Fantastic experience: Dr. Moon and his staff were really wonderful. They made us feel at ease, were super attentive and never made us feel rushed, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and address concerns. Post-op, Dr. Moon followed up the same day and responded to all our questions, big and small, within a few hours or less throughout the week! My son’s wisdom teeth (all 4!) extraction could not have gone smoother, and recovery was just as they’d described and prepared us for. Thankful to have friends who referred us to Dr. Moon. Highly recommend and 100% worth the drive from Bellevue!

Negative experience: I had a tooth fall out and went for an exam. I feel the charge for a consultation $425 was too high. When I called them to have my records sent to another dentist that will be doing the implant, I was told it could take 2 weeks to get them sent over to him. My appointment is scheduled in one week.

Fantastic experience: Due to a serious car accident I suffered a broken jaw that required specialized treatment. On a whim I searched the top oral surgeon’s in my area and found Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. From the initial phone call inquiring about care to saying our final good byes at the end of my treatment with Dr. Moon I was treated with the upmost courtesy, dignity, and respect. Every single individual I had an interaction with had the warmest approach I have ever felt when dealing with medical personnel. I truly believe I was blessed to have found this place when the need arose under such terrible circumstances. They are honest and sincere, refunding me hundreds along with not billing me for services I had already paid for at a dentist office the day before coming in for my consultation. From the bottom of my heart I want to offer Dr.Moon and the staff at Pacific Northwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons a most sincere thank you! I have put off getting my wisdom teeth extracted for years due to my anxiety and fear of dental work until I could no longer put it off (I was experiencing pain from my wisdom tooth). I was referred here from my Dentist. Consultation went smoothly then I scheduled for my wisdom tooth extraction about a month after. The staff was transparent about pricing which I appreciated. I walked into my surgery extremely anxious and scared - think tears falling down my face. Staff went over the procedure and I went to sleep. I woke up and was so relieved the surgery went well! I was anxious for no reason! Every single staff at this location is nothing but professional and kind. I highly highly recommend PNW Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon! Fantastic experience: They were a little late to start but that was totally fine. I was nervous but they helped keep me relaxed, they kept checking on me, and even brought me a blanket. Once they got started it went quick. I’d say it was about 30-40 minutes for 4 wisdom teeth extractions, one of them being completely sideways and growing into the molar in front of it. There are great post-operative care instructions. I’ve heard a lot of others that have tooth extractions from other places not getting clear post-operative instructions so they had a rough recovery. The videos, pamphlet, and care team explanation have been very helpful to ensure I remember what to do and what not to do. I’m only on day 2 of recovery but my pain level is pretty low and I feel generally pretty good.
