Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t even know where to begin because Dr. Addie and her entire team are truly exceptional! This is, without a doubt, the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, Michelle at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. My dental hygienist, Shirley, was absolutely amazing—so gentle, thorough and genuinely caring. And Dr. Addie herself is phenomenal. You can tell they all truly care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. I’m honestly at a loss for words trying to explain just how impressed I am with everyone here. The level of care, professionalism, kindness and attention to detail is unmatched. They made me feel comfortable, heard and genuinely cared for throughout my entire visit. It’s rare to come across a healthcare team where every single person you interact with is amazing, but that has absolutely been my experience here. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Addie's office after a nightmare experience at another Dental office in Tukwila from the Seattle VA. Community Care is pretty straight forward when it comes to Veteran care, and the previous dental office went out of their way to make it extremely difficult. However, when I came into contact with Dr. Addie's office - they went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations of a community care provider. It was extremely refreshing after my previous experience. It had been over 10+ years since my last dental care. This was due to coverage and general dental anxiety. I told Dr. Addie and her team this and they really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable the whole time. My dental health is important to me, and having a safe and understanding team to take care of this for me now is a blessing. When things got a little bit confusing with the billing and community care referral, Shirley (my hygienist) and Michelle (front desk) sprung into action and got it handled. If you ever dealt with the VA before, this is not a simple task and fairly time consuming. Michelle handled it like a pro and made the rest of my appointments and scheduling a breeze. It is clear to me after my multiple appointments that there is consistency within Dr. Addie's office and team. They are empathetic, CLEAN, PROMPT, and extremely professional. As a 36 year old male veteran who HATED the dentist, I now look forward to continuing to maintain and improve my dental health with the assistance of Dr. Addie, Shirley, Michelle and the rest of the dental team at the office.

Positive experience: We visted Dr. Chang for first time as new patients today for dental check and cleaning. The building was old and in need of a remodel but when entered the office it was really nice, clean, bright and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. My hygienist May was very calm, gentle and thorough. She explained everything and was very friendly. Dr. Chang appeared busy but was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. It was a great first visit. Will return and would recommend to others.

Negative experience: Sharing my honest experience: The front desk could improve their understanding of insurance coverage and be more transparent upfront. The doctor’s approach felt a bit rushed and rough. The assistants, though, were wonderful. Compared to my visit, some of the other reviews don’t match what I personally encountered. I also left feeling unsatisfied with the work.

We’re moving and one of the first things we worked out was whether we’d be able to continue seeing her—that’s how amazing she and her dental practice are. As someone who has only ever had sporadic access to dental up until recently, going to go get work done was always stressful. I knew as soon as the intake paperwork that I was in good hands. She goes out of her way to ensure whatever needs you have (earphones, sunglasses, anxiety) are addressed, and without a hint of judgement. The practice itself is clean and modern. Her dental assistant Sora is incredibly capable and always made me feel comfortable. They both answer any questions I might have and let me know what to expect during a procedure. They have never caused me undue pain or discomfort, and routinely complete my appointments on time with excellent results. Everything was beyond affordable and Dr. Addie never once pushed or peddled unnecessary treatments or products. I can’t say enough about Dr. Addie and her practice! She’ll have you feeling almost lucky to have a cavity!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Addie Chang for about 4 years and I love it! She always takes care of my teeth and makes me feel so comfortable in her office with cozy pillows and blankets.
