Fantastic experience: I arrived for my appointment and was taken back almost before I got a chance to sit down. Dr. Olga and Holly saw me and worked on my teeth today. They were both friendly yet professional. Holly explained everything she was doing as she cleaned my teeth and made sure I was doing okay multiple times. I didn't spend much time with Dr. Olga today because my teeth were in good shape. She did check-in with Holly throughout the cleaning and asked her to give me an antibiotic treatment for my gums and then a fluoride treatment. I'm also doing CandidPro clear aligners and have 10 weeks left, so we discussed some refinements that will be needed on two really stubborn teeth. All in all, a great visit!

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for Dr. Olga. She was able to get me in sooner and get my tooth fixed. I was given options of what I would like to do. She is very comforting for anyone that is nervous seeing the dentist.

Fantastic experience: This has truly been my best experience at any dentist office I have ever been to. I was pleased from the moment I walked through the front door. The receptionist was very attentive and professional. The lobby was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. Every staff member I came in contact seem to go above and beyond and to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Both the dentist and the hygienist did a fabulous job they made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail didn’t make me feel rushed and she got my teeth extra clean because I had a horrible experience From a previous dentist and have a little anxiety when it comes to dentists. I am so glad that I have found them and Genuinely appreciate the fabulous customer service And all of the extra touches that I felt were given by everyone there.

Negative experience: This is a difficult review to write because, until recently, my experience with Dr. Petrie and the clinical staff had been consistently excellent. The dentists and hygienists are skilled, patient, and always have top notch equipment. I had been a loyal patient for years and trusted this office, until my recent interactions with Barbara. Barbara single-handedly destroyed my confidence in this practice’s billing and administrative integrity. This issue has affected not only me, but also my mom and my partner. At every appointment, I am very clear about one thing: I ask, face-to-face, what I am required to pay out of pocket. On multiple occasions, I was explicitly told—while standing at the front desk and even after receiving printed receipts—that I owed nothing, as my insurance fully covered the services. I am proactive about understanding my insurance limits and rely on the information provided by the office to make informed decisions. Despite this, I later received a bill for over $1,000, claiming it was my copay. When I called to question this, Barbara stated that I had exceeded my insurance maximum. If that were true, there is absolutely no excuse for failing to inform me before or during the appointmen, especially when I directly asked. To make matters worse, Barbara then claimed I had signed a document acknowledging these charges in advance. This is false. I requested that this document be emailed to me immediately. It was never sent, even after more than a month of waiting. That alone raises serious concerns about honesty and accountability. After that, I received yet another message stating that the amount was being reduced to approximately $500+ because she had “looked further into” my previous insurance. So which is it? Either the charges were valid and properly disclosed, or they were not. This constant backtracking is unacceptable. You cannot tell a patient to their face that they owe nothing, provide printed confirmation of that, later claim there is a signed agreement that does not exist, bill them over $1,000, and then casually revise the amount after the fact. That is not a minor error—it is poor mismanagement. Barbara repeatedly says one thing, then responds with “I don’t know” when confronted about clear discrepancies. That level of incompetence and inconsistency is alarming, especially when dealing with patients’ finances. Unless the administrative side of this office is addressed immediately, I cannot recommend this place confidently which sucks—despite the excellent work of the dental professionals themselves.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars, I would. Foe someone who's struggled with anxiety that can be associated with dental work beyond annual cleaning and the occasional cavity, I want to assure anyone who's reading this review that Dr Petrie and his wonderful team will go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. With each visit came less and less anxiety, and I switched to being able to see the outcome of my individual plan. I smile bigger and brighter than I have in years! I love them and you will too!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Petrie and his excellent staff go above and beyond. I had severe tooth pain while traveling and Dr. Petrie arranged to see me immediately upon my return and texted me with an over-the-counter protocol to keep the pain at bay. I feel confident that my needed root canal will go well in Dr. Petrie’s practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Petrie is an amazing dentist with a huge heart and a love for people. He has been my dentist for a very long time and no matter what the circumstance he’s always positive. He takes care of his clients, he’s gentle with his clients, he makes his clients feel wanted and needed, and he gives nothing but the best care to each and every person that walks through those doors. Fantastic experience: Today was a teeth cleaning day. It's always a good experience and I love my hygienist. Dr. Petrie gave me a thumbs up on my exam. I'll see you all in 4 months. Oh, and my implant is awesome! I got my implant post today. Dr. Petrie and team were awesome. The procedure went so smoothly and they make you feel so at ease and relaxed. Thank you! Today was the day of the torque test on my post. My unwavering trust in Dr. Petrie and crew is still in tact. The post is solid, spacer is in place and in 2 weeks, get that tooth made. Almost there!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Olga worked with me to save as many teeth as possible. She is well equipped and not afraid of challenging issue. At the same time prioritizing the most urgent one. Staff is always nice and friendly, they call you by name.

