Negative experience: I have to agree that PNWDC needs Angela and her beautiful plants back! We've been coming here through all 4 Dentists and Angela has been the face of the office. Dr Lee is amazing as well as Larysa. We also miss Kelly.

Fantastic experience: Ángela gave us a 10/10 customer service. She made the whole experience fun. My mom has dental anxiety but after talking to Dr Lee it really helped her calm down. The Dr really seems like he cares about his patients and only does treatment that the patient truly needs. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee is wonderful and really takes his time checking all of your teeth. He is very gentle and concerned about your comfort while cleaning your teeth. He explains everything to you so you are aware of any issues. Hillary is also wonderful and very personable. She takes great care during x-rays and polishing your teeth. Angela is such a welcoming person and perfect as the first person you are greeted by. The whole office area is extremely clean and very comfortable. I was nervous to find a new dentist as I had gone to mine since 1985. I do not need to look any further. I highly recommend Pacific Northwest Dental Care and Dr. Lee!!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred over by a coworker and when I tell you that they are hands-down one of the best in Washington I wholeheartedly mean that. Angela at the front is so amazing if you have questions she has answers if you need anything she does everything she can to make sure that everything you need is taken care of. Doctors is amazing if you have questions he has answers and he really does have your best interest in mind very gentle if you are scared of going to the dentist, you won’t need to be at this practice from the front office staff to the hygienist. Fantastic experience: I came in for a routine cleaning and was in and out way faster than I anticipated. The staff were genuinely friendly, not just in a scripted “welcome to our office” kind of way, but actually warm and conversational. The hygienist was super gentle the whole time and checked in a couple times to make sure I was comfortable. The office itself is clean and modern without feeling cold or clinical. Fantastic experience: Who knew going to the dentist could be such an enjoyable experience! Angela at the front desk is such a genuine human, she makes you feel right at home the moment you step through the door. After not having been to the dentist in far too long, I was worried that I would be embarrassed or that the procedure would be painful, but my dental hygienist Larysa was so kind and supportive as she took her time to do a great job on a deep clean for me. Fantastic experience: I walked into the office and was greeted with warm friendly reception. The receptionist was very friendly and treated me as if I was a regular patient, even though it was my first time. They were timely in gathering my information and everything was click work once the hygienist took my X-rays and Dr. Lee came in. I appreciated the time and ease of my visit and Dr. Lee’s bed side manners was exceptional. Going to the dentist office is a struggle for me but they all put me at ease.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had been called into work. Was told (via text) I could not reschedule if I canceled 90min - 2 hrs beforehand. I canceled within that time frame. There were exactly 40 minutes left before the 2 hr mark. This was unavoidable since I had to go to work. Not going to work wasn't an option. I work to pay for insurance. So I asked, "I cannot reschedule?" Got a reply, " We apologize and wish you the best." Really? Life does happen randomly, PNW Dental. BUT, there are other, just as good, dentists out there. If you're a human and have a life, AVOID since if ANYTHING happens and you cannot make your appointment, no matter if its within their time frame.

At the time your appointment was scheduled, our office policy was reviewed and confirmed, including the requirement of 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy applies to all patients and is necessary to allow us adequate time to offer reserved appointment slots to other patients who are waiting for care. Same-day cancellations, even when several hours in advance, do not provide sufficient notice to fill a new-patient appointment.
Because this was a first-time appointment and the cancellation occurred within the same business day, we are unable to reschedule. This is consistent with our standard practice and is not a reflection of personal circumstances, but rather a matter of fairness and operational necessity.

Negative experience: Highly suggest NOT coming here unless you want drama and unprofessionalism. The first couple time I came here was good and it felt like I was supporting a small business. The front desk lady Angela was nice and helpful. The dentist Daniel was also nice and chill. 6 months ago I went to get my teeth cleaned. When I was making my next appointment, Angela mentioned my boyfriend and him needed to get the next part of treatment done. I told her that I’m sure he’ll get it done the next time he comes in here which I thought at the time in the next 2 months and she agreed. THAT WAS IT! Then 2 months later, my boyfriend calls me up about me “making an appointment” for him at the dentist office. I said no and that we just talked about him and he knew I would never just make a random appointment for him and not tell him (who does that??). Anyway, Angela was threatening him with a $90 late fee for her own mistake and fortunately swallowed her pride and canceled the appointment. Fast forward to my appointment last month. I had to reschedule my appointment because I was out of state. I talked to Angela and she had the biggest attitude with me because it was during the 48 hours and got threatened with $90 fee. It was what it was and took it as a loss but still got to reschedule. I get there and she was “out sick”. After my cleaning, Daniel the dentist got a giant attitude with me for rescheduling because I was out of town and he completely made me feel uncomfortable. I was already going to pay the $90 fee but you want make me feel bad too?? No! So, the fact that Angela wanted to start a problem between me and my boyfriend is crossing FAT line and then Daniel trying to act like a victim is ridiculous and lost you customers!! Plus check out this response from either Angela or Daniel about my boyfriends post which is on Yelp. The biggest mistake coming here smh!!

