Fantastic experience: I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and get my care here at Bella Smiles. Jessica and Jade are so amazing and easy to work with up front. They always ask me how my day is going and are extremely helpful with scheduling. My MVP there is Dr. Chein, he is always calm and explanative during all of my procedures. He is so kind and empathetic, especially with pain. I had Q today and she was super sweet and kind also. All of the assistants are amazing. I love these guys. If you are a veteran and considering a home they get a 5 ⭐️ rating from me. Navigating the VA system can be so hard but Bella Smiles has helped me understand the process and I always look forward to my appointments. I have historically hated the dentist but they have definitely made it easier to enjoy my visits. Thank You Bella Smiles!!

Fantastic experience: We found our family dentist. Dr Chiend, does a great job for my husband and me. Dr Himashu, gave me a great explanation about my daughter treatment. Dr Keyvan, he so professional every time he checks on my daughter’s braces. Jade and Jessica at the front desk and the entire team always friendly and make me feel comfortable. The office is very clean and modern, I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love Bella Smiles dentistry so much! I still have anxiety going into the dentist, but it’s amazing how nice it is to have a team that puts me at ease, asks a lot of questions, and never comes at me with judgement or irritation! My dental hygienist today, Q, was so fun and relaxed and set me at ease with fun conversation with the dentist and me through my whole appointment. 45 minutes that can otherwise be anxiety inducing flew by!

Negative experience: I came here years ago for dental work and years later I’m still literally paying for the failures of their work. I had 2 root canals done on the same molar opposite sides, both root canals have failed resulting in me having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to an endodontist to redo their work. They offer no help, no reduction in cost. Nothing. Even though my dual insurances and myself gave them thousands of dollars.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dentistry office. I just had my final appointment, two crowns, one filling and a new partial denture. All procedures were well done by Dr. Chien assisted by Lexie! Excellent support by other technicians and Office staff Jessica, and Heather. I am due back in six months for a cleaning and I am looking forward to it. I had no recommendations to go by when I arranged for my appointment at this office. I just drove by and decided I’d stop in and check it out. I am quite fortunate that this worked out well for me as I am new to the state of Washington. Try it, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Had appt today with Dr. Chien to fix a chipped tooth right in front! I couldn't imagine he could fix it with just a filling! Fantastic experience: I love my dental team; Angela inspects my teeth and gums and removing plaque. Heather applying mint flavored toothpaste, brushes and flosses my teeth. Dr. Chen evaluates and follows up on the health of teeth. Overall my team is professional at all times, always asking if anything is sensitive or pain in my teeth, and advising me proper care of any rough areas with my teeth; for example, I had plaque build up in two areas of my teeth I was not aware of, now I know to watch those areas and give the more attention when flossing and brushing my teeth. I’ve been going to BellaSmiles for 4 years, not just because they are friendly, but because they have earned my trust with my oral healthcare.

Fantastic experience: I love BellaSmiles. Going to the dentist I think most can agree on, is not fun. Every time I go in for an appointment, from a cleaning to even bigger procedures, I feel safe and taken care of. I trust my doctor and his team to make sure everything goes smoothly, which it always does. Sometimes, yes I’m sore and in pain briefly because it just goes with the territory of the dentist, but they do their job while caring for my needs, which is the importantly part. Heather was my tech the other day. She made sure I had a pillow for my knees and lip balm for my lips. She thought of it all. Both her and the doctor kept me relaxed and informed. They were so funny to listen to while I was out of it, but I could hear their small banter and chit chat. It was a kick to listen to. Having fun while doing a good job is a great thing! The music is always spot on. The front desk gals are always welcoming and helpful with any payment or insurance questions and I love that they have more evening appts because I work 8-5. As far as results are concerned, I had a chip at the top of my tooth, by the gum line, and they fixed it and you could not tell that it was ever there. Magic! I love BellaSmiles all around and highly recommend them for you, your family, and your friends! <3

Always very professional and friendly, and willing to spend a little extra time with patients like me, who get a bit anxious in the dentist chair! I've been to countless clinics but this is by far one of the best! (One small thing: It would be great to have the massaging feature available in all the chairs, not just the ones for procedures. That helps some patients relax more.)

Fantastic experience: This office is truly the best! I went in for a routine cleaning and ended up needing a filling the following week. I let them know that I tend to get very anxious about dental work due to some bad experiences in the past. They didn’t hesitate to offer nitrous oxide, which I’ve never tried before (and I’ve had two root canals and multiple fillings!). At my second appointment, I was treated by Anita and Dr. Chien, and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease — even though I was incredibly nervous. It was such a positive experience that it genuinely feels like I’ve conquered my fear of going to the dentist. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years, and this place is wonderful! I get my regular checkups and cleaning, as well as completed Invisalign. My kids also transitioned to BellSmiles when they aged out of their pediatric dentist. Everyone is kind, professional, and thoroughly answers any and all of my questions.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chien and his dentist assistant Q were AMAZING! I had a previous traumatizing experience when I had my wisdom teeth taken out in a different state. Dr. Chien and Q explained every step of what they were doing during my cavity filling. I was at ease from start to finish, allowing me to wear headphones and sunglasses throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend this practice to anyone that has severe dental anxiety like I do. I cannot recommend them enough. Every staff member I have interacted with has been so kind and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful day at the dentist today. The receptionist, Jessica, greeted me with a smile and got me checked in right away. I started to play a game on my phone and before I could finish, Angela was calling my name for my appointment. Wow!! Things were really moving on time. I had severe dental anxiety after another office hit the nerve in my jaw during numbing many years ago. I informed them of this at my first appointment, many years ago, and was met with a kindness and understanding that was so different than other Dentists I have tried in the past. Dr Chein has always managed to work around my discomfort with such grace that, at my appointment today I realized I was completely at ease! I don’t even feel his injections due to his technique. I’m so comfortable in his chair that the panic that used to take over wasn’t present AT ALL. He has never pressured me into treatments I didn’t think we’re necessary, I’ve never had any complications with the treatments he has done. I feel very cared for by their approach and will never go anywhere without else!

Fantastic experience: Going back to my dentist to fix a cavity today. Kinda looking forward to going because they always make you feel good. From the time Jade checks you in to getting a shot that literally doesn’t hurt even on the numbing shot. I told Dr. Chin he should share how he does it with all the Dentist especially people that don’t typically like to go to the Dentist or even better, kids that are afraid of shots. Best dentist experience you’ll ever have!!! Angela does my teeth cleaning hands down the best. You’ll leave thinking” so that’s what it’s supposed to feel like after a cleaning” And why doesn’t every dentist do it like them?Promise you’ll leave feeling like family First time I took the time to fill out a review but had to share for people that don’t like to go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: Have been coming to BellaSmiles for +6 years. So thankful for Dr. Nigam & his amazing, caring and patient first team. Dr. Nigam & Dr. Chien have done so much work on my teeth and have never hurt me once. Jade is amazing, so accommodating (is she an Ai bot?) to get me & my family scheduled. They treat us like family, am so thankful for BellaSmiles!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this location for over 10 years now and have been super happy with every visit. Every appointment is super easy and hassle free to schedule, the location is easy to get in and out of, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I have always had a fear of dentist offices and Anita makes every visit so pleasant and relaxed. There is no pressure for services, they will tell you of options but if you decline things they will not keep hassling you about it, which i appreciate so much. I honestly cannot imagine a better experience from a dentist office.
