Fantastic experience: Going to dental appointments is not on my top 10 things I enjoy doing during my free time, but this office has truly made the experience better. The staff is always pleasant and attentive from the moment you walk in. The hygienists are polite, thorough, and efficient — they do an excellent job without keeping you in the chair longer than necessary, which I really appreciate. I’ve been in for two cleanings so far, and both appointments were detailed yet to the point. I’ve also met two of the dentists, and both were knowledgeable, kind, and very professional. It’s clear they care about their patients and take the time to explain things clearly. The office itself is clean, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of parking, which makes visits easy and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Sunrise Dental in SeaTac was AMAZING. I was on a layover before my international flight and they got me in same day for severe gum pain. The dentist took incredible care of me and quickly found that I had a root tip still left in my gum from a tooth extraction years ago. They removed it and gave me immediate relief. The entire team was kind, professional, and moved quickly knowing I had a flight to catch. I’m so grateful I found them. Highly recommend!

We found this one and couldn’t be happier! Everyone is very friendly and professional, and they do excellent work! We are very happy we found them!!

Fantastic experience: I got my Invisalign treatment and periodic teeth cleaning done here. My teeth are now well-aligned and aesthetic thanks to the clinic. They have friendly and professional nurses and doctors, swift dental services, superbly short waiting time (I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for any appointment), and last but not least, a clean and calm environment. I've only been to 2 other clinics before going to this one, but they may be among the best dental clinics in the greater Seattle area.

Positive experience: I really like most of the team at the SeaTac location. The front desk team is welcoming and professional. I think the dental hygienist should identify themselves since they do not wear name tags. Especially if they will be your primary contact while you're there. There are some that explain each step before they begin but there are some that don't and I felt they were pushy. The doctors are very nice and show they are there to make sure your questions are answer and provide comfortable service. I would refer someone to this location the good outweighs the misfortune.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is very pleasant to work with. They got me in quickly for multiple appointments and coordinated them so that we did multiple of us at the same time which made it really helpful for our busy schedule. They always check my insurance coverage before any big work gets done which I really appreciate. They were even able to go squeeze me in last minute to get work done before my coverage ended so I could get everything done in time.

Fantastic experience: This is not just a 5 star rating for this amazing dental clinic they really are truly a 5 star clinic I walked in unsure if they would be able to do anything because I had an appointment for Wednesday I came in with an extreme tooth pain emergency even tho I hadn’t gave any info on my insurance, they quickly had me fill out some paper work or at-least what I could in the moment and called me in 6 mins later to get a x ray. I couldn’t open my mouth at the time for the x ray they wanted so they moved me too another room for a different kind of x ray just so they could see what was going on. I came back to my former room and the dentist followed right up saying “we are going to have to do a root canal” he gets to numbing my tooth for the meanwhile they gather their supplies and get to working their magic!! Let me just say this was one of the worst tooth pains I’ve ever experienced it had me crying from my house and too the clinic and they resolved it without a second thought of seeing me in pain at the front desk!! Everyone that helped me was amazing, thank you to the front desk that could help me so soon and I mean thank you so muchhh to the doctor and dental assistant that helped me do my root canal I didn’t feel a thing. I almost wanna say I owe them my lifebut of course it’s only an expression thank you

They go over in depth about your dental health, and they are clear about the work they want to do. They present an EOB without you having to ask for it. They were very kind and concerned about any issues you may be experiencing. And they do amazing work for restorations. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The two lovely ladies in the front are awesome at explaining the process you’ll go thru that day. The dental staff and the dentist were very patient with me and my anxiety. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic, what a bunch of sweetie pies! Haven't been to the dentist in a while and was due for a cleaning. Found Dr. Singh on ZocDoc, was easy & fast to book an appointment, and the ladies at the reception desk were SUPER accommodating with my bad understanding of my dental insurance lol, they figured it out for me in no time. Everyone was so lovely to talk to and extremely welcoming, especially Kate. They didn't make me feel ashamed about the last few years without regular cleanings, and walked me through exactly what the process was before doing it. Cleaning flavors besides spearmint too: bubblegum, chocolate, grape, raspberry! Will definitely be back in 6 months!

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. Although the staff were friendly, their work was not satisfactory. I wish I had chosen differently. I was assured that there would be no gap between my teeth, but now I have a gap and uneven teeth. Smiling has become awkward for me. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I brought my little one in (3 years old) for a cleaning/check up and a referral to a pediatric dentist. I left making the decision to just reschedule and keep his care with Sunrise Dental. To start, when looking schedule over the phone I completely told them the wrong insurance but they were still able to find my correct information and confirm that my care with them was covered. They politely called me back to confirm and left me messages which is so helpful as a busy single mom who can sometimes forget that i’ve reached out to look in to things . On the day of our appointment everyone was kind and warm and took such great care of my little one. There was a cancellation in their afternoon and they sent us a text inviting us in early, which we took them up on for our convenience. When we arrived, the establishment was clean and felt like a good ol’ family practice. Everyone had kids of their own and the entire staff had an understanding of how to approach my sleepy child who had just woken up from a car nap. The cleaning with the nurse was thorough as well as inclusive for my curious 3 year old who loves tools and gizmos. They let him choose between sitting on his own or sitting on my lap and he chose the latter. The doctor was kind and shared some great tips to keep our teeth healthy. They provided a goodie bag at the end with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and tons of fun little toys and stickers, arguably more than your typical pediatric dentist would give. All in all it was a great experience. We came from a dentist that made us feel unimportant and overlooked and I can guarantee you will not feel that way here. I came here based on their ratings and I totally understand why they’ve received near 5 stars in their reviews. We are looking forward to our return with them and it is already on our calendar.
