Negative experience: This place is definitely a scam. I needed a last minute travel certificate for my dog. And when I came in for the appointment they obviously hadn’t looked at his vaccinations I had emailed over. They only asked if his rabies was up to date. Then they made me pay $450. And the office girl just took my dog into the back room without me for less than 2 minutes and brought him back and filled out the certificate. I was convinced there wasn’t even a vet in the building. $450 for my dog not to even been examined in front of me is such a scam. Pretty sure they’re just pencil whipping travel certificates for the money, and that it’s all the admin doing so.

Negative experience: I would strongly advise against bringing your pet here if they are in serious medical condition. When my cat was suffering from liver and kidney failure and had completely stopped eating and drinking, I came in specifically requesting blood work so I could understand what was happening and what the next steps should be. Instead of discussing the severity of his condition or being transparent about his prognosis, I was pushed toward additional treatments and injections that were very expensive. I explained that I was already in a difficult financial situation and could not afford everything being recommended. Despite this, I was told the fluids and multiple injections were the priority. The treatment helped briefly, but my cat quickly declined again. We returned two more times for fluids. At no point was I given a clear conversation about how serious his condition was or whether continuing treatment was realistic. Instead, I was given medication and told to administer it to a cat who was not eating. After I reported that he was vomiting from taking medication on an empty stomach, I was simply told the medication was important for his liver. Within two days of starting the medication, my cat became extremely weak and could barely walk to his bowl. At that point it became clear to me that these treatments were not helping and that his condition was far more serious than was communicated to me. In a situation like this, pet owners deserve honest conversations about prognosis and end-of-life options instead of being repeatedly sold temporary treatments without a clear plan.

Negative experience: I brought my 6-month-old kitten to this clinic for a wellness exam and vaccines. During the visit I was told she had ear mites, but no treatment for mites was actually provided at the appointment. I was advised to wait because the medication was not available and was also told that Revolution is only preventative and does not treat active ear mite infestations. After two visits where the primary service provided was vaccinations, I was sent home with ear cleaner and antibiotic ointment but no definitive treatment for mites was administered in the office or demonstrated. Because of the delay and confusion around the treatment plan, I decided to seek a second opinion from another veterinary clinic. The second veterinarian performed an ear swab and examined it under a microscope and determined that my kitten did not have ear mites at all, but instead had a yeast infection in her ears. The correct diagnosis and treatment were provided during that visit. Unfortunately this meant two visits, significant cost, and unnecessary stress without an accurate diagnosis or proper treatment being provided. Based on this experience, I chose to continue my kitten’s care with another veterinary clinic.

She guided us through all the required vaccinations and USDA paperwork for our dog Oreo and made sure everything was completed correctly and on time. Pet travel documentation can be stressful, but she was patient, thorough, and very responsive throughout. We truly appreciate her coordination and attention to detail. Fantastic experience: Two days before Christmas I noticed something was wrong with my cat’s ear (a wound). I didn’t have a vet yet so I started calling around and the first place answered and immediately hung up. Next I called Airport Vet Clinic and for the rest of the day they blew me away with their service! They told me to come in right away, they saw my cat right away, answered all my questions without rushing me out. I saw them work to translate with another client to make sure her needs were met. They noticed ingrown nails and called to verify it was ok to take care of that too. It has extreme small business vibes and I love that. They’re there to help animals. I loved seeing the rapport between the vet and her front desk person (Zoe). It was a great, personable experience and I’m relieved that I have a vet now for my 3 cats.

She has saved my dog’s life not once, but twice, when other veterinarians told me the chances were slim because of my dog’s age (12½ years old). What makes Airport Vet Clinic special is that they are not focused on having a fancy office — they are focused on affordability, honesty, compassion, and giving people real choices for their pets’ health. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and run by people who genuinely care. For my dog’s first surgery, they were half the price of what other vets quoted me. And when I came up $150 short, Dr. Sidhu let me pay the remaining balance on my next payday. That alone showed me she cares more about saving pets than making money. Recently, my dog became very ill again. I was preparing myself for the possibility of putting her down. Other vets were quoting extremely high prices and even telling me that the money would be “better spent” on her final rest instead of treatment. It was heartbreaking. But Dr. Sidhu said something that changed everything: “Please bring her in before you make that choice. I remember this dog. Let me see her first.” Within minutes of examining her, she said, “No, no, no — I know this dog. Negative experience: To be clear - I have not been to their clinic. Serious concerns when the vet clinic manager makes fraudulent posts promoting his business on Nextdoor apps. And another (seemingly throwaway account from same owner) copies a review from Google and posts on the same Nextdoor app. This unethical, amounts to willful misrepresentation and malpractice. If they are willfully flouting common business rules, as a pet parent I would hesitate to take my pet to a vet who skirts around the edges of legal behavior. Talk about the irony! This owner posts Google reviews of their service as fake review, while they post fake reviews them selves

