Fantastic experience: South Hill, family dentistry. This is an excellent place with friendly staff and flexible scheduling. They accept various insurance plans. Surely your plan would work. I've been a patient for many years. And I have never, experienced anything that would make me change my mind to seek out another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks ago, I broke half of a tooth - I was able to get into the office the next day and Dr Han (and his staff) set me up for a crown...I was just in this afternoon and got my new crown - Dr Han and the staff did a terrific job taking care of me!

I’ve been struggling to find a good dentist when my lifelong dentist retired and I’m happy to say I think I finally found the right clinic. I met with Dr. Waworuntu who was friendly, professional, and informative without the pressure of getting work done. The best part of the visit was the cleaning with the hygienist, Joann. Too bad this isn’t her regular office. She gave me the BEST cleaning I’ve ever had. She was thorough and cleaned all my tarter and plaque build up! It took an hour to clean my teeth and I was told this is how long a good cleaning should take! Wow, I must’ve been going to the wrong clinics cuz I’ve never had a cleaning that was this thorough or took even close to an hour. My teeth have never felt better! Looking forward to my next check up and cleaning in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going here for five or so years now. Really happy with the service here. Everyone, especially Dr. Joseph Schneider puts you at ease when we're there. I don't know if Joseph considers me a friend, but sure makes me feel like one! Best Dentist in my 65 years and I've been to many of them in Oregon, Washington. Recently Joseph retired and I've only been there twice now. It's been positive so far. More review after a few more visits.

Positive experience: The appt was fine except I wasn’t informed I’d be doing X-rays for future appointments. I was told at first appointment that I’d be there for follow up on extraction site. It’s a very nice office atmosphere, staff is friendly and dentist is knowledgeable and helpful.

I (used to) have anxiety around dental appointments and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. So kind, in fact, that I really don’t get anxious coming in for checkups anymore!

Same held true for my dentist Jeon. She communicated very succinctly and I a comfortably friendly manner. It was evident to me she knows her profession. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience for a first visit.

Fantastic experience: I have a terrible fear of the dentist and put off going to the point I have tooth loss and breakage. I called because I was in severe pain and they fit me in that day and gave me meds to help make me comfortable until they could get in for my procedure. Very compassionate and gentle.I will be going back to get my dental care back on track.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience (or as great as a dental visit can be). The staff is friendly and keeps me informed of charges and insurance contributions, as well as my dental issues and potential fixes.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always so sweet and understanding (I’m chronically late to everything despite my best efforts) and the office is clean and cozy. Everybody is always happy and smiling, which isn’t always the case at other places. Before finding SHFD, I had been going to an office in Graham. The dentist was far from empathetic and only seemed to care about bringing in as many patients as possible. Dental work in general is expensive, even with insurance, but SHFD has given me several discounts and I never feel judged for not being able to afford something. The only thing that kinda sucks is they’ve upped the cost for Nitrous Oxide gas. The gas is optional I guess, but for some people like myself, it’s a necessity. Other than that, I can’t say enough good things about this office. I’m so grateful that they have one in Puyallup. Thank you SHFD!

Positive experience: My root canal was rough but my crowns and cleanings have went okay. I think for some people and situations it would be really beneficial for their patients that they try to do it all in house
