Fantastic experience: For the last few years I have struggled with sensory over load when it comes to the dental office. I have gone in for my routine check ups yearly and each visit with One Dental I was able to over come my fears of texture and taste. I have gotten to meet several of the staff members as they helped me with my appointments. At my last check up the dentist stressed the urgency of getting the cavities taken care of. I was doing my best to be brave knowing deep down I was scared. One week later I had my treatment completed by Dr. Julia and Jenn. It was the best experience I have had and I am looking forward to continuing my care with ONE DENTAL! THIS TEAM ROCKS!!

Fantastic experience: I am not usually someone who writes Google reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to. I can honestly say that I recommend this place more than almost any business I have ever experienced in my life. A little background. During my time in the military, my experiences with dental care were extremely difficult. There were multiple procedures that resulted in some of the most excruciating pain I have ever felt. Because of that, I developed severe dental anxiety that stayed with me long after my military service ended. Once I got out, I avoided the dentist at all costs. The only times I would go were during absolute emergencies. Even then, my anxiety would completely take over. My heart would race, I would flinch during procedures, and sometimes I would cancel appointments entirely because the fear was overwhelming. My teeth were never in terrible shape, but there was definitely work that needed to be done. They looked fine overall, and while there was some staining from smoking years ago, I was never embarrassed to smile. Still, I knew I had been putting off important dental work for far too long. Last week, one of my crowns fell off, and honestly, my heart sank. I already knew what it meant: I was going to have to go back to the dentist. I left work early and started making phone calls. From the very first conversation with this office, they immediately recognized and understood the level of anxiety I was dealing with. There was no judgment, no dismissal, just kindness and understanding. Not only were they able to get me in the very same day for exams and X-rays, but they also scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next week and assured me they could take care of everything at once which included a few other issues with my teeth (root canals, fillings, etc.). That appointment was yesterday, and I can say without exaggeration that it was the least stressful and best dental experience of my entire life. I chose to go the general anesthesia route because of my anxiety, and from start to finish, the staff made me feel completely safe and cared for. The anesthesiologist was professional, reassuring, and incredibly kind. Every single person in that office treated me with patience, compassion, and genuine care. When I woke up after the procedure, I felt relief more than anything else. Relief that it was over. Relief that I had finally found a place where I did not feel terrified. Even just one day later, I can already tell how much better and healthier my teeth feel. What this office gave me was more than dental work. They gave me peace of mind. They gave me the ability to finally stop living in fear of going to the dentist. Words truly cannot describe the amount of relief and gratitude I feel knowing that I can now receive dental care without overwhelming stress and anxiety. I will recommend this office to every person I can, especially people who struggle with dental fear like I have for years. As long as they will have me, I will be a lifelong patient.

Fantastic experience: One of the beat dental places Ive been to super friendly and easy to get along with. They have help me out tremendously thank you for all the work I needed done. Look forward to my next cleaning .

Fantastic experience: Dr Webley is consistently a great communicator during appointments and on top of being incredibly knowledgeable, is very good at explaining any procedures. Every assistant and hygienist I've had has been fantastic but my recent visit with Ky was hands down the best I've ever had anywhere. The kindness, passion for the field, accommodating nature and phenomenal communication displayed from meeting me in the lobby to front desk check out was spectacular. The front desk and scheduling team are also well organized, great at answering questions and have phenomenal customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: Today I went in for my regular follow up cleaning, I was expecting to see my usual lady that’s been cleaning my teeth since I have moved to Washington. I was informed she know longer worked there and I instantly felt bummed… I was introduced to my new hygienist Sun who was amazing very thorough, explained and gently with the gums! Really happy with Sun and looking forward to going to my follow up in three months!

Fantastic experience: As always, an excellent experience with One Dental! They keep my smile healthy and bright, and they go over the top to notice and take care of the little details that other providers don’t take the time to address. For example, I had Invisalign done with my previous dentist and after the treatment I noticed my teeth didn’t seem quite as bright as before. I did not tell this to Dr. Moritis, because I thought it was just a fact of genetics. Dr. Moritis noticed that the previous doctor had left glue or residue from the buttons that hold the Invisalign on the teeth on my teeth! And that was what was causing the discoloration. She removed all the residue for me for free- and now my smile is bright again. I really appreciate the extra time and effort to make things right for me that this practice goes out of their way to do. Thank you, One Dental- I will be a patient for life!

