Fantastic experience: Went in for a consultation for a root canal for my teenager. The staff was kind, helpful, and calm. Dr Blumberg explained my son’s situation well. He and Abby made my son and I comfortable enough to allow a procedure on the spot. The professional bedside manner was good for my son to not be anxious! Would recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: I had to have both upper rear teeth root canaled at the same time. I have to say I’ve never had a root canal before but it was pretty much painless. Staff is great and very professional. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and this appointment really changed my perception of getting dental work done. Fantastic experience: As a dental assistant, I have high expectations when it comes to dental care—but I also have pretty significant dental anxiety. Dr. Fuller and Morgan completely exceeded my expectations. Morgan was an absolute superstar. Her skill, professionalism, and ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure were incredible. She anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask and made the experience so much easier than I ever expected. Dr. Fuller was equally amazing. Fantastic experience: Well obviously nobody WANTS to have a root canal, but if you have to, this is the place you’d want to go to get it done! This is my second root canal and I was treated so well. They walk you through every step in extreme detail. When I inevitably have to have another one, I’ll be back in Dr Fullers chair! I don’t have insurance so I was scared about the price but they accept care credit! Thanks to everyone who works there for making the experience the best it could be!

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Dr. Fuller and the caring and professional staff at University Pointe Endodontics. My wife was referred there for 2 root canals. She entered with an ice pack on her jaw, in a lot of pain and not sure which tooth was causing it. Dr Fuller took the time to accurately diagnose and treat the offending tooth, and she had no pain during or after the procedure. The second root canal soon after was also a pain free procedure with just a course of ibuprofen as the novocaine wore off.

Fantastic experience: I have a real fear of Dentist in general. I had not been in five years. I needed a root canal and was recommended to Michael D. Fuller D.D.S., M.S. He and his staff were respectful, empathetic, and patient. Doctor Fuller, was calm and confident, and a good listener. He explained the procedure beforehand and walked me through the process as it was taking place, checking that I was not in any pain during the procedure. That is exactly what I want in a doctor. He was not interested in adding or selling me any additional costs or procedures. His focus was on identifying the problem and what was necessary to fix it. I would consider myself to be nervous worrier. I didn’t feel any sense of judgment. Just kindness. Best part is that I was able to keep my tooth and am pain free. Highly recommended!

Everyone is very professional and continued explaining what is going on and checking on me during the procedure. Abby was the assistant that day and she was efficient and friendly. Fantastic experience: Needed a root canal in the worst way, lots of pain; got a referral from my dentist (Lebanon Complete Dentistry, also highly recommend) and got on the schedule for two weeks out. Scary, because how am I going to live with this pain for two weeks? UP put me on the cancellation watch list and a spot opened up that same day! Yay! They sent me all the paperwork through email, was super easy to fill out. When I get there for my appt, they get me back in the room on time and get right down to business - no wasted time because they know I’m in pain. Dr Fuller and his assistant Morgan were just fantastic, can’t say enough good things about the whole staff there. Very kind, efficient, and caring. I don’t think root canals are supposed to be that pleasant! They even play really great soft 70s and 80s rock, all the classic hits If you have the option to go here, do it. You won’t regret it.

