Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. They checked on me periodically during my visit to make sure I was doing okay which was very nice. I have pretty severe dental anxiety but was more comfortable at this office than any office I’ve been to.

The dentist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel very comfortable. The office is punctual, so I was seen on time, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the quality of care was excellent. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and honest dentist!

Negative experience: Dr. Navi was courteous and attentive. However, the receptionist and the office manager need to be replaced due to multiple clerical errors on paperwork and referrals, which have necessitated numerous follow-up calls. This level of professionalism is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. I will not be returning to this office.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience. The dentist was actually nice at first and completed some of the work. However, at the end of my appointment, when I asked to schedule a new appointment for my last two teeth that desperately need fillings, he completely refused. He told me he wouldn't do them because they are "too difficult" and that I should go somewhere else for general anesthesia—even though I already explained that my insurance does not cover it. It is incredibly frustrating to be turned away by a doctor just because the work is "hard." I left the clinic feeling very upset and helpless, and now I am stuck looking for another dentist to finish the job.

I have Dental Anxiety so bad and tried so hard to make it through my Appointment but as there Awareness to my Nervousness they did everything to keep me calm and offered some solutions for all my next Appointments that have Planned for my Journey eventually for my Parcels. Guys keep up the Amazing work cause I probably would have been to a Dentist more Regularly if they were all like you were with me . Hard to find such Calm, Professional and Patient Dentist's and Assistant's... You are Appreciated

Negative experience: Only giving 1 star because the assistants are really sweet and can’t get any lower anyways but was schedule an apt to get tooth fix or whatever treatment needed already knew I needed a root canal. Drove over an hour to be seen for 5 mins and told I need a root canal to schedule with front for another day , which they knew from jump and she has no time even though front told me they made the apt long enough for treatment. I took off work to get help with my tooth and then it took him way to long to give me quotes and a new apt over 10 mins fighting with his printer. Never will come here again! Pass my filling chipped off/ fell out was not done proper only came back because they got rid of last dr who performed this work and I’ve already established care here

Negative experience: I’m give this place two starts because I do like some of the staff how ever their time managing is absolutely terrible. You feel rushed and can’t even have proper conversations about teeth health or etc. what out feeling like the room is on fire. I’m waiting anywhere from 20-30 mins for scheduled appointments. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated how comfortable they made me feel, especially as a new patient.

Negative experience: I had called in explaining that my insurance was expiring at the end of the month and I needed a very large cavity /potential root canal filled. They said they accepted my insurance and got me on the schedule. They called and asked me if I could come in days early as they had a cancellation, I agreed. When I got there I waited for an hour to be seen by the dentist who spent about 15 minutes with me determining that it is indeed a cavity and does need to be filled, (eye roll) they told me that they were too busy today to take care of it and I would need to schedule. When I went to reschedule with the front desk they had no appointments for the end of the month. WHY did they move my schedule appointment and put me on a schedule for a very busy day knowing I needed dental work that would take time??? This was a big mistake on their part and now I am left high and dry with no resolution and still the pressure of expiring insurance. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. 0 stars.