Negative experience: You don’t want to go here. My daughter needed a deep cleaning, but has severe severe dental anxiety. The dentist that was examining her seemed to be at best arrogant and didn’t really want to understand her anxiety and concerns. He ended up refusing her treatment and sending her to another dentist. A very huge inconvenience to her. Also they demand payment before services rendered which should not have happened.

Positive experience: Really professional...kind and thoughtful...X-rays and lots of broken teeth. Today sucked in that the prices for things sucks. Insurance pays jack squit and it's a PPO... not their fault ..nice offices ...great staff. ILL BE DROPPING THOUSANDS

It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist, and they didn't belittle me or yell at me for it. They treated me with respect and kindness. Look forward to my continued care here. Update: I have been back a few times now and every time has been a wonderful experience. I don't dread going back and look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Last week I was my first appointment with Theresa being my dental assistant and Dr Botros completing my exam for a plan of care, I had Xrays and due to my dental condition they did a Cat Scan. They scheduled me for today for 3 teeth extractions and a bone graft with Dr Webley. So far my process has been very amazing. The care team is caring, compassionate and non judgmental. Theresa and Ty were the dental assistants who took care of me and they were angels. Thank you so much Dr Webley and Dr Botros as I continue my journey with you to repair, fix and hopefully one day be able to smile the way I have not been able to in years!

Fantastic experience: Not enough good can be said about this organization and dental team. It’s the ONLY dentist to goto. They are all truly amazing people that care about their work AND how you feel. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. 5 stars all the way! All rock stars here! Deb, Liz, Emily, Tana, and Dr Webley have been so good to me.

Negative experience: Was my birthday the day of appointment not one birthday wish or acknowledgment of the birthday as if it’s not in my file. One of your Dr’s/Dentist that you brought in earlier this year (Dr.Kelly) was my dentist since I was kid never not once missed my birthday or even my sisters; You guys mispronounced my name time and time again after correction, Instead of asking the patient they try to encourage you right then and there to sign your autograph on a paper with a date scheduled to fix the problem, not asking how anyone can or would pay, they assume you have payment under control with or without insurance. Overall bad experience, and lastly, I was very disappointed with the professionalism of the woman who cleaned my teeth because after incident it was like she TRIED to keep poking me and grabbing my lip extremely hard; been to the dentist my whole life not once was I ever put in a predicament like this at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious going into my extraction and crown, but Dr. Webley and his team made the entire experience feel safe, calm, and well-supported. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and handled both procedures with incredible care and precision. I also healed much faster than I expected, which I’m so grateful for. His staff is thorough, kind, and considerate from start to finish. Dr. Webley is truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: 2 crown preps and temps placed. 0 pain and temps fit perfect. 1/29/26 1 new crown installed, other not quite perfect so new impression taken for replacement crown. Looked pretty good to me but perfection attempted leads to perfection achieved. Thanks for the good work

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st visit at this dental office.The customer service was excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. My exam was very thorough and all of the employees were very knowledgeable and professional. They work together as a team. I was very, very impressed!!!

Fantastic experience: Usually I am freaked out about going to the dentist and try to avoid it. But the people at One Dental were so accommodating and took such care with me that I was really relieved. The hygienist was thorough but kind and Dr. Webley took personal interest in how best to make sure my teeth would have the best care. I really appreciated it .

Fantastic experience: I am thankful for Dr. Webley’s holistic specialty skills and attention to detail in my tooth extraction and bone graft. His admin and medical staff are kind, patient, dedicated and professional. It was intriguing to see progress of the graft at 1 & 3 weeks postop. I am sincerely thankful for this team. I will see them again for ceramic implant & tooth placement in about 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I've been in search of biological dentistry approach and was recently referred to Tana! What a great experience with so much new and wholistic ways to keep my teeth happy. I have had great success with natural health and listening to my body - so I wanted to have the same for dentistry. Most importantly, I felt like a person first - not just a mouth with $$ signs - and with support to understand my challenges and help me with my goals. Great technology - met with the explanations that help me understand all of my options. She understands my chemical sensitivities and how toxins and parasites affect overall health and teeth. The ozone treatment for my gums was awesome!! She is a great inspirer and educator - all obvious in my first visit. I have a new partner for dental health - yay! Update 1-20-26 Unfortunately my biological care provider has left One Dental. I will follow her at her next position as the same type of care is not offered by the other providers.