Negative experience: Do not go here unless you have thousands to pay out of pocket up front if not they will not bill your insurance until its paid and they will send your balance to collections immediately no payment plans or anything is available I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Oh my goodness I was afraid at first, but then I relaxed as Dr. Blumberg and his assistant began to work on my root to canal. I gotta give it to him. They were excellent. He instructed me on everything that was going to be done. I was very comfortable. It was my first time there. The receptionists were beautiful. So when I heard the dreaded words you need a root canal I knew I needed to go to someone who knows what they’re doing. I was referred to University pointe Endodontics and I heard nothing but great things about the office and the Dr’s. I had the privilege of having Dr Fuller work on my tooth, he was able to do my root canal the same day and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Fantastic experience: I have never been more impressed with a dental office than I am with University Pointe Endodontics & I like my regular dentist (which I know a lot of people can’t say). Having a root canal at 38 in the middle of moving wasn’t something I was particularly thrilled about, but I honestly can’t complain. I was seen early Monday morning for a consultation & the procedure was finished by late afternoon Wednesday. Talk about a quick turn around! My tooth was particularly stubborn, so I did have quite a few numbing shots, but that wasn’t Dr. Fuller’s fault. What a nice guy! He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. Christina was super helpful & pleasant, too. If anyone I know in the area ever needs a root canal, I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Root canals aren’t exactly anyone’s idea of a good time—but University Pointe, Dr. Fuller, and his team made it as close to pleasant as a root canal can get (which is saying something!). Fantastic experience: A painless root canal? I never thought that was possible until I went to Dr. Blumberg. What first impressed me was the modern, beautiful office, equipped with all the latest dental technology. Karin and Linda, the receptionists, were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring and made the sign up and insurance process not just a breeze but actually pleasant. Brianna, one of the dental assistants, was kind, reassuring, and friendly. She happily answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Dr. Blumberg himself is simply amazing. Calm, analytical, thorough, and kind, he explained the whole process. He was open to all questions, listened carefully, and he respected me as a patient. He is very caring and always makes sure you are comfortable. He repeatedly checks in during the process to see that you are okay and even offers you a break if you need one. I had no pain during the entire process. My personal super hero though is Abby, one of the dental assistants. She is very kind, answers all your questions, and works smoothly with Dr. Blumberg . One of her super powers though is putting together these amazing playlists for the office. So while I had this procedure, I listened to some of the best music, which totally relaxed me and even made me feel happy. It made such a difference. But here is what was truly amazing - after Dr. Blumberg was done and the numbing wore off at home, I had no pain. I was prepared to take a fair amount of painkillers, but - no pain. I never experienced that. Dr. Blumberg and his team are total pros!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth abscess right before Christmas and was in terrible pain and had a lot of swelling. I was referred to Dr. Fuller by my dentist and was able to get in for a consultation almost immediately. I ended up needing a root canal and was very nervous. Everyone at the office was really nice and put me at ease. Dr. Fuller and Christina were absolutely amazing during the procedure!! They were always checking to make sure I was comfortable and would even hum/sing along to the music. The entire procedure was pain free which made my experience even better than I expected. Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with Dr. Fuller for a root canal. Some might say Oh No, but that wasn't the case at all. First off, every person in the office was great and very nice to work with. As far as the procedure , to me, seemed like a walk in the park. I was explained every detail of what was going to happen before, during and afterwards. All was spot on. The only problem I had was staying awake. Ha Yes I was that comfortable. I wish my motel stays were that relaxing. No, i was not given laughing gas just a few numbing shots. Even hours later, 6 to be exact I feel no pain whatsoever. No need for Excedrin , Tylenol or Aleve. I'm good to go. Thanks Dr. Fuller and his wonderful assistant Morgan. Great job. No one really wants to see doctors for the most part but I highly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: On 9/26/23 Dr. Fuller performed a root canal on my #19 molar. In summary I would rate my experience not only 5 Stars, but A+++. Dr. Fuller's pre-procedure consult included reviewing the summary from my general dentist, performing his own very thorough exam and xray to validate the tooth issue (both verbally and visually via a computer monitor displaying my xray) and then discussed the options for treatment. During this discussion Dr. Fuller took time to expain the implications and possible outcomes, both positive and negative, of the different treatment paths. Dr. Fuller's execution of the root canal procedure was very methodical taking time at every step to insure my comfort level was optimal and that I had an adequate level of understanding of what was occuring. Post procedure Dr. Fuller made certain that I was fully informed of what to expect with respect to residual pain and offered guidance on how to manage any discomfort that could linger for a short while after the procedure. What stood out to me, and is likely most important to most of us, is the management of pain during the procedure. Dr. Fuller demonstrated to me that he is a master of the "pain injection". Not only did I barely feel the sensation of the first needle point, Dr. Fuller would not proceed with any drilling until he and I both felt that the numbing process was thorough and complete. This proved true which resulted in a 100% painless procedure. I would strongly recommend Dr. Fuller and his staff if needing a root canal procedure performed. He was very thoughtful in his explanation, slow and not rushed as he described the situation and what the plan for the procedure would be, and frequently checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was OK.
