Fantastic experience: I accompanied my son to Affordable Oral Surgery a couple of weeks ago. The wait was short, the front desk ladies very nice, respectful and ready to answer any questions we had. Perfect customer service. The dentist also did a great job, was kind and the procedure was painless. He got scheduled for next appointment in a couple of weeks. We definitely need more clinics like this especially for the patients battling addiction and have a hard time to take care of their teeth and health in general. Thank you Affordable Oral Clinic!

Negative experience: This place won’t let the caregiver stay with patient. When explaining what going on to client still did not let patient get caregiver. Sent patient home without helping and without explaining correctly to patient. Not happy with the service here

Negative experience: My daughter had all of her teeth. Pulled out on the bottom, and they only offered her Tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain that is crazy. They could have given her two or three pain medication to get her through the night.

Fantastic experience: The wait time to get into an appointment was a long process, we were rescheduled for our first consultation. The care, their patience, and the end results were absolutely worth the wait though. We have an elderly family member, who was really in need of dentures after years of neglecting to be seen by medical providers. Their new dentures have been such a positive change in their life, it’s amazing to see. Their facility is clean, their front staff was very kind and helpful, their back office staff was wonderful as well. Great practice, would recommend to anyone in need of dentures.

Negative experience: My husband’s appointment was scheduled for 2:05 PM. After he arrived, the office attempted to cancel and reschedule the appointment. It is now 4:11 PM, and the tooth has still not been extracted. My husband took time off work to attend this appointment, and the continued delays are especially concerning given that the tooth is infected.

Fantastic experience: My wisdom tooth extraction could not have gone better! They pulled my two top wisdom teeth, and I had zero pain other than the minor pain of numbing the area. The doctors were very knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: Everything was as described. Staff was kind, considerate and professional. Considering the amount of effort one of my extractions required, I was extremely surprised to have minimal swelling or pain. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: They were supposed to call in post operation pain medication and they DID NOT! This left their patient in total agony after having all his top teeth removed! I’m so upset and angry I’m crying and shaking.

Fantastic experience: It was great. 7 teeth pulled no pain at all not even from the novacaine. I'm very sensitive to dental pain and this team can pull teeth painlessly. My other dentist took forever and caused the worse pain in my life worse then being gutted like a deer or being shot. If I knew I could enjoy it like I did at affordable i would have had only them, 1 provider all my life. I can't believe how many bad dentist are out there and doctors. They should have a law all college transcripts with grades posted at place of employment reasons for separations etc.. Affordable was a safe and no pain experience for me

Negative experience: This business is operating with unsafe medical/dental practices that endanger patients. My 15-year-old daughter went there and was put under anesthesia without asking her weight or age. Parents are not allowed in the room during procedure, which to me is already a red flag but my daughter’s mother observed the assistant through the window from the outside in the evening time violently, shaking my daughter in order to get her to wake up from the anesthesia when she was not ready. The next day, my daughter suffered a very sore chest and minor bruising. I am reporting this business as I am also seeing many accounts of the same mistreatment and unprofessionalism. Do not get work done here, especially on your children. It is unsafe.

Negative experience: They were very rushed and very aggressive after my wisdom tooth removal, as i was barely waking up from anesthesia. A trainee or a untrained nurse was violently rubbing my chest to get me to wake up from anesthesia instead of taking the proper procedures as to waking me up. And not only was she in the room with me ALONE she left me by myself for a brief minute or two to go look for another doctor while i was still unconscious. As soon as i opened my eyes they wheeled me out of the building barely able to walk. They removed all four of my wisdom teeth in barely 30 minutes which is concerning. And did not ask all of the important questions before the surgery (weight hight, etc.) they did ask age and the last time i ate. Also they did NOT make sure my vitals (blood pressure heart rate etc.) were at safe levels before i left. I was still unconscious under anesthesia without vitals after the surgery which is dangerous. I would recommend taking your bussines elsewhere especially if you have kids going there or are concerned about the overall safety and quality of your surgery.