Fantastic experience: I contacted this location with concerns about severe tooth pain, and within an hour they were able to schedule an appointment to address my concerns. From my first interaction with the front desk staff, to the nurse who completed my X-rays, and finally the doctor, everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and showed genuine care for my needs. After the evaluation, it was determined that I needed four wisdom teeth extractions, and they were able to schedule the procedure for the very next day! The entire team provided outstanding care, demonstrating both expertise and compassion throughout the process. Once the sedation wore off, I experienced little to no pain, which truly speaks to the quality of care I received. As someone who was not previously a regular patient at this location, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, the reviews I had read were an accurate reflection of the exceptional service they provide. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and have confidently decided to make this my primary dental office. Thank you all again for the amazing hospitality and making this a comfortable experience for me!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional with a lot of resources to handle your dental needs. I recently had a root canal and crown and they are very good at deadening the work area. My last dentist just couldn’t seem to get the work area num enough without additional shots after waiting for it to get num. This is an art and a lot of dentists don’t do it very well. So kudos to One Dental. Also they have a lot of dentists and dental hygienists to get things done when you need it. Thank you One Dental.

I was very happy to find a dental office that has so much experience, and services in one office! And offers Holistic options! They take time to find out about you and your specific needs. I definitely made the right decision to call them! My Dental Hygienist, Krystlelyn, was so caring and gentle. Dr. Webley and dental assistant Kai were awesome! I was a little nervous getting a tooth pulled but they were very patient and took time and answered all my questions and helped me feel so relaxed.about the whole procedure. I feel so much better now that that tooth is gone! And it is healing perfectly! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Botros is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Because of moving, I have had to see two other dentists in the last year. Both of the other providers rushed me, barely looked at me, and generally made me feel uneasy, as I didn’t feel like they were hearing me. Dr. Botros, on the other hand, answered each one of my questions with genuine thoughtfulness and kindness. I never once felt like I was annoying her, asking too many questions, or like she was in a rush. I cannot recommend this office any more. The front desk and the techs I have encountered have been 10/10 too. As someone in the medical field, I often don’t have high hopes when I go in for my care, simply because I understand the system and the strains upon it, but this office surpassed my expectations and then some. It feels great to actually enjoy going to the doctor… let alone the dentist!

Negative experience: I have tried to give this place a shot since being bought out and seriously I have hit my breaking point. First red flag came when i agreed to ortho treatments well they don’t use Invisalign ( as advertised on the website) they use Dandy clear liners. When asked what issues I would like to work on I said my overbite and the spacing of my teeth DR. Webbly snapped at me they are just plastic liners they don’t do all that. He tells the tech what to put. After that I didn’t see a dentist again till I was “all done with treatment” fast forward to my last appointment. DR. Webbly is looking over my X-rays and ask me have we ever talked about ortho treatment??? Uh yea we went through the whole process he then goes oh everything looks perfect all good. Well then why are you asking if everything looks all good ? Mind you on the website they say the liners can correct over bites and spacing all they did was straighten my front teeth. Then after clearly not remembering we did Ortho he moves into talking about doing OZONE immunity booster shots. This is the dentist office why are we offering shots ? After my cleaning the hygienists asked if I want to do OZONE treatments in my gum I decline she says I am gonna do it you need it. I like her a lot and I know this is coming from her bosses to push this stuff. She tells me I need it she starts the treatment and immediately again I say you know I really don’t want to do this she says ok but let me just get your back teeth at least. She has the tool on my mouth so I don’t feel like fighting her I just let her do it. This amongst other things is why I now have to find a new dentist. I feel robbed at this point all they care about is pushing more and more things on you to make you pay more and more money. It’s not truly about your comfort and care anymore.

Fantastic experience: Everyone made me feel so comfortable, they explained everything that they were doing as they went along. Wish I would have found them years ago. I take a ferry to get here, great with working with my schedule.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with One Dental since September. I have a plan of restorative and restorative work in-progress. Today, I had root canal and 2 crowns, and was there for almost four hours. I’m pretty sure today’s appointment unlocked dental anxieties I didn’t know I had (and I’m an anxious patient). The whole team made sure I was good the whole time and made me feel less alone in my situation although I was seriously mortified. I’m grateful for their care and diligence in dealing with me and my big personality and big worries.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so nice and understanding about my apprehension. I have had 3 dental implants done, now I have started my clear aligner system. I couldn't do this work without everyone in my corner every visit.

