Fantastic experience: Been here a million times, doctor Kumar is THE BEST dentist, he and his team are doing wonders. This is the best clinic where your needs would be heard and problems fixed in no time for a more than a reasonable price, this is a PEOPLES clinic.

Negative experience: I went for a check-up because I was having trouble with a tooth, and the doctor told me I needed a root canal. When I asked what the procedure involved, he explained that it meant killing the nerve, sealing the tooth, and placing a crown. I asked if it would cause any discomfort, and he assured me that once the work was done, I wouldn't feel any pain or issues with that tooth. I went back due to having pain and had to pay for the appointment again—even though he had done a poor job initially; he had claimed the discomfort and pain I was experiencing were psychological, practically implying I was crazy. I’ve been suffering from an infection in that tooth for two years since he performed the treatment. I returned a third time and was charged for the appointment yet again, but nothing was resolved, and I still have discomfort and recurring infections in that tooth. I do not recommend this place for this Kind of procedure I hope they do the right thing and refund my money so I can get the tooth fixed properly somewhere else due to still have experiencing pain and pus coming out of the infected tooth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rudra was amazing. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He has a great bedside manner, took his time with me, and explained everything clearly step by step so I always knew what to expect. The entire staff was also very kind, professional, and welcoming. As a cash-paying patient, I truly appreciated the reasonable pricing and transparency. I could not have asked for a better dental experience or a better dentist office. I highly recommend Dr. Rudra and his team.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rudra and Kate are amazing — 10 stars for both of them! I came in for a root canal, and the doctor noticed there were other procedures that also needed to be taken care of. Even though it was close to closing time, they still completed all the work and stayed past office hours to make sure everything was done. This place truly takes care of you and makes you feel like family.

Fantastic experience: The treatment from the staff was very well!! I got my deep cleaning done with Ms. Kim. Shes got good hands her assistants Andrea and Lisa are communicative. Dr.Rudra is a an amazing dentist as well. With his assistants Kate and Lisa. This team made me feel like I was at home.i felt comfortable and they catered to me well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rudra and assistant Lulu are professional and careful dental physicians. I had a root canal and a crown. Rudra said all the right things about keeping as much as the actual tooth as possible while also looking at the issue at hand. I had to get a crown, and the experience of this crown was really good. I have had crowns that had to be extracted, so my anxiety was high. I was mostly comforted by Dr. Rudra and his staff.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to make an appointment to see about an old filling being replaced. Made the appointment with the friendly front desk ladies. Said they could see me back in 1 hour. Wow! Went back and filled out paperwork. Saw Dr. Kumar. He is a very nice and friendly Dentist. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They took an X-ray of the tooth and explained all my options. He decided that he could do the procedure now if I wanted. I said let’s go! I decided to go with a composite filling for now. Dr. Kumar and his dental assistant Lulu did a very professional job. I am very pleased with their work!. Dr. Kumar is now my Dentist.. I highly recommend Rewards Dental and Dr. Kumar.❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: What a gem!! I live out of state and needed to see a dentist. I found this office through Google Maps, read a few reviews, looked at the website photos—and honestly, I chose Dr. Kumar just from his eyes. They seemed genuine, and I always trust my gut. I’m so glad I did. I had a truly wonderful experience. I love my teeth and want a dentist I can trust—someone who makes me feel comfortable and never rushed—and this office met all my needs. Charmaine and Dr. Kumar worked so well together during my procedure; she’s absolutely adorable. I’m very thankful for the care they showed me. My final visit before leaving town was with Katelyn, and we shared some laughs about my new “Balenciaga tooth,” along with Dr. Kumar. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.

Negative experience: Went through this dentist because I seen their promotion for gift cards for new patients and I figured why not I was in the market for a new dentist anyways. They tell me at my appointment it that it is given after the cleaning and not after the exam (could have sworn my appointment was for both… weird). I got Pressured into scheduling a procedure. Come in to do financing and she had to call someone else to help didn’t seem like she knew how the process worked. After that ordeal it was part 1 of the procedure and cleaning. Still no gift card…. They “forgot” to give it to me. Hygienist chipped my front tooth and didn’t say anything and I could not floss in between the two crowns which i wasn’t told about. Come in for part 2 of the procedure and she tried to collect a co pay. Mind you I received financing through a third party. Anddddd shocker they did not mention the gift card I had to ask and I was told they can offer me a credit (I got financing for my entire procedure this would have done nothing for me) or a baggie with a tooth brush. They said they “ran out” and didn’t know when the boss would get more. Mind you they also said they can’t send an electronic gift card. Any and every excuse not to give the promotion they advertised. AND there was issues with my financing. Front desk lady came into the room and basically said I needed to pay the rest of the procedure costs or they had to bill third party more than what it cost as there was a limit… I had to leave the room after they had taken the temp crowns off to talk about it to have them say it’s good they made a mistake. Unprofessional, no privacy, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing in the front and not holding up to what they advertise. Just don’t come here. Way better establishments.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 absolutely amazing service I don’t have insurance and I have been struggling to find a doctor. It was very fast service I was in and out the door pretty fast. Considering it was pretty late in the day the quality of the visit was very professional the closed a hour later lol I’m amazing usually later in the day the team gets tired but not this one hard as a rock locked in I think the gentleman’s name was Kumar. He is the absolute best. Not only that the prices are so reasonable. I have never had a dentist recommend me braces, and this one did which really puts it into perspective on how much they care and how much they’re willing to inform their clients properly. If you’re looking to go to a dentist and you don’t have insurance stop looking this is the place you’re welcome. I just saved you a lot of time. And money! Get your teeth fixed before it’s too late!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. YU was a great. He explained every step of the work being done. I thought I was going to have to get a tooth extracted but he was able to save the tooth! Lulu helped ease my mind during the entire procedure. They both were amazing! I would definitely recommend Rewards dental!

