Make you feel comfortable and at ease the minute you walk through the door, for someone who gets a little anxious when going to a Dentist these people make you calm! They take the time to listen and answer your question, Explaining procedures and cost very well. I have had fillings, crowns done here and very pleased with outcome. Highly recommend Dental Health Group in Bonney Lake, just come on in, put your feet up and relax you are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: They were very nice and even though they were booked they took me in and took care of me. They also took the time and explained everything that they were doing. Update: I need a lot of work done on my teeth and I’m so glad that I found Dr. Ni. He is one of the best dentist that I found. I came to him because my old dentist would not get me in for a week to get a very needed tooth pulled. I came back for two crowns that I’m very pleased with. We are now working on implants along with the surgeon that he recommended. He is doing the tooth that will go on top of it along with two other teeth that will go on the new implants when the implants are ready. The implant he is doing is one I had done 15 years ago. He was able to figure out the brand for it so he could get the hardware for it. My old dentist did not know what implant I had and said I needed to figure it out. That’s one reason I put it off. If you need work done don’t wait. I wish I would have done all this sooner. The only good thing about waiting is that I found Dr. Ni. Dental Health group. My wife is now also going there. Update: All my work is done. Just had my last last two teeth installed on my implants. I am so happy. Dr. Ni is the best. I highly recommend him for any work you need done. He has also extracted a tooth for me, put on two crowns and fillings in the past. 1/29/26. New update. Dr.Ni and his staff continue to do the most highest service. Taking extra care and time when needed, going way beyond anybody would do today. This is hard to find these days. If you need dental care, you will be very happy with Dental Health Group. Ed Muller

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from a group of people who really care about your health. Everything is done with you in mind. They answer your questions and help you understand what they are doing and why. They explain how important our dental health is for the entire body. The doctor recently replaced a filling that was leaking. Looking at a photo, the new filling is indetectable to me. Christine does an excellent job of cleaning your teeth. 1/22/2026: Just got my teeth cleaned today. The dentist and his assistant did a great job. My mouth is happy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ni was very patient, caring and good at explaining the process I am going through with my Invisalign braces. I highly recommend Dental Health Group. I have been a patient for many years. The dentists here are young and eager to please. They are fair with pricing and honest about what needs to be done. He is helping with an issue I have had for many years with a bridge that was placed many years ago. It has been replaced 3 times. It is challenging. The office is supportive too. It won't be an easy fix but I believe he is up to the task. And another good visit! This will become a book soon lol. Dr Ni pulled a tooth and put in an implant. No pain! I How is that possible? He is that good. I will get my crown after it heals. Best dentist ever experienced in my 75 years on this earth.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a temporary crown that broke and they went out of their way to fit me in to get it fixed. They called in a favor and had my permanent crown expedited! Good people and very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled at 8am with a confirmation text saying to arrive 10 mins early to check in. Got there at 745am doors were locked no lights on even though hours posted says open at 7am. 8am and still no one there doors locked. Call at 805, no answer so I leave a VM and head to work. Got a call ten minutes later to see if I can come in, no I'm already going to work that I took off to be at this appointment!!!!! So incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Will be finding another dentist office. Been going here since 2017 and service has been declining more and more over the years. I am all for understanding emergencies. But if you knew by 7 that said employees wouldn't be there by 8 you would think someone could have notified patients. Or if an employee was present, could be waiting at the door to explain the situation or leave a note on the door etc. It would be different if this was the first incident with the office but at my last cleaning you said my insurance wasn't active but all you had to do was call the number on the back to verify it as the card states so I had to reschedule that one too! The level of service has declined. Thanks for the explanation but it could have been handled a lot better.

Negative experience: Dishonest practices, they will charge you a cancelation even when they were closed and will pressure you into same day services that aren't needed. Edit: As you can see from their response, you will get the run around here. They deleted their first response. Very dishonest place. At first it was a 48 hour cancelation, then 24, then no cancelation at all. Nasty tactics.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have an absolute fear of the dentist. I dread it for weeks in advance. The only dentist I’ve ever found who understands and helps me through my fear is the Dental Health Group in Bonney Lake. They don’t try to sell you on products or procedures you don’t really need. They’re honest, caring and extremely gentle. When the original Dentist who owned this practice retired a few years ago i was so upset but the new dentists have proven to be just as compassionate and knowledgeable as he was. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Beyonce at the front desk is super nice, professional and she made scheduling in a breeze. Dr Shahi worked on my teeth with precision and care, she made going to the dentist not such a chore. She also taught me some things about breathing and how having issues while sleeping could affect dental health.

All of my questions were answered easily and there were no surprises on what to expect during the appointment and for planned future appointments. Fantastic experience: First visit at this office. Changed to this closer Dental office after many years at another practice. Office was very efficient and welcoming. Dr. Ni spent a lot of time getting to know me, as well as explaining what he was seeing and answering my questions. I made my next 6 month appointment with them, so can't make a better reccomendation than that! Have had occasion to make a second visit to this office. Chipped a lower front tooth and needed repair. Was able to get in for a check in a couple of days, and got in two days later for the work. Looks and feels great. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. My wife and daughter plan to make this their dentist as well.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful office and staff! Had tooth pain, and they got me in to do an exam and xray. Office is welcoming and warm, with refreshments while you wait. During the filling, Dr.Gentai Ni was so reassuring and calming about any nerves, he took the time after the filling to explain the process and removal of cavities. They have a little wand that takes photos of your teeth, I was able to see what the cavity looked like, and what it looked like once the cavity was removed! Super cool , I’ve never seen that before. Before starting the filling, they take your blood pressure and pulse. Which every dentist is supposed to do, it’s very reassuring your dental health is in excellent hands with this office.

The dental Hygienists are also fantastic, especially Christina who I have been a patient of for many years.

Fantastic experience: The new doctors who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they are there to help me with any questions I might have to ask them. My most recent visit just today went well. I have followed their advice to brush and floss daily which I have seen a major improvement in. I no longer suffer with any sore gums or sensitivity to hot or cold foods. So I suggest anyone who is a patient here to follow their advice and your appointment should go well just like it did mine.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this office for about 2 years. I have had two emergencies and I am going through Invisalign treatment as well. Everyone is going above and beyond trying to accommodate the patients needs. If there was an error it was handled professionally. I have never felt discomfort during a procedure and always gelt in good hands. I prefer the smaller office size and seeing familiar faces much over a big dental office where I am just a number. Also all front desk staff is super nice and helpful with insurance and billing making it as transparent as possible! Big Plus!

The Dr was very involved in doing the best procedure for my situation. Every type of dental procedure available in one place. I won’t have to seek a place for dentures or oral surgery. I felt taken care of and everyone was genuine and kind. The establishment was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The thing I loved the most was how my dentist, Dr. Shahi, was extremely knowledgeable, but also down to earth and connected her life to my personal background and stories I was telling; it helped ease my nervousness and that will help me at my next visit. They also are able to help in a lot of different areas.. sleep apnea, Botox, teeth whitening, my TMJ issues. Very happy I switched to this dentist!

Fantastic experience: This place is a good resourceful center that you can learn about the health of your own dental hygiene. I’ve been with these guys since I was like 6 years old. They may have changed doctors over the years as former dentists have retired but they all hold on to the same philosophy of good health for your teeth. I recommend this business to anyone in need of some great care for their own gums and teeth.