My first cleaning appointment went great. The dental hygienist was gentle and very professional. First impression of the dentist was also good. He came in and did a brief examination and commented about what he liked about my previous dental work. The receptionist was also very friendly. Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing at what they do. Hes very accomodating when hes working on your teeth and constantly asks for your wellbeing throughout the procedure. The clinic itself is well kempt and very inviting. The brush station is also kept very clean and if your looking for the toothpaste, its already on the bristles. Angela at the front desk makes you feel like youre at home and will make you want to chat it up. Overall id give the clinic and the team a higher ranking if i could. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: UPDATE in response from owner: You can also add gaslighting to this practice's long list of unprofessional practices. I do not have this Dr. Lee "confused" with another. This is the same practice my family member saw Dr. Tran at (confirmed by earlier reviews) who was wonderful. Instead of apologizing and owning their mistake, they turned it around on the patient. Funny enough we got a call from this office shortly after the original review was made. So who is confused now? So thanks for taking our money, failing to give us a timely referral for a dire emergency situation and gaslighting us publicly. AVOID this office! HORRENDOUS practice! A family member needed emergency dental care, Dr. Lee got them in for x-rays and said they would follow up with a referral for an oral surgeon. Paperwork should have been provided same day but wasn't. Referral never came through, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Nearly a week out and still no contact or referral. Went to neighboring dentist and got referral same day and already have appointments set up with a surgeon. Wasted a week of our time. Emergency, extreme pain means nothing. They happily charge you for their services but that's where it ends. AVOID this office!
UPDATE: Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your description and our records, we were able to identify your family member’s chart. The referral to the oral surgeon was submitted that same morning as per our usual protocol.
We’re sorry the specialist’s office didn’t contact you promptly and understand how frustrating that must have been. Please know it was never our intention to dismiss your concerns—we always aim to provide timely, compassionate care.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face delays when dealing with a dental emergency. However, after thoroughly checking our records and schedule, we haven’t had any patients in need of wisdom tooth removal recently, nor have we had a case matching the situation you described. Additionally, we always send out referrals the same day when needed, as timely care is a top priority for us.
It’s possible there may have been a mix-up with another office that has a provider with a similar name. Dr. Lee is a fairly common name in dental practices, and we’ve seen confusion happen before with another office in a different area with a similar name. If your family was not seen in Tukwila, please remove this review as this is highly unfair to our practice.

Everyone's position is important, but Larysa the hygenist spends the most time with me. I can really tell that she cares about me and the job she is doing. She is very careful to be gentle but thorough. With her, no patient should fear that a cleaning will cause unnecessary pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. They explained each step beforehand while deep cleaning and taking x-ray, which made it easy to understand what was being done and less nervous . Angela was so sweet and easy to have a conversation with.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pacific Northwest Dental for almost 2 years. It's a small office with really nice people. Dr. Lee is very nice and explains things well. Ive never felt that additional services were being suggested that were not necessary which has been a problem for me with past dentist. They also have a wonderful front desk person . Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write this review for a while and I keep forgetting. Thankfully Angela is an awesome person and sent out a reminder to do so and I'm happy to oblige. I, like many people, avoided going to the dentist regularly as I was afraid of potential judgment, costs and figured if I did enough I wouldn't need them. So fast forward to the day one of my back teeth pretty much shattered out of nowhere (long story) and I needed care ASAP. I found PNW Dental Care was nearby and in my network, plus the other reviews were all looking good. I called in, gave them the situation and Angela fit me in immediately. I thought it would be more difficult than that. Day of the appointment, I don't remember much, but what I do recall is how incredibly nice everyone was throughout the process. Dr. Lee is FANTASTIC at what he does, being incredibly nice and supportive throughout the whole process. And as mentioned, Angela is the best receptionist I've ever had the pleasure of working with (she'll read this, I know, and I mean it!). Following that, I scheduled out my cleanings for the year (yes, the WHOLE YEAR). Additionally, I have to give credit to Larysa, the hygienist, as she is also WONDERFUL to work with! It's a weird thing to say, and I sound like a fake review, but I assure you that 1) I'm not, and 2) I actually look forward to my appointments with PNW Dental. They're genuinely great.
