Fantastic experience: Very nervous to go to dentist from childhood drama. Broke a tooth and left with no choice. Everyone was very kind and gentle with me. The doctor was very kind and friendly. And extremely understanding. Told me like it was and what needed to be done and made his recommendations was very understanding of my fears and made me feel very comfortable. I will be back and even try to bring my daughter that also has dental anxiety. He is so different to talk with and not to be talked down to and work with your fears. Great office visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ngo is amazing, he's smart, he is gental and will make sure you're numb before starting his procedures and he listens. His Team is just as great. I've been a patient over 12 yrs. He has built my confidence in dentistry. When I was a youth I had a horrible, and traumatic experiences with dentists that followed into my adulthood. I use to cry when I sat in the dental chair or heard the tools turn on. Now I am no longer anxious when I have appointments no matter if its a cleaning or getting other dental work done. I have a great experience each time I visit.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Ngo for years and, frankly, this review is long overdue. When there's nothing bothering me and I'm just going in for my cleanings and exams 2-3 times a year, things are great. The hygienists are really friendly and efficient! Thanks Kim and Taren? (I'm so sorry if I've misspelled her name). And when Dr. Ngo comes in, he's really attentive to even seemingly innocuous details that might uncover real problems. But when something serious -is- going on, this office REALLY shines. I've come with everything from chipped teeth to broken filings and needing everything from deep cleanings to root canals. Each of my needs has been taken seriously, handled immediately with care, and included followup instructions, examinations, and/or testing. I've never felt that one of my problems wasn't addressed correctly the first time, nor have I felt taken advantage of or upsold for the sake of padding a bill or something... problems I dealt with prior to finding Dr. Ngo. If I had one criticism it would be that I liked it better when he used to shave his head. It looked good and we matched! Lol Thanks, Doc!

Fantastic experience: I was happy and satisfied with my dental cleaning done last week. Dental Hygienist Kim is awesome as always. Dr. Ngo reviewed my X-rays and check my teeth. There was some changes with present and previous X-rays on my crown. A repeat X-ray was done at a different angle to further check the issue. I did appreciate Dr.Ngo for double checking to make sure that my crown was in good condition.
