Fantastic experience: Ken is a great dental hygienist! He is super nice and very professional. Has a light touch not heavy handed.

Negative experience: I was missing two of my front teeth, which Dr. Yi replaced with prosthetic ones connected to my real ones with a bridge. At first I was happy because I was tired of wearing a retainer all of the time. However, within a month of the procedure, one of them broke off while I was eating. A few weeks later, one my real teeth chipped under the strain of the prosthetic one it was supporting. The only solution she offered me was to shave down my actual teeth to avoid them running into my other teeth. This has caused problems for my other teeth because of how this altered my bite. While Dr. Yi was attentive to my concerns, she did not offer tangible solutions to my problems. She continuously asked me what I wanted to do about my issues, but I'm not the doctor. Why should I have the answers? She seemed more concerned with the aesthetics of my teeth and not with the longterm health of my teeth. Also, the receptionist can be very rude if you do not follow the recommendations from the doctor. While I understand that she is trying to follow what her boss says, there were plenty of times that I could literally not afford the additional appointments the doctor recommended. It doesn't help to try and guilt-trip me about it. Overall, this place is great if you don't have any complications and you are concerned about aesthetics like teeth whitening. Otherwise, I would suggest finding an alternative that is less interested in selling you on additional services, and more interested in your health.

Friendly if you want to have a conversation. I have been going to this same office for about 30+ years and have outlasted a few dentist as they have retired. Highly reccomended.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for over 15 years and the staff here are friendly attentive and take the time to really care for your dental needs. Ken is a great guy. Good stories and keeps you relaxed in the chair while tending to peridontal Scaling, xrays, cleaning. Really funny guy too. He keeps everything lighthearted. I do joke that he's my laughter therapy and from that therapy my core muscles get the excersise that it needs every 3 months. Dr. Yi has also been a great professional and make sure you get all of your dental care needs met and what I'll refer to as the dental double check to make sure you don't need dentures. lol. The front desk waiting area is warm and inviting with puzzles and literature. If you need help putting the puzzles together Andrea is just an earshot away. And there are plenty of complimentary coffee,sparking drinks and water that is offered there. There's only one thing to mention and that's the sloped driveway parking. Its funky because it has a slope but definitely manageable. Try and park on the top row parking for ease of getting in/out of your car and then entering the building. The other parking stalls are on a slope and may be difficult for some folks. Overall Elevate Family dentistry is my go to place. Check it out.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and caring staff! Love how they make it such a comfortable experience with TVs overhead and headphones to drown out the sounds. Dr. Yi did a great job repairing my cracked molar and made sure it was as painless as possible. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office I've ever been to! Dr. Yi and her entire staff have been incredibly kind and attentive every time I've gone in for a cleaning or procedure. They have taken time to get to know me, provided excellent dental care in a non-judgemental environment, and given me lots of info to make the best decisions. The office environment is also incredibly welcoming with a variety of drinks available in the lobby and a tv screen on the ceiling in the exam room so you can watch a show or movie while the dentist performs a longer procedure on you! As someone who had dental trauma and had a fear of going to the dentist, I now look forward to coming here because of how great the environment is and how safe everyone there makes me feel. Andrea at the front desk is super warm and welcoming, I love catching up with her. Ken the dental hygienist did a great job with my cleaning and is also a joy to chat with. The experience from start to finish feels like being wrapped up in a warm blanket and given a hug, and I so appreciate that after many bad dental experiences at other clinics. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: I seen Dr. Yi for the first time this afternoon for an emergency dental visit and she worked me in. Dr. Yi does not rush you in any way and throughout the whole visit she made sure I was at ease and comfortable. I am so glad I did, staffs are all kind and professional. Dr is extremely kind and take a time to listen. Yes, it is far, but I will stick to this dentist!