Fantastic experience: I visited the airport Vet clinic on Saturday, November 22nd, and she explained and broke down everything my dog needed . I agreed to proceed with what was most important for her at that moment, since she had been dealing with skin discomfort for several days. From the very same day the doctor applied the treatment, we began to see a clear improvement ✨. I want to thank the doctor and her assistant for their excellent service . From now on, she will be my dog’s primary veterinarian, and the best part is that we are neighbors here in SeaTac . Once again, thank you very much ❤️.

Fantastic experience: I wish I knew about Airport Vet Clinic years ago. I was recommended this clinic as part of our USDA Health Certificate BOAS examination. From the minute we booked (a weekend too, so easy) and arrived it was AWESOME. My dogs weren't scared and Dr. Sidhu was so gentle and patient. What I wasn't expecting was such reasonable prices for such expertise and skills. Dr. Sidhu not only helped with advice, and the was able to speed up the process with her extensive network system. We are now about to travel to our forever home and couldn't have done it without Airport Vet Clinic. This place holds a special place in my heart for helping my four legged kids.

Negative experience: They did get us in quick so that was nice. My dog was very sick and needed bloodwork. The doctor started rattling things off and we asked about the cost. Her reply was "how much money do you have then we will see what we can do". I gave my number and she came back with almost $300 over. Then she suggested 5 shots and fluids. So, almost $300 over what I said I could do and that's what she did. When I asked about bloodwork I was told that was going to be another $350. It was close to $700 and now my dog is dead! Had she started with bloodwork I wouldn't have had to go to another vet and spend another $700+.

Negative experience: At least this year, and after several visits, this clinic is dirty. Every corner and wall has built up dirt, dust, and fur. Cannot be sterile. They get you in fast and they'll work with you nicely but the clinic itself needs better upkeep. Anything other than topical treatments I would go somewhere else unless it gets cleaned.

Fantastic experience: The reviews here are polarizing; however, I understand that everyone's experience will be different and may vary. I'll offer my honest opinion. I've been bringing my dogs to Airport Veterinary Clinic for the past four years, and I'm always satisfied with the care they receive. Dr. Sidhu is incredibly friendly and approachable, always making us feel comfortable and heard. I appreciate the clinic's flexible hours, including being open on Sundays, which is very convenient for my schedule. Medical visits can be expensive, no matter where you go. Even though Airport Vet is a private practice, their prices are reasonable, and I like how they offer special promotions throughout the year. To touch more on convenience, the clinic even offers boarding, though I haven't used that service yet. If I have any criticism to offer, it would be that the clinic doesn't maintain electronic records at this time (that I know of); my pets' files are hardcopy. The clinic's reasons for their record keeping strategy are their own; my main concern is my pets' health. After my most recent visits (three in the last two months), I can report that the clinic is clean and looks to be maintained quite well. Overall--and most importantly--I trust Dr. Sidhu with my dogs' health and well-being. I've had both of my puppies neutered under her care with no issues. Trust is the main reason why I keep coming back year after year. I very much recommend paying Airport Vet a visit!

Negative experience: SO UNPROFESSIONAL: We went to this clinic and i talk to doctor myself and even assistance about how much you guy’s going to charge and she said 700 max for both kittens and when they did all the vaccines and surgery for 1 she charged us 1,200 dollars for both she doubled the price and add more things like she is in heat . She was not in heat she was 5 months old. THEY CHARGE PEOPLE OVER PRICED WHAT THEY QUOTE FOR SO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RIPPING PEOPLE OF BECAUSE THEY WILL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPAYED HERE OR OTHER VISITS.