Negative experience: I recently traveled to have a tooth extraction done. The procedure itself went fine, but I left feeling like maybe I was an inconvenience for being there. I had scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance, and my husband took time off work so I could make it. The day of my appointment, I was asked to come in on Friday instead, but since that didn’t work out, we came the same day they called. During the visit, things felt rushed. I want to sincerely apologize if my visit came at a difficult time, but I also want to gently say — please slow down. I started feeling nauseous on the way out and even got sick, likely from the numbing medicine. At one point, I felt like I was choking a bit due to how quickly everything was happening. It left me feeling like maybe I shouldn’t have come at all, and now I’m honestly more nervous about going back or getting any future dental work. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes that others can have a calmer, more comfortable experience.

Negative experience: I drove almost an hour to get my dentist surgery paperwork. I'm in front of the clinic. The map shows it's open, but actually the door is locked and the clinic is closed.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience here was absolutely terrible, and I will never return. Dr. Gray treated me very poorly and showed no patience or compassion. I’m terrified of the dentist and have PTSD from past experiences, but instead of helping me feel safe, he made everything worse. He began numbing my mouth only two minutes after turning on the laughing gas, even though I clearly wasn’t ready. When I raised my hand to let him know I needed a moment for the gas to take effect, something every dentist has told me is the proper thing to do, he became irritated and said he couldn’t continue after I raised my hand. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No patient deserves to be treated that way. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience. I had a lot of work done. They removed all my teeth and fit me for dentures. My dentist and the staff have been kind and extremely patient. I was givin all the information i needed to make my transition into my new teeth. I highly recommend to all, especially if you are nervous. You're in good hands.

Negative experience: Neighborhood is sketchy. The lobby is nice and open. Large kid's area to keep them entertained. Giant tv playing movies on mute. Check in process was smooth and quick. We felt good when my kid was called back. They were out in about an hour (4 wisdom teeth removed). Seemed too quick, however, I thought maybe things "just went smoothly". We left the building in a rush because my kid said they felt shaky and was experiencing level 8 pain. After sitting n collecting themselves, they shared what they had just gone through. Stating the doctor was very rough with the entire procedure. Stating they felt rushed and uncared for. Unprofessional bedside manner. My kiddo had tiny broken blood vessels all over her neck and face from the doctor roughhousing her face. I had re-entered the building asking who I could give some constructive feedback to. Once Taisha, ofc manager, finished with the patient in front of her she guided me to a room in the back. Her demeanor was aggressive and she had her eyebrows raised the whole time like she was hearing my words but not giving any importance to what I was saying. I explained the concern for my family's care. I advised I wasn't attempting to complain, only voicing constructive criticism, so no one else has to feel unsafe in their providers hands again. If yr looking for a caring staff and safe environment, look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly fast service, had a tooth extraction take all of 20 minutes, 15 of those minutes were just paperwork and x-rays. If you want work on your teeth over and done with fast, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I don't like going to see dentists. I was a nervous wreck. The nurse was very nice, informative, and responded respectfully to my anxiousness. The surgeon came in, he was pleasant, calm, and talked to me (and my husband) who was, by the way, allowed to stay in the room with me. He was fast, it took longer to numb my mouth than it did for the broken molars to come out. Not that i would want to go to an oral surgeons office, but if i had to, I'd go there, even though it can be a 2 hour drive.

Fantastic experience: I just picked up my teeth. Getting used to them is going to have a little learning curve. I have been happy with all the service I have received so far. They removed all my remaining teeth, fit me through all the healing, made my dentures and I have had a good experience through it all so far. I know some adjustments will have to be made to get the best fit, but I am confident I will end up with good comfortable dentures. **I have had my teeth for a week now. I went back for an adjustment, it took about 2 mins and my mouth feels so much better**

Negative experience: Horrible! The receptionists were nice but I was 8 mins late so they had me wait 1.15 mins to get seen. Then ... No doctor interaction, came in open my mouth gave me shots pulled my tooth and walked out. The dental assistant was okay but pretty dry with her interaction. It hurt, I was crying and they just said goodbye. It sucks that you have to go to someplace like that because it's the only place your insurance will cover but with that being said, there's no infection yet and no dry sockets so we can only hope that I heal well. Good luck if you have to use them.