Negative experience: I regret having to write this review after having almost 10 years of great service here. Unfortunately, due to the actions of office staff, not the providers, I have chosen to leave taking my wife, son, and mother with me. After issues regarding feelings of being disrespected, and billing, the office staff including the office manager placed all blame on the us, the customers and patients. There was zero acceptance or accountability of office staff for even the possibility of a miscommunication or misunderstanding. It seems that the office staff's policy is that no matter what, it is always the patients problem/issue. When verbal requests were made to speak with the Dr. and/or obtain statement balances, the office manager "Jamie" told us "You can't just come in here and make demands.". Even the billing staff member "Barbara" told us that "It's our word against your word." regarding an office interaction. Dr. Petrie and his treatment staff are amazing, but I can no longer recommend this business due to the actions of the current office staff. I would highly advise anyone looking for a new dentist to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited this clinic with my teenage daughter for a clear aligner consultation, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Petrie is a young doctor who is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. The clinic itself is very clean, welcoming, and beautifully designed—great taste, which is important to me. We truly felt welcomed, like visiting a friend. Everything about the CandidPro aligners was explained clearly and thoroughly. The assistant did a digital scan of my daughter’s teeth, creating a 3D image, and took photos to prepare her treatment. We’re excited to come back next week to receive her aligners. Highly recommend this clinic!

Positive experience: This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They are patient and very thoughtful. As far as the dentist, the hygienist and everybody else in the office with the exception of the receptionist who can be quite hurtful and rude. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Petrie. He is an excellent dentist, particularly skilled in cosmetic dentistry. He significantly improved my smile by replacing poorly done crowns from a previous dentist. Fantastic experience: Update: I had my first procedure today, it was a root canal, and this was some of the most intense pain I've felt, this was all my fault due to me letting that cavity just build up on the nerve. Although it was hell, Dr.petrie and his assistant warned me every time it was going to hurt so I could brace. I know it sounds bad, but after everything there is no one else I'd rather go to. Yes it hurts, but again it was my fault and he did his best to make sure I can brace myself for it. This dentist is def top notch.

That is made and placed right there in the office for good. Don't take my word for it if you need a dentist and give them a chance to help. Fantastic experience: Dr Petrie, has to be one of the best and kindest dentist ever. All the staff is nice, friendly and very professional. As much as I hate going to the dentist, Dr Petrie's entire office makes it very relaxing and comforting.

Negative experience: A regular patient for many years, I didn't make a new appointment straight away and now the nearest appointment is five months out. Also the dentist himself only works two days a week, further complicating scheduling. After 12+ months of wearing them, my aligners moved my teeth to the wrong places, requiring an extra six months of aligners, after which I think the same thing has happened again - but appointments with the dentist are not easily made so I'll have to wait a long time to find out.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff is so wonderful! I was very nervous about choosing a dentist for my child, but I feel I made the perfect choice! They are so kind , gentle and patient with kids. And they really understand how to make it a fun experience. My child and I have been their patient for over 2 years now, and I thoroughly enjoy their services and professionalism. Marth and Dr. Olga, and the other hygienist whose name i didn't get , were absolutely wonderful today!

I broke a tooth yesterday and they took great care of me. Lisa up front getting me scheduled in, Olga and Kaelah doing an amazing job to not only get things done smoothly and efficient but got me out of there in time to pick up the kids from school! Yesterday, Jackie the dental hygienist, did a "deep clean" yep... that's scaling and root planing under my gums and I fell asleep. Fantastic experience: This is the first review I’ve ever given and I’m doing it because I really do love this dentist! Petrie is the first dentist I went to since moving to Washington and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The staff is very nice and Dr. Petrie is likable and skilled. They’re really good about being informative and thorough and I always have fun conversations when I’m there. The office itself hardly feels like a dentist office, it isn’t shockingly sterile and white tiled like in a nightmare. It’s pretty cozy. I have never had an issue with making appointments, insurance, bills or anything like that. I had two cavities filled by Dr. Petrie, which sounded a bit scary to me at first, but him and his assistants really made it a comfortable experience and asked how I was during the filling and listened to any feedback. Petrie Advanced is also LGBTQ+ friendly! I really cannot find a negative to going here. I mean, they have over 600 five star reviews for a reason.