Negative experience: Dr. Sidhu was kind during our visit. However, she poked my sibling with a needle, overcharged us by $500 for vaccinations we did not need (we received a quote from another vet 2 weeks later), and the assistant held our 23 year old chihuahua out in the air, by the armpits because she "didn't want her nice clothes to get peed on". We went to another vet 2 weeks later & their exam revealed our dog had arthritis; this was not found during the initial exam at Airport Vet. They lost our old records and refused to send the current records over to our new vet. The vet was recommending anesthesia for a 23 yr old dog for nail clipping & blood work that wasn't needed as, despite her age, our dog received a clean bill of health from her new vet. Lastly, the office smells strongly of urine. Our dog was nervous and moving during the visit, but the vet and the vet assistant's animal handling left alot to be desired. We took our dog to another vet where they were able to complete her exam without any issues; she was even wagging her tail the whole time. We met someone in the community who's also used Airport Vet and they reported a similar experience where anesthesia was being recommended for a very young puppy even though it was not necessary; by researching independently, we found that this can be really risky for old/young animals. **Edit after owner response: you charged us $800 total for subcu fluids, vaccinations, & dewormer. These were not necessary for our dog, per the new vet/exam we received 2 weeks later. Anesthesia should not have been pushed for a dog that age, especially one who didn't need it. Our dog doesn't have teeth & is 9lbs, wiggling around because she was scared of the way you guys were handling her is hardly a safety issue for you & your staff. The final straw was my sibling being stabbed with the needle while you were trying to do subcutaneous fluids; in my almost decade of fostering/owning dogs/cats who've needed subcu fluids, I've never had that happen. I stand by my review and hope others will do their research and seek care elsewhere when things seem off, for their safety and their pets.

Negative experience: This place is a scam! We missed our flight because the vet clinic forgot to sign the health certificates! They also didn’t actually do a health exam, they’re just a scam clinic making money off people trying to fly with their pets! We were charged $680 for the certificates they forgot to sign and offered no refund when we missed our flight because of their error.

AVC took us in and dillegently worked all day and through the early evening to ensure before my 5 am flight the next day i had a valid cert. thank you AVC for not letting my little buddies be stranded.

Fantastic experience: Know how to communicate and know what they are doing, came with my 7 litter of puppies and helped with any information I needed, also very nice people :)

Negative experience: I felt baited in by the $26 exam fee, but when my cat was diagnosed with an abscess, I was told the cost for draining etc, was $460ish, and I'm on disability. I finally accepted the high cost, but was then informed of the additional costs, for sedation, injections for pain medication, antibiotics, anti inflammatory, oral antibiotics and pain meds for home, etc etc. this was a rescue and a 8mo old kitten who I'd had for less than a week. I had to turn down a couple of things but I still paid over $800, everything I had in savings. I've since learned that a majority of vets will spay or neuter an animal free of charge, and friends are appalled that this vet didn't even mention it could've been done, while he was already under anesthesia. she did an ok job with the abcess, but I overheard another client speak of how much more the final bill was than what they agreed on. so I think this happens frequently and I'm currently in search for a new vet with transparent business practices.

Fantastic experience: I had traveled to Seattle to catch a flight to Japan. Unfortunately, it was delayed by a few days which made me have to get a new USDA health certificate for my cat (it can only be eligible for 10 days). Dr. Sidhu was able to get me a new certificate within 24 hours!! She was very knowledgable about my situation AND was able to get the USDA approval by the time I needed to fly to Japan. She is AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: This place has amazing service , the person on the front desk help us a lot and the doctor was so wonderful. They even give us a big discount thank you for helping my niece for taking care of her cat YUMI ❤️❤️ appreciate It so much

Negative experience: I came in to have a health certificate issued for my dog. Upon arriving at the Airport Vet Clinic, I was appalled at their lack of professionalism as the front desk lady started chasing my dog in order to get her microchip number. This was just the start however, I never even saw the veterinarian who is supposed to sign the health certificate, the front desk lady frantically scribbled the information down on their 'certificate' and electronically signed it and gave it back to me. The requirement for Hawaii is a wet signature not electronic. They charged me $440 for the health certificate to Hawaii which is significantly more expensive than other vet clinics. When I arrive in Hawaii, the animal control employees said this health certificate is not valid as it did not have a wet signature and also did not have the certificate number, I have since brought up the issue with the clinic and vet Dr. Sidhu but they refuse to help or acknowledge their mistake, in fact, Dr. Sidu showed further lack of professionalism by yelling at me trying to defend herself. She said she would follow up with me on this issue but of course they have not done so. If anyone is travelling to Hawaii and needs to generate a health certificate, do not use this clinic they are not professionals and should not be considered so.