Fantastic experience: Quick and efficient. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. The tech who checked me in was kind and very patient with all my questions. The oral surgeon was fast, with appropriate bedside manner, explaining things as he was working. As soon as I was numbed up he was pulling them out. I honestly thought he was only halfway through when in reality he was done with the extractions. Didn't feel much of anything.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible place to get a referral for surgery. I’ve been in the worst pain for the past week. I was referred to this place, and after multiple phone calls with no answer—and having to leave voicemails—I still received no response. When they finally call you back a day later, they give you false hope, saying they’ll speak to the surgeon and get back to you shortly. Guess what? They never call back. I told them multiple times: just let me know if you can’t do it so I can go elsewhere. Still nothing. If you’re considering going to this place, don’t waste your time—go somewhere else. After just one call to another clinic, I was able to set a time and date for surgery. This place is horrible. Absolutely terrible

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, the new dentist was so so rough with my extraction i literally have bruising all over my face and where my tooth was pulled so hard i started crying even being numb, oh and all ur getting after that is ibuprofen, iv had 2 kids naturally and I'd rather do that again then ever go back there absolutely horrible.

Negative experience: The front desk staff and assistant I had were very nice. The denist on the other hand, did not even wait until I was numb before he started jabbing needles in my gums and didn't wait for that to kick in before he ripped the tooth out of me. Negative experience: Worst place I’ve ever been , they did a botch job: I explained several times that I don’t numb up correctly and didn’t, I felt everything with more shots than I could count . Didn’t even dispense antibiotics. I suppose going into septic shock would be better than ever going there again !!! Stay away!!!!

Positive experience: Dr. Xu was incredible! He deserves 5 stars! Highly recommend him. Incredible chair side manner and great communication through the entire procedure. The experience with him was pain free. He constantly checked on my comfort and needs. I recommend him. I had multiple upper extractions to prepare for my dentures. WARNING! Avoid Dr. Grey if you expect anything besides speed. He did my multiple lower extractions and his communication and chair side manners were seriously lacking. I almost left before he started. I could feel every stitch at the end on my right side. I would not see him under any circumstances, again. The rest of staff was very kind and polite. I am grateful for my new smile coming next month and the overall speed the office could arrange for my procedures.

Negative experience: We had a very disappointing experience at that branch. The individual posing as a doctor behaved more like a gangster than a medical professional. Please cancel my appointment with him. If there is another branch available, kindly reschedule my appointment there.

Fantastic experience: I went there to take off the wisdom teeth. All the stuffs are really nice and friendly. They lovely to help patients to solve the problems and make the suggestions. Dr. Xu took off my wisdom teeth so quickly and I didn’t feel any pain and uncomfortable. He was telling me all the steps and let me did not feel nervous.

Fantastic experience: I had waited a long time to get my long gone teeth extracted for dentures. Was nervous on who to turn to. The extractions were done in Spokane. They did a great job! Fittings for dentures happened in White Center. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The denturist always had a smile on his face. Even when my ex-girlfriend was nagging him! The whole process went well. The only negative about the whole situation was the shipping to and from the office for the dentures. They were late on two different appointments and had to reschedule. This obviously had nothing to do with the office or the denturist himself. This is why I give them five stars. Thank you for this life-changing gift! Forever grateful! And a great job team!

