Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Abro,, I was very pleased! I needed 2 fillings, it always makes me nervous as I had had some bad experiences. The navocain shots are usually the worst! But, when he did, I seriously hardly felt it. I usually need a couple shots, but with one, I was ready! I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: They are amazing. DDS Alan Shleier and his assistant are so detailed and kind. The best Dentist I have ever known. My daughter was so nervous and scared but they made her feel safe. Her fillings look immaculate and it only took him 20 minutes for two fillings. The best dentistry in the tri-state hands down. I got several fillings and it was done so quickly and my teeth look amazing! There is something to be said for experience. Everyone is always so kind and positive, it makes it easy to want to go to the dentist, when you know you are in good hands. Thank you Cincinnat Dental! I had this ready and thought I posted it two years ago, at any rate I went back recently and they are as awesome kind & helpful as before. I should have listened, as now I need a root canal. Lesson learned! Every 6 months visit your Dentist :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere. On time appointment. Easy scheduling for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I hate to leave a huge positive review because this is the best dental service location I’ve ever had. It’s always been friendly, it’s always been convenient and Doc is the single most personable dentist I’ve ever had. If there is a better dental service in the area I haven’t seen it. They take care of YOU! 5 stars in every way! Credit to my Hygenist who I’ve had for 10years??? Maybe more?

Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning and a technician was outstanding but I cannot remember her name. I made a good decision going to this dental office. Thank you

Positive experience: It wasn't their fault but their call service messed up my appointments. The hygienist happen to be out there when I was telling them that I took the day off and she fit me in. She was very nice and thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: Kudos to the West Chester location their service and employees are top notch. I have zero complaints. Everyone is friendly and does a great job. Dr. Shleier is great, and Michelle does an amazing job!

Fantastic experience: Great experience! The dentist got me in and out. I can have all my favorite foods again.

Fantastic experience: Professional people doing a high quality job and showing they care about you at the same time! Thanks CDC!

Fantastic experience: The dentist took time with me and explained my issues and the fix. Very present staff, friendly and courteous.

Negative experience: Insurance shenanigans -- more than one surprise multi-$100 bill which could have been completely avoided by proper communication regarding insurance. We also somehow seem to always owe money even after we think all our accounts with them are settled. Experience with hygienists have almost always been good or great and experience with Dr. Shleier has always been good but that's overshadowed by billing issues we don't experience elsewhere, a terrible experience with Dr. Abro, and occasional rudeness at the front desk. One of our family members had a terrible experience with Dr. Abro which ultimately resulted in having to seek out a root canal elsewhere -- *maybe* that was a fluke complication but we'll insist on Dr. Shleier doing any other work until we find a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: When I visit Cincinnati Dental West Chester and see Dr. Shleier and his assistant Heather I have gotten the best service. KI feel both dentist in the office are engaging and I feel you get the best dental care.

Fantastic experience: Michelle, Angela and Dr Shierer are the best! Staff is very warm and friendly. No rushing you in and out. They talk to you as though you're friends not just patients. This cleaning may have been the best one I've ever had, Thanks Michelle!

Fantastic experience: Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff, and timely service. First time at this location and will most likely continue to go here for future care.

Fantastic experience: Just to be clear. These people don't mess around!! If you like extensive treatment plans and waisting time only to have procedures done that you didn't necessarily need at the moment(insurance draining), then this is NOT your place! I went in for a consultation for two crown replacements thinking it would be just a plan and information based visit. Within minutes I was getting filed down and molded. I was shocked to see how patient driven they were. I knew what total costs would be before they began work so i could make decision to proceed or not.The team all helped one another and it was a family/professional environment that made me feel comfortable. Im scheduled to go back to see Dr. Arbo and Amy in a few weeks to complete my procedure and will more than likely return to have any other future care provided. Thanks guys A++

Fantastic experience: The staff and the dentist i met were wonderful and calmed my fears. I was very impressed with everyone. I will make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Went in for cleaning and check up. My dental hygienist, Michelle, the best! Took care of me with professionalism and cordiality. The office staff, also great. The waiting area inmaculate as always. I have been a patient for more than 10 years. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from my hygienist Michelle. She does deep gum cleaning with a water oic type device and successfully retarded my gum disease over the years. I wouldn’t think about trading dentists even though I live in the complete other side of Cincinnati, 40 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: Laurie and Dr. Faust were great today. Laurie is very gentle yet thorough with cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Was very helpful and explained everything extremely well.

Fantastic experience: Good first visit. Great staff

Fantastic experience: Everyone hates going to the dentist right? However I've been coming here for the past 10+ years and am very happy with their service. They went out of their way to get me in for an emergency appointment when I chipped my tooth and the appointment cleanings are thorough but also quick.

Fantastic experience: Best all around dentist office in West Chester in my opinion. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience with my teeth cleaning. And I get very anxious going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: The dentist and office staff are friendly and efficient. Very upfront with what I need for my oral health; what's best for me which may not be what I'm asking for. No hard sells. I like them.

Fantastic experience: Prompt and friendly service. Makes room for emergency appointments

Fantastic experience: Staff is professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. Been coming to CDS for about 25 years! I highly recommend this practice. J

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist and staff, friendly, quick!

Fantastic experience: Great personalities! Great Customer service! I love that they make going to the dentist enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: Great Dental office! Staff is nice and professional. Dr. Schneider and his TEAM are the best!

Negative experience: I have no dental insurance at this time. I just wanted to get a cleaning. The dental hygienist told me that I needed to have a panoramic xray done prior to doing my cleaning as this was the office protocol. As an individual who was going to pay out of pocket for my cleaning, I should be able to decide what and what I didn't want done. I was not given this option. When I made this appointment I was told that the dentist was not going to be in the office. There should be another dentist available for issues like I had. Needless to say, I did not have a cleaning done.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional team. Very courteous and friendly. Dr. Shleier is the best!

Fantastic experience: All are soooo nice and efficient! No complaints!