Negative experience: called for simple exam and one tooth extraction and they said $1000.00 for one friggin tooth. they are out of their minds

Negative experience: ZERO STARS if I could!! This was the worst dental experience we’ve ever had. The dentist, in my opinion was shockingly rude and completely dismissive. My husband was in serious pain after his procedure, and instead of helping, the dentist literally walked out on him. The lack of professionalism we experienced and basic compassion was unbelievable. We experienced, terrible communication, the care was terrible, and the overall experience was a nightmare. I will never set foot in this office again.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my visit here. Everyone was really nice, explained things thoroughly, did an excellent job on my teeth cleaning and ozone therapy. I’ve found my new place and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to Kelly and the wonderful doctors, staff you guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: My visit went very well.. the staff was kind, caring and very patient. I’ve never experienced so compassionate responsiveness. I was transparent regarding my (phobia) apprehension about dental care and the team was prepared and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience: I’ve been here twice for teeth whitening and both were really pleasant experiences. The staff are so friendly and the flow of the place feels very professional. Ayana was my most recent hygienist and she was so sweet and gave very thoughtful responses to my questions. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was extremely detailed.

Fantastic experience: It takes a lot for me to leave a Google review, however this was a must. I am so grateful for Dr Frye and his team at One Dental for their exceptional work last month. I had never heard the term "biological dentistry" until a family member recently introduced me. After years of managing a very complex health condition, I'm finally embracing the value of a more holistic approach. I just wish I connected the dots between my oral health and my whole body health much sooner! After years of repetitive dental work and jaw pain, I consulted with Dr Frye in hope of determining the cause. I'm so glad I did because his imaging revealed an infected pocket that resulted from a previous root canal. The next day, Dr Stucki extracted that tooth in the Silverdale office. Their whole team is awesome! The tissue was clearly infected and it's crazy to think that my body has been fighting this hidden battle while also trying to heal from another serious condition for years. Our bodies are truly resilient, but it's so important to listen to your instincts when you know something is off. Thank you, Dr Frye and Team, this has made a huge impact already!

Positive experience: The care itself is fine for cleanings. However, the upselling for veneers and “deep cleaning” and “ozone” that is not a medical necessity, nor covered by my insurance, is ridiculous. The dentists have given me conflicting opinions as well. At one appointment I was told to not have my wisdom teeth taken out because the healing doesn’t go as well for those over 35. At the next appointment, the other dentist recommended having my wisdom teeth removed. I find muself debating if I should go somewhere else for my medical care. When I leave I feel like I’ve been to a used car lot.

Fantastic experience: Super nice crew here. I've had childhood trauma from a dentist and although nervous they never made me feel bad, checked on my comfort level and were very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I would give this office 100 stars if I could. EVERYONE IS SO KIND! I am terrified did the dentist and I needed so much work done. They supported me every step of the way. They will even go over treatment plans and will help find one the fits you best but also what you are able to afford. They are just the best. The office is hi tech and very nice, welcoming, and clean!! One Dental, I love you guys!!

Fantastic experience: I had called One Dental for extraction of a bothersome tooth that my re-treatment of root canal was just not allowing to heal. They got me in the next morning no questions asked. Sabrina, who I spoke to on the phone, was one of the nicest and most informative receptionists I’ve spoken to in regards to scheduling something for myself or others. The office itself was so nice and clean, and felt comfortable. Each room was separate without just dividers between, so it didn’t feel like you could just pop around a cabinet to see what else was going on. I appreciated the help I received and the assistant and dr asked me repeatedly if I was doing ok. I’ve been looking for a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with, and this felt like the best dental visit I’ve had, even considering the circumstances. The front desk ran over what insurance covered vs what was not, and I appreciated the honesty and up front pricing- no hidden agendas whatsoever. I’ll likely go back to them as my primary dentist going forward. If you have questions to financing, they’ll answer all the questions to that as well. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Tana was the provider who performed my deep cleaning today, and she was excellent. Her comforting presence helped ease my anxiety, and her skill and professionalism were clear throughout the appointment. I highly recommend One Dental—especially Tana—for anyone seeking quality, compassionate care.

Negative experience: Do not go here if you have dental anxiety, they will charge you at least $100 for them to monitor you as you go to sleep to get your services done. So not only do I already feel bad that I have dental anxiety as an adult, I am now being punished financially for trying to be comfortable and protect the individuals of the office as I get work done on my teeth. I will have to find a different dental office. So disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth pulled today. They took very well care of me. I always like how they send me appointment reminders and the staff is always friendly. I really like this place!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is kind, personable, and professional. They answer all my questions, ask me how I'm doing throughout the procedure, and treat me with kindness and respect. I was even 13 minutes late for an appointment and was not made to reschedule or given the cold shoulder (which actually happened to me at another dental practice). They are flexible and accommodating about rescheduling. I always feel valued and at ease there. I highly recommend this dentist office and Dr. Julia. It's truly the best dental clinic I've ever been to!

