Fantastic experience: I love this place nice place

Fantastic experience: Need to complain first so you can understand how great this Dental Service office is... Spend 9 months at another office attempting to get new set of dentures. They had an inhouse denturest, so thought it would really help with the fitting and what I wanted. Nine months later worn out from unsatisfactory fitting and adjustment, I accepted the top denture as it fit best. I was starting to feel like I was the problem. I could see staff running for the backroom...The bottom set were impossible so finally asked for reimbursement for those as they fit badly and aesthetics? I would rather not have teeth than those monstrosities. Having said all that, live in Auburn so decided to look up something closer, at least save gas should I have to repeat the endless visits...LOL Found Sunrise Dental, Oh my God they were a gift from heaven! The process was nothing like the last dentist office, no X Rays machine, no mouth full of plaster molds, no endless adjustment. Instead a Handheld object scans your whole mouth and does the job of all that ancient procedure. Two week wait and my first fitting, fit like a glove... Made a few minor tweaks, color of teeth, gums to match my disappointing uppers... Another appointment to bring the final fit for any other adjustments. Then two weeks for the final set, ya! Feel I should also share a note for the amazing Dr. he is an Artist, listened and enacted my feedback, I was not talking to a wall this time, LOL Assistants were great, made me feel comfortable and cared for. Front desk ladies were professional, efficient and helped with all the scheduling issues that came up, all in all BEST TEAM EVER!! Final note: This cost me about $ 200. more than the last office charged me, this time I can say "Got what I paid for, finally" Think I will save more than that in gas...LOL Hope this honest and grateful review helps you.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time making a dentist review and I am a new patient here . I’d highly recommend Sunrise Dental of Auburn : it has been the most amazing and pleasant experience ; they really out stood any dentistry I’ve been to in the past . They’re very professional , cleanly , comfortable and overall have caring dentist and staff members . I was in massive pain for a good 48hours over the weekend of July 11-12 and I was browsing where I could go in my area that has good reviews , can do walk ins, has affordable/financing options and same day root canal. I genuinely am not comfortable with going to the dentist so it’s hard to , and I’ve had a lot of bad experiences as well . The receptionist lady that helped me was very friendly and made the process easy: I was able to be seen July 13 , 2026 (Monday). Dr.Singh was the one who did my root canal and he did the best and most amazing job ! He was kind and took the time to make sure everything was done properly . Quality definitely matters to him and I find that very important when looking for a dentist. Thank you to the woman that was his dental assistant that day , I didn’t get her name but she was very friendly , patient and provided great services with me ! When I went back in today I met Amar , the dental assistant and she was very amiable , gentle , made the environment more comfortable and was very knowledgeable about dental work. She advise and helped me discover a lot when it came to my dental work, and it’s hard to come across such a good person like her to just give me an insight of what I need and should do for the benefit of my dental health without having to sell services or pressure me into things that I don’t need . Thank you both ❤️Dr.Singh and Amar for your amazing and kind services , dental advice and patience ! Thank you for the front desk ladies as well for always showing kindness and being resourceful to new patients . God bless you all !

Fantastic experience: First time at this dentist and it was amazing! Came up with a great treatment plan for me and Allison did a great job at my cleaning and making sure I was taken care of! Explained everything she was doing thoroughly and kept me informed the whole way

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to try a different dentist, but after moving to the area four years ago, it took a scheduling conflict to force my hand. I was advised a couple of years back to give this place a shot, and I am so glad I did. I felt welcomed from the start by the front desk, and each member of the team was easy to converse with, informative, and willing to answer all my questions. I appreciate that even though my original business was to get an exam and a cleaning. The Doctor identified several issues that caused discomfort, came up with a plan, and addressed them right away. I did not expect my dental issues to be improved during the first visit, but this is indeed what happened. I am recommending others to Sunrise, and I look forward to my new provider. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Fit me in on a Friday when Two others couldn't. Very efficient and kind.

Negative experience: The front desk folks are fine but the dentist/hygienists were pushy with cosmetic treatments even after I said I wasn't interested. They also identified a bunch of issues my previous dentist had never mentioned, which seems suspicious.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and skilled, dr singe saved an infected tooth that was as very difficult a few years back, I exclusively come here from now on

Negative experience: I had a wisdom tooth pulled there 12 days ago. 2nd day after I notice something sharp is poking through my gum where the tooth was that they extracted. By the 7th day it was an evil sharp weapon that has turned my tongue to hamburger. I can't eat or talk right. And they say they can't help me until June because they don't do "post op care" They literally caused the problem. So unprofessional. And just mean. This thing is from the devil, it hurts so bad!

