Negative experience: BE CAREFUL IT'S A SCAM FOR JUST WANTED A CLEANING WAS OFFERED A $299.00 SPECIAL WITH TEETH WHITENING TREATMENT CLEANING WAS LESS THAN 5 MINS MAYBE MY TEETH WERE PRETTY CLEAN THEN I WAS OFFERED FURTHER TREAT MENT AND TOLD THAT THE WHITENING WAS DONE ONLY IF I PROCEEDED WITH FURTHER TREATMENT NO FLOSSING WAS DONE AT ALL NEVER HAD A CLEANING WITHOUT FLOSSING BE CAREFUL

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental experience I have had. Staff is very friendly and professional. They explained everything in detail and explained the procedures I needed to get done.They made me feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

My hygienist is always welcoming and happy to chat while she cleans away. The front desk staff are top tier and make you feel comfortable and like you belong there! I always look forward to my brief chats with the assistant Tirza also. Going to the dentist has become something I look forward to and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team there. I will continue to refer everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with this visit because the atmosphere was very comfortable and the dental assistant and dentist were very kind. Like probably a lot of people, the dentist isn't my favorite place to go but I wasn't as nervous when I was there and in the chair. They are very friendly and understanding, I will be going back!

Negative experience: Pat lacked any compassion what so ever when discussing rescheduling. I understand no-show policy however the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed for a patient explaining an urgent need was astronomically unacceptable. I would never treat any of my patients this way, let alone speak without compassion or understanding. Keeping a front-facing clerk like that should be reviewed.

Alecia is the best dental tech I have had over my past 60 years - 5 stars! If you are looking for an excellent dental group this is the place. Dr. Davis is a real professional as are all of his staff. Just had dental work done at Davis Dental (7/6/20) and it was as professional as always. I was a little worried about going to a dentist with the COVID virus going on but did and the moment I walked into the office I was pleased - all the protection you can imagine was present and everyone was helpful and comforting. This is a great dental office to have available pandemic or not. 5 stars as always! 8/31/20 - Went in for cleaning and Davis Dental is 5 stars safe. No one waiting all staff waring masks and gloves, very well prepared for safety of customers. Alecia as always was professional, friendly, safe and very friendly and help. Dr. Davis always professional and great chair side manner. As in the past 5+ stars. 3/9/21 - Cleaning and X-rays - Davis Dental is 5 stars just as in the past - everyone is very polite, professional, safe, clean and just plain great! I have recommend Davis Dental to close friends and they agree. Dr. Davis is as always the best as is Alecia. 5 ****** 9/14/21 - Cleaning - Another 5 star appointment everyone terrific as noted above. Continued professionalism and caring. Great place to save your teeth. 3/15/22 - What can I say but this Group is the BEST! Everyone here is great to work with, all very professional, friendly (treat you like you are family). Dr. Davis is a true professional, the office staff are helpful, friendly and fast and Alecia is a master at cleaning teeth! Another FIVE stars! 9/20/22 - As always an excellent experience! Another FIVE stars for the whole team at Davis. 3/21/23 - 5 stars as usual - these people are the best - Alecia is excellent, the Doc great and staff very professional! 3/28/24 - Another 5 star visit - Alecia is my star as she is always gentle, very professional, does a great job and makes sure to check my history so as to keep me healthy. All of the staff are always in good spirits and welcoming. Met the new doctor and she is excellent. 10/03/24 - Super great visit again. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional as usual. Alecia was excellent as she always is - very thoughtful, informative and professional. She is a winner and the best I have ever had cleaning my teeth. Thank you Davis gang! 5+ STARS for sure.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know to expect as this was my first visit with this office but I was only met with kindness from the front desk and beyond. Such an amazing staff and they worked with me and my anxiety, made me feel comfortable. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit and plan to get my kiddos switched over as well. Fantastic experience: Initially, I wanted Dr. Davis only to work on me. I was reluctant to have any other dentist to do work on me. Just like my hygienist, I wanted the same person and no one else. But due to what happened, I had no choice to use Dr. Yi (I think I got the name right). She did a beautiful job and was very polite. Thank you, Bob Ok, this is my second review. Today 4/15/2024, I had quite a few crowns done today. This time Dr. Davis worked on me. It was a 4 hour procedure and I thought I was going to be uncomfortable to include the next couple of days after the procedure. But, as the anesthesia wore off I was fine. Melissa (dental assistant) was so nice to me as she made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions in a cheerful manner. Look, I have been with Davis dental group since 2009. Words cannot experess what a great job the whole staff has done! Dr. Davis expertise is exemplary in the dental profession.

Fantastic experience: From beginning to end, I had a first class experience at Davis Dental Group. Pat was friendly and welcoming at the front desk, and the waiting area was warm and calming. I was there for a cleaning and filling. My dental hygienist, Bethany, was kind and thorough. It was nice because it had been at least 15 months since my last cleaning. Bethany was great! She was super helpful and informative. Not only did she educate me on the why it is important to floss, but she was easy to talk to in between and we had a great conversation (not just about flossing). My dentist, Dr. He, was great too! She took care of my filling. I really liked that she took the time to explain to me exactly what she was doing before she started. 5 stars for the entire team, and I’ll be back next week to address two more fillings and all dental work I may need in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here a couple of years now, and everyone has always been extremely kind, and thorough in their work. I honestly have never enjoyed a dentist's office more. I feel that they really enjoy creating relationships with their patients and actually care about you and the health of your teeth. They're so quick, never leave you waiting, and are fun to talk to (in between cleanings, xrays, etc, haha!)

Negative experience: I have been with this dentistry for quite some time; more than 10 years. The front desk lady that has always been there is super nice and personable, but was just told by 2 receptionist she no longer works there, not sure if true. I received a $100 invoice for no show; which I understand my responsibility. No call reminders received at all. I’ve been dealing with a medical situation and my mind has been elsewhere. Will no longer come to this office; service is no longer there and just treated as a number. Have always liked the dentist’s personal service to his patients and most staff had always been nice. $100 for no show is outrageous.

Fantastic experience: Miya (dental assistant) and Dr. Davis made my first time there calm and easy. The front desk so inviting and the office clean and airy. The scheduling was online and super easy! Would be great if all their paperwork were online but it wasn't much to fill out. If you're looking for a home dentist definitely visit this office, they're my new home and will be moving my hubs over soon.

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a tooth. Davis Dental got me in next day, took care of everything quickly and painlessly with a temporary fix. I will be going back in a month's time for much more. They made sure I had all the proper estimates for future reference. No surprises, no worries.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is so nice! They always make sure I'm comfortable and never make me feel stupid for not knowing how to properly take care of my teeth. I got a liiiiittle lectured because there was a year and a half between my first visit and the last, but thankfully I had no cavities and got advice on how to properly brush and floss (yes I know these are things I should know but childhood neglect sure does make you miss certain info). I even got to take a picture of my x-rays! My nose piercings look like a little ghosty face! Last time I came I had quite a few cavities, and they took me seriously the first time I told them that I have difficulty with novacaine - I've had other dentists not listen and then I feel pain and everything ultimately has to take waaaaay longer than necessary. I'll always tell people to go here - it's the best dental experience you'll ever have

Fantastic experience: So far, my last 2 visits have been great. Unlike other places, if your appointment is at 1:05pm, then you are seen at 1:05pm on the dot. No checking in early to sit around waiting past your appointment time. To me, this shows they respect my time and that is truly appreciated. Service is prompt and very comfortable.