Fantastic experience: I never write reviews and I’m actually taking the time out of my day to do this because this dentist office is something I’ve never experienced before. The reviews are high for a reason, they are not exaggerated, this place is amazing. Dr. Petrie was professional but very friendly, he gave me a knowledgeable and well communicated second opinion and performed a same day procedure despite this being a first time visit for a second opinion. Not to mention how quickly I was scheduled in thanks to their efficient and helpful front staff, who answered every question I had in great detail. He and his hygienist were so friendly and funny and made the entire experience enjoyable and helped calm my very real nerves/anxiety associated with dentists visits. I cannot even begin to describe the procedure - never in a million years would I call dental procedures pleasant, but this was pleasant (even though I was still tense with anxiety given past experiences elsewhere). I didn’t feel the needle when he injected me with numbing agent which I’ve never experienced before. And my filling correction was the most efficient pain free thing I’ve ever experienced at the dentist. They worked flawlessly as a team. Even after the numbing agent wore off he warned I may be a little sore and I can honestly say this is the only time in my life that I am not sore from a dental procedure. My mouth feels completely back to normal and I’ve almost forgotten that I even had a procedure. This is the first dentist office that genuinely makes me want to come in regularly for my dental checkups. They clearly love their career, put in a lot of effort to be up to date on changes within the field to provide the best possible care, and care deeply about the patient experience, comfort, and education. Every single person I experienced in that office was so friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely so happy to be there. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I could, this office has shown me dentist visits do not have to be traumatic.

Fantastic experience: I picked this office based on the Google rating after going to a couple other places and leaving after bad experiences. I assure you that the ratings are accurate. From the ease in parking, to the quick handling of my check in, and being seen fast as well, to the staff taking the time to talk to me and make me feel welcomed and the doctor making sure to take the extra time to address my concerns and walk me thru a treatment plan, I have to say they lived up to the rating that they have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist that cares.

There are beverages offered in the waiting area along with a calming water wall. Both my husband and myself enjoy going to see Dr. Petrie. I had one of the nicest dental hygienists today who made the whole experience feel like hanging with a friend. I can’t recommend this office enough!

He’s so knowledgeable, gentle, understanding, and honestly hilarious. The assistants and staff are so welcoming and genuinely make me feel cared for. The office is cozy and clean, and they’re always at the top of their game with new technologies and modern advancements. I am truly excited and I look forward to each visit, and my smile has never looked and felt so good! I dread a day I have to go elsewhere. This place is an absolute gem!

Today when I had my regular cleaning, Dr. Petrie noticed I was scheduled to come back in a couple weeks to repair a chipped tooth. Fantastic experience: When I first walked into Petrie Advanced Dental it was 1:30. I didn't know they took lunch from one until two. My husband and I took a seat in the waiting room. There was a feeling and aroma in there that instantly relaxed us. Then a young lady came out and said they were at lunch but to make ourselves comfortable in the waiting room. That My husband made a coffee and I helped myself to a cold bottle of water. The atmosphere in there is amazing. Then a gentleman comes out and asked if we were alright and assured us we would be seen soon. The hospitality in this office is amazing. Once I was called to the back I met one of the nicest dental assistants I have ever met. She was very kind and professional. She explained everything she was doing and kept me relaxed and happily laughing at the same time. I have a fear of dentist every time I go to one. But not here, by the time the Dentist came in I was so relaxed. Had total trust in them. Now the Dentist is awesome! She is so thorough. She covers all bases and definitely has the patients best interest as her number one concern. I have never had a more pleasant dental experience in my life. When it was time to go the receptionist there are wonderful. They make you look forward to going back. To top it off they do top tier dental work that's also affordable. I switched to Dr. Petrie’s office a couple of years ago because of the excellent reviews and their proximity to my house. I’ve never been disappointed. Dr. Petrie, his assistants and hygienists, and his front desk staff have taken excellent care of me. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled in their craft, they take full advantage of the latest technologies in dental care, and they care about their patients as individuals. Since my first visit, they’ve remembered my name as well as my dental, and even personal history, at every visit. They always clearly explain all of my options so I understand them well and they recommend the most effective affordable procedures before more expensive options. I never feel like I’m being upsold or taken advantage of for unnecessary procedures, and the front desk staff is always helpful in taking the best advantage of my insurance coverage. I’m very glad I became a patient at Dr Petrie’s office. I intend to remain a patient for as long as I live in the area and would even travel to remain one if I no longer lived nearby. Fantastic experience: Last week, I went to Petrie Advanced Dental to get my dental health back on track. Because of changing insurance and moving, I neglected my dental health for several years. I saw Dr. Olga and her dental assistant Gosia. They took X-rays, including a panoramic X-ray, and examined my teeth. They even used a device which created an digital model of my teeth! This is definitely a top of the line dental office! We discussed a path forward to clean my teeth, replace my missing molar, and even straighten my teeth. They were so nice and explained everything in terms I could understand. Everyone there, including the front desk folks, we so wonderful to me. I left Petrie Advanced Dentist with a plan to get my smile back and better than ever! I'll keep posting as I continue my journey!
