Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience here today. At first I was a little uneasy because I'd been with my previous dentist several years. But everyone there was cheerful friendly made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend everybody go there. They are very attentive to your needs and listen to your concerns. Wonderful people. If you ever want Dentures that actually look like your real teeth look no further. Se Won An D.D.S.is so completely unbelievable. He's a perfectionist. Every single detail matters to him and he enjoys doing what he does he makes it fun. I still can't believe how good my dentures look it's like I'm not even wearing any. The whole staff they're completely wonderful. I give all of them 10⭐plus ratings. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I have a ways to go before everything is fixed but im so grateful to have found a dentist who cares about his patients and does such high quality work!! The office is gorgeous, clean and so welcoming! Negative experience: Good reviews for Dr. Gilge are irrelevant as he retired. New owner, Dr. An attempts to silence negative reviews and complaints for work not up to expectations with liability waiver and non-disclosure agreement to secure refund of copayment while said release appears to avoid refunding insurance portion or even informing insurance a refund of copayment was made. Absolutely horrible experience at this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I was a “New Patient” visit. Teresa from office manager, SAVED THE DAY!! For me my insurance as congress to being exhausted and she was able to get me scheduled for a cleaning! All the staff Felicia was awesome and the dental hygienist did an AMAZING JOB when I say this fetal hygienist is the truth!! I have anxiety and when it came to polishing and cleaning my teeth. She was someone that I would love to CLONE!!! The Doctor Won was straight forward and honest with me during my visit. I totally would recommend Solutions Dental to family and friends. Negative experience: I was greeted by a friendly person holding her grandchild behind the counter. I was taken back to the room to have my teeth cleaned. I was told that needed x-ray. It took 35minutes to get the x-rays done and then someone else came into the room and did half of them over again and in 5 minutes. Then the dentist came in and cleaned my teeth. My appointment was an hour and a half. I have had my teeth cleaned and full x-rays in half the time. This was one of the worst experiences in a dentist’s office in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist out of all of the dentists I have ever visited. 100% recommended. Extremely friendly environment, they did a through comprehensive evaluation and showed me what different areas needed work. Just to give me peace of mind and let me understand what was going on. They very quickly formulated a payment plan for all the treatments I would need and made it extremely affordable for me since I did not have insurance. To top things off they suggested a very affordable insurance company that will (in the future) cover most if not all of the process. Now I’m currently insured. I’ve got nothing but good remarks for everything from their amazing customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, professionalism and speed at which they carefully and throughly took care of everything.

Fantastic experience: My tooth broke Christmas Day, of course! I tried calling my own dentist starting Monday morning and called through Thursday morning. The phone only rang and was never answered with a person or a machine. Also, on Monday I checked my dentist's website and was able to send a message to her that way. My poor tongue was hurting so badly that I even drove to her office to see if there was a note on the door. Nope, there wasn't. Finally, Wednesday night, a lady from my Bible Study gave me her dentist's info. She said he was a wonderful Christian who never did more that necessary and was very fair with costs. I called Dr Gilge's office Thursday morning after calling my dentist one more time with no answer. Praise the Lord! They said they could see me Friday afternoon! My tooth was very sharp and, as everyone knows, my tongue wouldn't leave it alone. Dr Gilge looked at the X-rays & checked my tooth. Since my tooth wasn't hurting me other than a bit of sensitivity, he said that the root looked good on X-rays so he would only recommend a crown, no root canal. He filed the sharpness from the tooth, and I made an appointment to come back and start the crown process in a couple of weeks. Side note: I showed him the mouth guard that I wear at night and was wearing in the day to keep my tongue from being shredded. Dr Gilge filed the rough, worn surfaces of the mouth guard and buffed it up nicely. Also, I received a call from the office manager at my dentist on Monday, January 2nd. She had received my message from the website. I explained that I tried repeatedly to call the office and even drove there with no luck. She said that the machine was on and working, and she had 15 messages on it. Regardless, I never got through to leave a message. I wasn't looking for a new dentist. I was looking for a dentist who would fix my broken tooth.

Fantastic experience: I have had bad experiences with other dentist and anxiety with injections and not so great services over the years . However the whole staff here made each of my visits very comfortable along with detailed explanations on everything they were doing and a plan for future treatments.I will be taking my kids here along with recommending them to anyone that is looking for great services.

Negative experience: I would not recommended, This time Doctor messed up my teeth, knowing that I could not afford anything out of my pocket other than what the insurance covers. He went ahead and prep. my tooth to where I believed he’d actually planned ahead of time, pretty much forcing me to get a crown or loose a tooth. Doctor grind my tooth down without letting me know what he was going to do, except I’m going to fix the problem and I’d lost more than half of my tooth. Doc went ahead and did an unauthorized treatment in order to manipulate me to getting for higher cost treatment, which I couldn’t afford and he knew that from the start. When I went in, my sensitive tooth was at a level one or maybe one and a half max. I was able to eat anything but now my sensitive tooth is at 10 where I could no longer chew anything on my right side not even taking a bite of a sandwich, it’s that sensitive. It’s been a week and the pain is causing nerve damage, since I have excruciating pain, unbearable pain, pain you can’t tolerate ,this problem has caused me a lot of stress and depression. Since I haven’t been able to eat I have already lost almost 10lbs due to not able to eat or chew food . This problem must be fixed immediately before any further health issues arise.

Fantastic experience: I recently noticed a cracking and pain on one of my front teeth. I managed to get an appointment with Solutions in less than 48 hours after calling in, and my tooth was repaired and free from pain in less than an hour. The dental team was very conscientious about making sure I was not experiencing any pain during the procedure, and very thorough about explaining what may have caused the damage and how they were going about treatment. They also gave me specific measures for preventing future such damage. It was one of the smoothest and most comfortable dental experiences I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy to be your new patients here. On my first visit, I had an X-ray and was asked to go back the following week to see the doctor. They can't do teeth cleaning for me because the other lady wants me to see the doctor before they do that. I'm not disappointed at all, I just wish I could still do the cleaning part since I needed that. After 3 days of my first checkup there, I had to go to another dentist because my tooth was broken and needed to be removed. But the dentist I went to for an emergency dental didn't make any follow-up appointments after they pulled my molar tooth (extraction). luckily I keep my appointment to make sure I get check next week the 16th and hopefully they can help me with my teeth. Since my first molar was extracted today by another dentist, I hope that Solution Dental can help me avoid shifting teeth without costing me alot of money and trying to avoid dental implant as much as possible. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their teeth cleaned or anything, they are very friendly and polite in person and on the phone. so far they're the best for me and my husband

The best part is they have an in-house crown maker. They had an opening and I was able to get a new crown the same day I went for a cleaning. Kevin is one of the best dentists I have ever gone to and I am 75.

Fantastic experience: I asked my co-workers if they had any recommendations for a dentist. This office came highly recommended. My first visit was a through exam of my teeth. I was embarrassed to admit over 10 years had gone by since I had any dental work done. I was treated very well and had every concern explained to me in detail (complete with photos and x-rays). Fantastic experience: After visiting another dental office I was told I needed a root canal and that root canal was not going to be covered with my insurance so it was going to cost me a little over $3,000 to have a root canal and Crown work done, I was asking for recommendations from Friends and one of my great friends recommended I try Solutions Dental I've lived in Tacoma my whole life, and I never heard of this place. I went in for a consultation with the dentist there and after they did x-rays the dentist looked at it and said it did not need a root canal and fixed it for a very reasonable price. This place is amazing they have a great mission and I highly recommend it. And let's talk about the pain there was none I would give them a ten star but there's only five to give I highly recommend if you need dental work done give them a try.