Negative experience: Updated Review: After posting my original review, I noticed this company suddenly flooded their page with a wave of suspicious 5-star ratings to drown out negative feedback. Don’t be misled by the gimmick — this is a deeply concerning dental practice. Based on my experience, the care provided appears designed to create unnecessary treatments and additional costs. The harm caused to patients cannot reasonably be considered accidental. In my opinion, this establishment should be thoroughly investigated by the Department of Health, and the pattern of questionable reviews should also be reviewed for authenticity. Please take this warning seriously and protect yourself, no matter how many fabricated ratings they use to disguise the truth. Original Review: I hesitated to write this review because I have family members who are doctors and dentists in another state, and I know how much work it takes to build and maintain a practice. However, I feel it’s important to share my experience in hopes of helping others—especially parents who are considering entrusting their children’s care to this office. My advice: please look elsewhere for dental care. I’ve always maintained good oral hygiene and understand the standard sequence of a proper cleaning. My appointment last week raised several red flags from the start: Improper procedure order – The assistant began by polishing my teeth first. This was rushed, uneven, and skipped sections entirely. Plaque removal is supposed to come first (cleaning, scaling, flossing, then polish). It felt messy and unprofessional. Incomplete flossing – After polishing, the assistant flossed, but skipped my back teeth. Residual polishing grit was left between my teeth, which I later had to floss out myself. Rough and careless scaling – The dentist used an ultrasonic scaler with water pressure so high that my gums bled for hours afterward. While minor bleeding can be normal, I floss daily and had documented healthy gums at a checkup earlier this year. The work felt unskilled and unnecessarily harsh. Questionable diagnosis – Despite my recent exam showing healthy teeth and gums, I was told that part of a filling had come out. Given how the cleaning was handled, I felt this was questionable at best and potentially an attempt to create the need for further treatment. Billing without service – I was told I would receive a rinse and fluoride treatment, but only received one rinse. The fluoride treatment was skipped—yet my insurance was billed for it. When I called to question it, I was told “oh yeah, Katie forgot and confirmed it wasn’t done. If you want, you can come back and pick up a packet to do yourself at home”. Ummm…what?!? For context, I had been a patient here in the past and saw another dentist who was highly skilled, but that provider has since left. Unfortunately, the current team does not meet the same standard of care. I don’t write this review lightly. I truly hope this prevents someone else from experiencing the same issues I did. Please, for your own health and peace of mind, choose another dentist.

I have had other dentist up north that have rushed my appointment and don't explain the work they just want my money!! Upon my arrival the front desk was ready for me and took me back right away afterwards Dr Patel took the time to explain the treatment I needed and answered all my questions. They made me feel comfortable I will definitely be coming back next week for my crown!

Fantastic experience: I have had Dr Navi as a dentist for about 5 years or so. She is an excellent Dentist. She is very Meticulous and takes great care in everything she does. She is kind and caring. Her office staff is excellent, also very thorough and kind and helpful. They even have a nitrous that really works to help with dental anxiety. It helps me a lot. I am very thankful that I moved to this area and could find a great dentist!.

Negative experience: Went in for a dental cleaning and this wasn't the first dentist I've had clean my teeth. It seemed he was more interested in over numbing my mouth than actually cleaning my teeth. I've had my teeth cleaned before thoroughly without numbing and that dentist gave me a choice to use numbing medication or not. This after the cleaning was done my mouth was numbed beyond any other time in my entire life that I have been to a dentist. It was excessive beyond what was necessary. He did not even complete the cleaning. There was still plaque on several of my teeth that I can feel in comparison to the dentist that had cleaned my teeth in prior years to have a good judgement comparison. I know the difference. I believe he was more interested in numbing my mouth to get a laugh than actually doing a proper job. Would not recommend not the brightest star.

Negative experience: If you don’t value your time or money, perfect dentist office!! They had me come in four times for one small cavity, one dentist said I would need anti anxiety meds to lower BP which is apparently a law now if you want to receive any treatment. Then a different dentist there said o sorry I don’t do that, so my partner called off work to take me one day, they wouldn’t honor the appt because they’d overbooked, and nor did they have anything set up and ready, annnnd I had to call ten times to ask them to send over prescription. So unprofessional. My son also had to call off to take me back where they refused to work on me, though the last dentist there had no problem with the treatment, so no consistent Dentists there. And the only filling I had completed there in four trips was the WRONG tooth!!!!! I begged, and pleaded for help as I am in pain and unable to eat, and have waited for them to help me for months, only to be turned away again after they’d promised to help me, I have major dental work I was hoping to get done there, I’m relieved I found out now before putting thousands of dollars not covered by insurance in that dentists pockets. Just shameful practice.
