I've been going to the dentist for 50 plus years And I have had many cleanings, hadn't had my teeth cleaned in 2 years due to I retired and life happened, but she did great. My mouth was absolutely not sore later that day, or the next day couldn't believe it. And my teeth are so shiny, all the tea and wine stains gone, and really appreciate all the recommendations and the kindness of her heart. I highly recommend if you have sensitive teeth. I am serious, i've been shocked. Poked prodded and my mouth so sore the next day, Just from a routine annual visit that is not the case here. She did an awesome job,

Fantastic experience: So my dentist of 16 years, Dr. Bashar suddenly disappeared from the office where I had been seeing him. I was very disappointed. He was the best dentist I had ever seen since my dental experience in the Army had left me feeling very anxious about the dentist. I googled him and found out he had opened his own practice in Bonney Lake! So I am still a patient of Dr. Bashar, crisis averted! He has a fantastic office and his staff are wonderful, super friendly and clearly love what they do. I highly recommend Crescent Dental and Dr. Bashar, especially if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist.

His entire staff are wonderful to work with and everyone in that office has a cheery and helpful attitude---no judging of any kind. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Positive experience: Fantastic experience here after not visiting a dentist for 10 yrs. My only complaint is to absolutely not trust the hygienist in matters of billing. They do not know what anything "costs" with insurance involved. "Only" 25 dollar fluoride treatment is over 100 because insurance doesn't cover it unless you're under 13. So apart from this and other items that I was charged for (like pictures of the mouth?) that I wasn't expecting, great visit. Also the really odd push from everyone to use Arm n Hammer toothpaste was bizarre. I was being shoved and sold a brand while there were fingers in my mouth...

When I come in for my appointment they greet me by my name. It takes the sting out of going to the dentist. I like my dentist and staff.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. A big thank you as well to my hygienist, Aubrey. She was kind, gentle, and very thorough, making what is usually a routine dental visit a genuinely pleasant experience. It’s not often that you leave a dental appointment feeling this positive, but the whole team made it easy. Fantastic experience: I had been seeing another dentist for over five years and was told I needed to have my tooth pulled and replaced with an implant. Before moving forward, they referred me to a specialist, which meant additional costs. Instead, I contacted Dr. Bashar’s office, and they were able to see me right away. Dr. Bashar not only treated the issue but actually saved my tooth, saving me a significant amount of money in the process. From day one, the entire team made me feel welcome, like part of the family. Everyone is friendly and attentive, and Dr. Bashar’s sense of humor always makes visits enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office.

He treats his patients like friends instead of seeing them as dollar signs. He does impeccable dental work and stands by his work if something doesn't go according to plan. He is always is clear and up front about any cost and he tries to plan dental work in a way where it's going to be as little out of pocket as possible by working within the bounds of your current insurance plan.

Fantastic experience: After seven days of severe pain following my wisdom teeth removal at Light Dental, I was dismissed by the original dentist and told it was “normal.” I knew something wasn’t right, so I called Dr. Bashar and he got me in within an hour. He was kind, knowledgeable, and took my pain seriously. He treated the issue right away, and for the first time in a week, I finally felt relief that same day. The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be switching to Dr. B. I highly recommend him!

They were so nice and made sure I was comfortable during my initial visit. The front desk is so sweet, I think her name is Nicole. Aubrey and Ashley were so nice and professional - You will really know they are good on what they do… above all Dr B is the calmest Dentist I have ever met. I loved that he focused on what we will prioritize step by step to help with my situation…no pressure just one thing at a time :) not anything close to feeling that WE HAVE TO DO THIS DO THAT with my previous dentist (you know when other clinics just wants money) I haven’t gone in dentist for awhile due to this reason and this clinic welcomed me with a big smile — I wasn’t judged. I am so happy to be a patient.

They performed a fantastic job replacing my bridges. I’ve been a patient since 2023, and they’ve always been supportive and knowledgeable about all the options available for my bridges.

Aubrey gave he most thorough dental clean I have had, she even spent extra time getting off the glue from my retainer that the orthodenist office left on. Jess was incredibly gentle with the rest of my clean and was probably the first cleaner that didnt make my gums bleed while flossing!

Fantastic experience: If you need a dentist ,Crescent Dentist is the place you've got to go.I am extremely nervous and anxious with dentists because of a past experience I've had elsewhere .I was refered to Crescent by my co worker and Dr Bashar and staff were extremely friendly ,they listened to me and made me feel like I was the only person that mattered when I was there. Fantastic experience: They have been great to work with over multiple visits. We had an emergency where my son badly chipped his front tooth. They came in during their lunch hours to make the fix. They have since seen all three of my kids for their dental appointments. The Dr. Is easy to get along with and was informative of what to do with one of my younger kids who will need braces. The office in Bonney Lake is easy to find and clean.

Fantastic experience: After chipping a tooth, the staff was able to get me in quickly and had me back on my way super fast. Painless process and very easy to find. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Planning to return for regular cleanings going forward.

I had visited a different dentist and was told that I needed numerous things done to my teeth, which would have been very expensive. After Crescent Dental took xrays and a made complete exam all I needed at this time was a cleaning. They put a couple of teeth on watch and will be examined again as time goes on. I highly recommend this Dental practice, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: New : today we had an appointment with Dr Bashar for my 6 year old to remove cavities and put a filling . Best experience ever for my daughter and myself. The way him and the whole staff comforted her and were patient. She felt at ease even though it was something she was scared to do . We left the office happy and very pleased with everything. Thank you again for the amazing service We started seeing Dr Bashar 3 years ago when we moved to the area . From the moment we booked our appointment we haven’t been disappointed. Dr Bashar always listens , gives the best recommendations and is always smiling which makes you feel at ease . The whole staff is very welcoming when you walk into the clinic and all the hygienist are very gentle, listen, clean very well your teeth . The whole family does their cleaning and treatments here . And because I am always happy after every visit , I have referred many and will continue doing so .