Fantastic experience: Needed to change vets and tried this clinic out. Staff and doctors are very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: took our 7 week old kitten here for shots. was clearly told $60 over the phone, only for it to come out to over $110. vet is verbally abusive to secretary and in front of customers (awkward) appointment was for 12 but we weren't seen until 12:30 and they still had the audacity to charge us $40+ for an office fee. the people seen before us too had a kitten and the vet didn't even bother cleaning the kitten scale beforehand. i had to ask for them to clean it as there was clearly hair on it. super gross

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. End up paying more than over the phone price unbelievable ,Dr was not clear on price and ended paying twice the amount. We will not return. front desk lady was nice other than that it’s a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE U HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and happy to provide quarantine and health check for an avian health certificate, working with us to support a difficult schedule. They mentioned they're starting to work more with birds and I would be happy to take ours there again.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vet clinic, always up front with their pricing, fair pricing, and efficient. She had us in and out very quickly while addressing our needs. I didn’t feel pressured to add services, but the benefits were explained to me. It’s a small clinic that’s been around for a long time

Positive experience: UPDATE: After switching to a more professional clinic, I've realized that here is certainly NOT the place you want your pet to have a teeth removal. Because well.. they DON'T possess an X-ray machine. It really makes no sense to me why they offer teeth removal without having to look at pets' teeth X-ray? I didn't know any better so yes, I did get my baby's teeth removed here because his teeth were wobbly (he's 11) and because I've been going here for years. Dr. Sidhu then proceeded to get him under anesthesia and removed 3 of his wobbly teeth + deep cleaning. I have to make this clear that nothing major happened and my baby was completely okay but guess what? His breath still smells bad. And the problem was? There were A LOT of teeth that are rotting deep under his gum. But they wouldn't know, since they didn't have X-ray. I only found out about my baby's bad teeth about 6 months later cause he seemed to be in pain (couldn't eat, chew, play) and stopped being active. Then I instantly had to find a better clinic and as a result my baby had 10 of his teeth removed. Aaaand his breath smells all fresh now! I mean.. they didn't do my baby or me wrong, it's just that it's such a BIG WASTE of money and time for me (~$1100, I'm still a student...) to put my baby under a medical procedure that didn't even help much. Not forgetting to mention about the risks of anesthesia... No one wants to have their baby to be under anesthesia so many times, right? So if you can't do it properly, Dr., please don't do it at all. Because of your unprofessionalism, I had to put my baby under anesthesia AGAIN within the same year. On a side note, only after switching clinics, I've learned that my baby has been having a heart murmur. SOMETHING THAT I NEVER GOT TO KNOW WHILE GOING HERE. And I've been with Dr. Sidhu for quite a while... 8-9 years? She never took exams seriously either, does anyone relate? P/S: Well, I guess Airport Vet is still a pretty decent place to go to if you need to get your baby treated immediately for something like stomache, diarrhea, pain, etc. They usually can take you in for a same-day appointment. My baby did tend to feel better whenever I had to take him here. All in all, I hope this review gives you some kind of information so that you'll know what you're getting yourself and your baby into. Please only do what's best for them! I've been here for many years with my dog, Peanut and Dr. Sidhu has always been very helpful both to me and my dog. Thank you Dr!

Positive experience: My appointment was lost but luckily I called to verify before I left home and they were able to squeeze me in. I scheduled with airport vet clinic because I needed an international health certificate for my dog to travel and most vets I called don't do it anymore, cost an arm and leg, or didn't sound confident in what they needed from me in order to process effectively. Airport Vet Clinic knew exactly what I needed and handled the transaction smoothly, despite the appointment mix up. I'll come back and update to 5 stars, hopefully, once the process is complete and I have the signed USDA certificate in my hand!

Negative experience: Overcharged me for injections. I paid $161. First off, I didn't know that she wanted to give two. They didn't even explicitly tell me the price before administering them and just told me to sign a paper. This is after their apparent discount. Seems like a scam company. They don't even have a legitimate receipt system and wrote everything by hand. Unbelievable. The vet is also unprofessional and constantly texting clients and rescheduling.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this vet!!came on a Sunday with my dog having getting bit in the mouth...she did surgery and fixed her as good as new!!!love this vet!!!!
