Negative experience: Very disappointed i canceled my appointment 24 hours be and know they will not take me a patient they want 48 hour cancelation notification but sometimes you can't give that i would not recommend this dentist to anybody

Negative experience: I took my son and myself here for a cleaning yesterday and it was hands down the worst experience at a dental office I have ever experienced! We were passed around from person to person without an explanation of what was happening. When the dentist started cleaning my teeth it felt like a drill and hit a nerve which was extremely painful. She then started to clean my teeth with the hand tools. I don’t think my teeth were even cleaned thoroughly. My son’s experience was similar but he has braces and she informed me that his wire should be removed before bringing him in (I’ve never had a dentist tell me this). I’m extremely upset about this experience and will never step foot in that office again!

Negative experience: Misleading reviews, this place is a bit sketchy. It's wedged between a nail salon and a mattress store, and it's not even marked on Google Maps if you look at the location, you have to search for it. When I went in, they said that they DON'T take state insurance plans, despite their website and reviews saying that they DO. The construction looks unfinished, the place has an "under construction" vibe, and one of the walls in the treatment room I went to was splattered with liquid stains.

Negative experience: I had to change my review after I moved and found a new dentist who showed me that I didn't have 7 cavities like this dentist told me I had, but only one that was forming around an old filling. I thought it was odd that her hygienist said my teeth looked great but then she said I had that much decay. My doctor said they had a similar experience with a dentist and that they knew a second opinion was needed. Do yourself a favor and if anything a provider tells you doesn't seem true, get a second opinion from a different practice. Also read the bad reviews for a business so you get a clearer picture of the place. This place gives free electric toothbrushes to new patients that leave a review before they leave their first visit.

Negative experience: Broke a tooth. Called and made an appt they put it in as an emergency visit and I asked if this was an exam and the person on the phone said I can get it looked at and taken care of (removed replaced etc) in the same day. Wait 30 mins past my appt and take time off work and they say they can’t take care of my tooth while I’m there but I can make another appt and get ibprofen. Thanks SO much. Won’t ever go back here again. Rude, late and lies.

The dentist took her time but had that wisdom tooth out fast and she kept checking on me. Fantastic experience: I regrettably had not seen a dentist in a little over a decade and was nervous to finally take care of my oral health. I went in and everyone was extremely kind and non-judgmental. They were very professional and explained everything that they needed to do and helped me create a plan to get everything fixed up. So far this has been the best experience I've ever had with a dentist office, like I said it has been quite some time but I do remember the previous experience is quite vividly and they were pretty negative. I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care.
