Negative experience: The wait time was extremely long. The doctor did not apologize for the wait. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. I had two appointments and had to wait 1/2 hr past my scheduled time in both instances. It was only after bringing it to the receptionist’s attention that I was finally seen. No respect for their patients time.

Negative experience: I went here for the first time, signed the paperwork, waited for over 30 minutes and was told their Wifi was down and to reschedule for another day. Needless to say, I did reschedule... with another place.

The lobby was clean, and the staff were laughing and enjoying each other, which immediately put me at ease. Ashley was the Dental Assistant who took care of me, and she explained everything down to the T. During my procedure she checked in and asked, ‘Are you comfortable?’ small thing, but it matters. Yawl did THAT!

Negative experience: I called this office on behalf of my mom. I spoke to a receptionist named Tanya, she was not professional. She spoke to me like I was a nuisance when asking for help on dental records. In addition, my mom went here and she did not receive the care that she wanted. She came for tooth pain but only got a cleaning, no explanations. She wasn't taken care of like how she should. Also calling for an appointment was ridiculous. They couldn't find her records regardless of being an established patient.

Negative experience: Do not recommend at all! They just want to take your money!! They tell you all they are just doing a teeth cleaning and and then you're tooth has a cavity and need a crown then tell you it need to be removed and replace and it starts with one and then all your teeth are bad! And it took OUT THE WRONG TOOTH! And then they act like the explain everything and are annoyed. They did this to my mom and husband and to me.

Negative experience: The doctor told me I needed a new crown. I went to get a second opinion at a different clinic and they told me nothing was wrong with my crown. I just avoided a long and costly procedure by going elsewhere. When in doubt, get a second opinion or better yet find a different clinic.

Comfort Dental was my choice for locality and time constraints and im sure happy to have made this choice. The Doctors and all Staff treated me so well-and they were somehow able to do it with a bit of 'cool' and some humor and warmth. I'm super happy and believe the prices are reasonable. Fantastic experience: My visit was pretty nice. The front desk woman didn’t seem too happy to be there but when I got taken back the lady was very nice. Had a really good conversation making me feel comfortable. The Dr came and check Me out and fixed the area I had an issue in and she didn’t even charge me. I prayed and prayed and god answers prayers and today I had two lovely ladies who were amazing. You can tell you wanna be at work and working with people. They could’ve told me to pay the $19 exam and xray fee but didn’t. Thank you ladies !!!! 10/10

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I had a scheduled appointment at 5:00 PM and arrived 15 minutes early, but by 6:00 PM I was still sitting in the hallway waiting with no update from the staff. I ended up waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. The staff members were not friendly, and the atmosphere in the waiting area was unpleasant — there was a noticeable bad smell, which made the experience even worse. I came expecting professionalism and proper patient care, but unfortunately this clinic did not meet even the basic standards. I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I was there on the 17th 2025. I had a tooth that broke and was causing me a lot of pain. I wasn't sure if they would accept walk-ins. But they did this time and I was treated quite well! All of the nurses seemed very nice! Dr. Travis was the best! Going back 3 weeks

Positive experience: The office is clean. Dr. Travis is very talented and very knowledgeable. He explained the treatment to me step by step. I will come back for my hygiene. Update! I need to update the review because the receptionists didn't even talk nicely every time I call. They need to hire someone with at least 5 years of experience. Hey, don't call in the morning because the receptionist just woke up. Also, last year they even gave me the wrong information and address for a specialist, which wasted my time getting there. The specialist was confused why they sent me to their office. The receptionist should be retrained. Molen orthodontics is the greatest office whenever I call for my son's appointment.

Negative experience: clinic is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Three months ago, before the implant procedure, I asked the doctor three or four times whether everything could be completed before October. Every single time I was told: ‘Yes, of course, no problem.’ Based on those promises, I made my plans. When the time finally came, I went in thinking it was for the implant placement. Instead, I was told it was only for the impression, and the actual placement would not happen for another two weeks. Then, after reviewing my records, the staff told me that since I was paying monthly, the placement would only be possible in three weeks. They even suggested that if I wanted it sooner, I should either pay an extra $100 or pay the full cost of the implant upfront so that the lab would ‘accept the order’ faster. The staff’s attitude was unacceptable. While I was paying in installments, they treated me with rudeness and disrespect, as if I should be grateful just to be seen. Once I made the full payment, their tone completely changed, and suddenly they were polite. This is humiliating and shows that patients here are not seen as people, but only as wallets. When I asked for additional information — such as what type of implant would be placed, documentation for the procedure, or even insurance paperwork — I was flatly refused. I had to practically force the receptionist to give me a written confirmation that the implant would be placed within two weeks, despite the fact that it should have already been done by the date we originally agreed upon. What shocked me the most was that the staff outright denied ever making any promises. They told me things like: ‘We don’t know who you spoke with,’ ‘We don’t have treatment plans,’ and ‘We just do things as they come up.’ So, for three months I was reassured everything would be done before October, only to be told later that none of those conversations mattered. I traveled from another state specifically for this procedure, spent money and time, and in the end received nothing but stress, disrespect, and excuses. No one ever apologized for the delays, the confusion, or the unprofessional behavior. This clinic has no respect, no professionalism, and no responsibility. The only thing they care about is extracting as much money as possible. Patients are not treated as human beings, only as cash. I strongly advise against going to this clinic.”