Fantastic experience: First im just gonna say I'm a NEW patient and I'm already hooked on this place. It started with their coordinator Elliot who was amazing from the jump. Communicated everything, made sure I was doing ok and wasn't in any pain. Managed to get me scheduale on time/day that worked for me. When I went in for my apt I was already admittedly nervous with seeing a new dentist in a new environment. Elliot was there to checked me in. even remembered me when I gave them my name. My hygienist Tara absolutely sweet! Again making sure I wasn't in any discomfort during my xrays. even when it came time for my first cleaning.. yup same day. Im used to getting lidocaine and there's always that pinch n after taste..uhh yeah I didn't feel a thing..STEADY hands I was amazed I was expecting something that never came. I told her then and there you're my hygienist. Even told me alternatives to use when it comes to keeping my mouth clean that are cheaper and do the same thing than the standard products. Dr. Botros came in. Very attentive asked if they're was anything specific I wanted her to look at that might be bugging me went over everything. Even said she could get the tooth fixed that other dentists said I needed a SPECIALIST for.. which my insurance woulda just loved to wanna charge me for "speacial". Then Dr. Frye came in and said hi because we had the same name . Said he would be back in a min for my exam and when Tara told him Botros already did it and i swear he was disappointed . HE WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF ME! I mean that's what doctors do. I've never experianced that! In any medical field. It's usually fix this, this and this k see you next time, get out (in a nicer way). Then Deb at the counter who to my surprise was there during the exam. took the doctors notes and built the treatment plan around what was priority and got me schedualed. Over all this place is great! I wish I went here first instead of the other tacoma dentist that i was with for 6 years that now no longer wants to see me. EVERYBODY here are attentive, caring, skilled..I can't even think of enough positive words. I just had my first appointment and I'm not going anywhere else. Sorry guys your stuck with me

Fantastic experience: I am highly satisfied with One Dental. I have had many procedures done in the last year. I am happy with Dr Julia and also dental assistant BaLinda. I am waiting on permanent front crowns (6). I had my permanent crowns put on today. Far right picture is today. Very happy with the whole process.

Positive experience: I have severe anxiety with the dentist. Everyone at One Dental has been a great help in showing patience with me and thoroughly explaining the processes and plan of action. Dr. Webley was very understanding when it came to me explaining that I get panic attacks during dental sessions and talked about all of their conscious sedation options with me before hand. Great experience with them even through all of my anxiety, I’m grateful for everyone’s patience and kindness with me.

Positive experience: I can’t say enough about the front desk staff. Sabrina and the others have been great and have gone above and beyond. Jen, who has examined and cleaned my teeth has listened, been very respectful and is an absolute joy. I had the pleasure of having Botros (not sure of exact title - DDS?) working with me and called me back quickly when I had a question/information. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist yet the above staff members at One Dental Tacoma relaxes me and make me feel as if they care. I highly recommend them! I rarely post reviews.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, beautiful and modern facility, advanced technology. I had the best deep teeth clean of my life and I’m happy to be starting my ortho journey with them. My teeth are glowing from my whitening sessions too! Do recommend! Fantastic experience: Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Still not having any discomfort. Yay!!!. I have had a couple different procedures done in the past couple of weeks and no complaintsor discomfort. Transitioning from from Dr Macks has not been easy for me but I am feeling better and better each visit. The staff are great and I like how we'll they support each other and the awesome friendliness and care they demonstrate to help you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Love the diversity!!!

Positive experience: The procedure was so easy and less painful then I expected. I’m only giving 4 and not 5 stars because when I got home I noticed some of the chemicals they used got on my shirt and made a small bleach like stain. Otherwise if you have dental anxiety I strongly recommend this dentist. The nurse who did the numbing was so good I barely felt anything at all. And the assistant was so nice and helpful and caring. Great dentist.

Everyone in their office was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer my questions and explain treatment options. I also ended up paying $300 for treatment that another office quoted me $2,600 for. Affordable, fair, and competent.

Fantastic experience: Their office and exam rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. My hygienist frequently asked me if I was doing ok and was super nice. My dentist was also very nice and explained everything and I didn't feel rushed asking questions. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have a special spot for the staff at One Dental. I came to them with fear and anxiety, but each member of the team took time to listen and learn where that came from.. I have had the misfortune of a broken tooth, the need for multiple cleanings and a crown however I felt cared for, heard and understood the entire way! I have a better understanding of how important overall mouth hygiene can be! Patient care and good customer service will keep me coming back!