Fantastic experience: This is by far my best dentist. I have had a variety of reasons to come here between cleanings and simple procedures. This most recent visit really solidified my reason to write a review. Dr. Yu and their assistants Natacha and Lulu were all incredibly wonderful and really put me at ease while having my dental procedure. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this place, the staff if friendly and the dentists are respectful. 5/5

Fantastic experience: I called to do a new patient appointment and consultation and they were able to get me in same day and do a cleaning. I had also had my wisdom teeth for about a year now and they had been causing pain so they got me in later on in the week to finally get rid of them as well. Very professional throughout the procedure and I got my chief complaints figured out, I would recommend them to anyone and will be going back for the foreseeable future.

I went to dentists before they said I need to get braces, it takes 2 years but dentist made me crowns for my broken teeth in one 1 week. All my family, my sisters, every one likes my teeth, all are surprised how my smile changed now. I and my husband recommend Rewards dental. Doctor does great job. Fantastic experience: I previously underwent a root canal treatment in my home country. Upon my current doctor's examination of the procedure, it was determined that the treatment was not done adequately, and an infection remained. I was concerned about the possibility of losing the tooth, but thanks to my Dr. Rudra expertise and skill, he successfully saved it, for which I am very grateful. Negative experience: Nice people, but painful experiences. Had a crown put on and the tooth under it was shaved so small the crown was poorly fitted, so my tooth snapped off within 6 months. Also, a neighboring tooth was damaged during the drilling and now I have a cavity. Spend money here only to need to spend more money to fix the problems they cause.

Dr. Kumar and his team assisted me right away, as well as explained the payment options they offered (which was very reasonable). Fast forward about a month and a half later, I have a fresh set of partials and I could not be any happier!!! Dr. Kumar met with me and explained the care and maintenance of my partials. He is a very caring person with his patients. I went to the Lakewood/Tacoma facility. All the staffs are also very helpful!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had some serious bad experiences with dentists. I feel the dentists I saw today was honest with me. All the staff are extremely nice helpful and friendly. There was minimal wait even while the office was experiencing technical problems with the computers. Overall it has been a great experience if not the best I have had in my lifetime.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth causing so much pain. I called day of and they gave me an appointment an hour later. The receptionists were super nice and welcoming, they also speak Spanish! the X-ray technician was nice as well. The procedure itself was less than ten minutes. My only “complaint” was that I was there for over two hours. However, not really a complaint because not only was I added last minute but the provider told me he is the only dentist there Saturday. Working in healthcare I can totally understand. I walked out feeling so much better and he saw me out the door. Thank you for your kindness and for the same day treatment. I have never had a better experience at a dentists office before.

Fantastic experience: i’ve grown up in lakewood and had multiple dentists. this one has been the most amazing to me! on my first cleaning appointment they’d educate me on what the tools were called and what they do. i just now finished getting my left side wisdom teeth removed like 20 minutes ago. i was scared and anxious about this appointment and thought that being awake would be a scary process, but the numbing and needles were a breeze (maybe because im used to needles with my tattoos). i’m also able to talk right now but now im off to the recovering process :) thank you to Dr. Rudra and everyone else at the Tacoma-Lakewood office, everyone is great!

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist i have encounter. It was nothing nothing but trmendous pain. For hours. I feel this dentist purposely took long to inflict pain and did a horrible job on my 3500 dollar crown abd bridge. Purposely did a poor job so that i come back in pain to have it fix. The dental assistant even commented on why the dentist shaved my tooth so small. The dentist has purposrly ruin two good teeth to fit the bridge. Probably so i would have to come back to fix it. Stay away. Trust me. Captain p. Cho
