your advertisements suggest. Are they worth it? Time will tell, can't make that call after one day. Glad they didn't hesitate to replace the one tooth that was misaligned. Give me 60-90 days and ask me again if 2 teeth are worth 10 grand. Overall, the whole process has been virtually painless. Would've rated higher, but can't on 1 day after install

Positive experience: The procedure is not fun. However, I knew exactly what to expect. I’m still in the process of healing, but my teeth look great. I’m a little disappointed. My implants fit well, however there seems to be a problem with my new denture. I have made 6 or 7 trips and they are not right yet.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my annual check up. Whenever I walk in, I am practically treated like a family member. They don’t even look up my charts to greet me by name. In the first year, I notice a happier version of me. I work in sales and meet with clients face to face. The first thing I do is smile and people see my warm embrace greeting. Fantastic experience: The staff was so friendly. I don't have a picture of my teeth before the surgery because I was always embarrassed of them. They were chipped and in my opinion looked awful. I went to clearchoice and loved how friendly and upfront everyone was. Immediately I felt comfortable enough to openly talk about the damage my teeth went through. They were happy to share every option they had available to help me feel comfortable showing my teeth again. The surgery was quick. I did have a bit of pain short after which was rough. But I had to get all my teeth pulled on top of the implants. It took about a week and a half to recover. I was so happy with the results. My pictures will speak volumes.

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility and the staff are extremely nice and professional. It took me awhile to finally decide to go through the process but I finally did on March 21, 2023 with Dr. Crume. Surgery went well and just like advertised, I walked out with a new smile. The procedure was not painful for me at all. The healing process is ongoing and I look forward to the final set. The biggest advice that I would like to pass along is to not be afraid to ask any questions. Dr Crume worked with me to help me become more comfortable with the process and I really appreciate that. He also listened to me when I needed an adjustment. He said his goal was to work to make me comfortable and happy with the services they provide. Everything has worked out to this point but willingness to communicate and to have patience is the key.

Fantastic experience: It's almost two years since I had my upper teeth replaced with a prosthetic. I am happy with the results and I'm much better off than I was before the surgery. The healing and pain were a little more than I expected, but ultimately worth it.

Fantastic experience: Today I received my new Zirconium teeth after a wonderful experience with the staff and doctors at the West Chester Ohio location. It all started with my first visit with Carissa Alioto. She was professional and caring as she explained the process that I would go though from start to finish. She asked me what my goals were with my teeth concerns and my expectations with the process. She gave me a tour of the facility which included the lab where all the work is done in the office. Then she did a full 3-D scan of my head so they could determine if my bone mass would accept the process. Once it was determined that I was a good canidate, she explained the cost and what options were available. I was ready to move forward the same day so we scheduled my first appointment. The people I met going forward were outstanding and professional. Their genuine concern for my well being during the procedure was very reassuring. I went home the same day with new temporary teeth since there is healing process for the implants into the jaw bone. Then they all came in to my room to to see my new teeth and help me celebrate my new smile. The people I met during the process were Dr. Crume who made sure I was happy with the look and bite. The dental assistants Jessica, Alexa, Dave, and Toria were all there for me when I came in for my different visits. Tabatha and Victoria who do scheduling and greet you as you come in and leave were always friendly and happy to see me. The whole staff were wonderful to work with and they made me feel as though I was part of their family. Meeting Carissa on day one who made feel welcoming made it easy for me to make my decision. What an outstanding experience and most of all, I Love my New Smile!! Many thanks to everyone that worked with me. Fantastic experience: Clear Choice changed my life. My health is better, no more pain and more importantly I feel better about myself.

Negative experience: Implants feel large with ridges on the edges. Food ALWAYS gets trapped between these ridges & my gums. Implants look nice but we're VERY expensive. I should have shopped to compare prices.

Negative experience: I set appointment with them I've never been harassed more by a company trying to get me to cancel between phone calls emails and text messages I confirmed the appointment 3 times then today the Day before the appointment the girl calls back telling me it's $30k-$60k and just wanted to make sure I was serious... I knew the price already. but they obviously don't want my money and I don't want to be harassed so I thanked them for their time and canceled the appointment