Negative experience: If you want to go to a dentist that treats you like a used car salesman than this is the office for you . I needed to have a tooth pulled and I told them when I made the appointment that my regular dentist had left the office, but I usually go to and I just needed to have a broken tooth pulled. I made the appointment I get there. They tell me that I cannot come in because they’re in a meeting and they’ll come get me go sit at Panera. They come get me the office is dark. The two ladies at the front are in sweatshirts and leggings with blankets on their laps no lights on above their heads they are talking about people who left voicemails and I’m not talking professionally. I get called back. The lady takes x-rays says I have to talk to the dentist after an hour and a half of the dentist trying to convince me to get an implant showing me videos on my cell phone not listening to me. Say I just want my tooth pulled. $565 later I had my tooth pulled. I asked for a copy of my digital 3-D x-rays that cost me $200 to have and they all acted like they didn’t know how to put them on a disk. Tell me it would be ready when I came back from my follow up appointment in two weeks when I come back in two weeks, the office has garbage underneath their coffee station garbage underneath their couches. Lights are off front desk lady is rude again. I go back. They do the follow up. Tell me my mouth is healing. They literally hand me a blank CD in an envelope, legal letter size envelope not even what CDs come in. I take it to work as I work in the medical field we put it in , the disc is empty. This by far was the worst customer service experience I have ever received in a dental office. The office was dirty. The employees were not professionally dressed nor did they speak professionally to anyone who called it on the phone or to the patients. The dentist clearly was just looking to make $3000 off of one broken tooth.

Negative experience: A scam. Staff being friendly is the only redeeming quality. I was there expecting a routine cleaning, and the doctor told me I had to do a filling and I needed a deep cleaning, immediately went to numb my gums without any warning. After the deep cleaning, I could still feel tartar on some of my teeth but they went and started to polish before they even picked off my tartar which is kind of a red flag for me. Not to mention, I was there at 9 when it was supposed to open - no lights were on, I waited 10 minutes and left and called a little later to see if they are open, they are (people probably didn't get there yet). I'm not sure if they knew what they were doing but it felt like a very unprofessional experience over all. Procedures felt pushed and I was charged for somethings I didn't need.

Negative experience: The receptionist, hygenist, and x ray tech were kind, but the dentist was not the friendliest and told me I had TWELVE cavities. I had never had any tooth pain so I was very confused. I went to a different dentist at another practice to follow up, and he said I had only one cavity. My cleaning at my new dentist was also a much more pleasant experience, so I will not be returning to Sunrise. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I wish I had not come to this business and felt the results of my exam were misleading. Again, the rest of the staff was very nice, just didn't understand where the dentist was coming from. I hope this does not continue to happen to others!

Fantastic experience: I recently went to this location to get a general dental cleaning for the first time in over half a decade. I was terrified going in but the staff was there to support and encourage me every step of the way. I went in expecting to hear I needed teeth pulling and severe work and they were able to save everything (somehow) and offer me a positive prognosis moving forward. I was never once belittled or made to feel less for the neglect I placed on my oral care. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me today. If I was less terrified I would have remembered their names to give them the shoutouts they deserve. Thank you for helping restore some of my confidence.

Positive experience: Good service and most Dr.s have good patient bedside manners and are gentle. When the lady that asked me to write this survey had me pull it up on my phone and she clicked on 5 stars. I therefore am giving 4 stars because I thought that was assumptive of her to do that.

They communicated well about everything that was going on with both me and my daughter, and had no issues scheduling a follow up appointment Saturday for some work. We also scheduled an appointment for 6 months out for her next checkup with no problems. Overall, great experience.

Fantastic experience: Well i am a truck driver,so i was in really bad pain for a really bad infection and i reached out to a couple of dental places and nobody helped me until i made a appointment here and they took care of me. Excellent service from the front office girls,dental assistants to the dentist! I live in jacksonville florida i wish i can come back and get treated here again. I had to 2 extractions and did not feel any pain at all. Really recommend this dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: This is the dentist office we go to for all dental needs of this AFH’s residents. The dentists here are very good that even my entire family now comes here too. We no longer have to travel to California to see our trusted dentist there. Sunrise even have a branch that has in-house lab so I did not have to come back for another appointment to get my cap done. Efficient! My daughter who came to visit from Sweden whose veneer broke, they accommodated her emergency need and it took only 3 days turn-around. Very efficient! The front staff are equally efficient. So, I’m happy that we found a great dental office that meets all our dental needs here at Sunrise Dental of Auburn.