Negative experience: I took my boyfriend to get his wisdom teeth removed- when he went for the initial exam he was never given the opportunity to even meet the “oral surgeon” who will be preforming the extractions. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, as he was signing the consent forms I noticed that it was a general dentist doing the extractions, not an oral surgeon. What puzzled me was the anesthesiologist aspect of it; it’s rare for a dentist to be licensed in it. They kept interchangeably using the term oral surgeon instead of dentist. I feel strongly that the patients are informed that it’s not a licensed oral surgeon but instead a general dentist. Oral surgeons have further training in extractions and further licenses vs a general dentist and I knew my boyfriend’s teeth were still somewhat impacted. I brought this up to the front desk receptionist and was shut down immediately in a combative tone and was told it’s the “same thing,” being a DA myself, I knew it wasn’t. One assistant told me that the oral surgeon was going to be doing the anesthesia, and the other assistant told me that an anesthesiologist was going to do it and then the oral surgeon was going to do the extractions. It was never made clear and it didn’t appear they even knew what was going on. Following that; when my boyfriend awoke out of the sedation hysterical, there wasn’t much information regarding the post pain medication and I wasn’t even given the prescribed strength of the codone. I asked him if he was ever given the chance to even meet the surgeon before being put to sleep and he wasn’t. The whole operation only took them 20 minutes which is suspicious knowing that he had all four, which leads me to believe the sockets weren’t as thoroughly cleaned out which can lead to dry socket. He wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics either for infection prevention nor an anti nausea pill for the codone. Overall, the experience could’ve been worse but the main takeaway is that patients aren’t being informed enough regarding the procedure, and aftercare.

Fantastic experience: It is my turn very quickly, which is a good point. Also, everything is explained very well and patiently, and the person is given enough time to ask their questions. I am very satisfied with this place. Overall, they are excellent.

Negative experience: The front desk and dental assistants were super nice and professional and then the dentist couldn’t care less that the nitrous was almost undetectable. He invalidated my past experience of being able to detect the feeling of nitrous and just told me I could go somewhere else. No compassion or kindness shown. I immediately accepted because I DO get anxiety from dental procedures and have no interest in having an un empathetic dentist pulling my tooth. No thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I always have an excellent experience at AOS. I had a quick and simple visit. We are on our way to a perfect upper plate. Russ and his team are service oriented in producing the best fit and classic smile one can possess. This first fit was smooth and comfortable. We have changed the original plan to the Acrylic denture. They look so much more natural and I'm sure they will more comfortable. I'm excited that I'll have a perfect upper plate soon.

Negative experience: The front desk is very nice that’s why I give two stars! The overall experience of trying to set up an appointment is very frustrating! I’ve called them multiple times within the last 3-4 months to schedule an appointment but at first I couldn’t because I didn’t have my referral paper BUT the lady DID SAY if I contact Seamar to retrieve my x-ray that will be able to work and that she’ll leave a note for the doctor and we will wait on a word from him.. boom a month later Im still waiting so I call and ask if the doctor has reached back so I can see someone soon! And, I get the response “no he hasn’t, do you have a referral so I can send it to the doctor so he can take a look” and I was upset because the last lady said she had left the note for them and the doctor as well.. then I tell her you guys have my X-rays because seamar had sent them then she goes to say the same thing that “we will leave a note and send it to the doctor and wait till he reaches back”.. haven’t heard a single damn word in a month again! After that I just give up because why are you guys going to tell me to have seamar send the xray and when they send it I don’t hear a single thing??? One-Two months later I start calling again to try to set up an appointment because of my pain and my wisdom teeth’s are already out out hurting the side of my mouth because it’s scraping the side of my mouth but I hear the same thing again! I start getting upset then start telling them about the time I’ve already waited to hear from them and the pain I’m going through.. then finally! This sweet front desk lady said if I call seamar to ask if they can fax the referral since they already have the xray then they will be able to leave a note and hear from the doctor. I get a call back a week or two later from them stating I need to get referral to a different oral surgery because the doctor said one of my wisdoms is close to a nerve which they gave me a new place to call and set up an appointment then they’ll send the referral so they see.. I call that place and they can’t even take me in till August! I get upset because I’ve already been waiting for 4 months with affordable oral surgery then the other oral surgery place is talking about they can’t see me till August when I’ve already been waiting for so long and my wisdoms are far out.. I call affordable back to let them know if that’s the only place for oral surgery that takes Medicaid because of the months I’ve already waited with them then have to wait another 3 with this oral surgery? It’s a no for me.. so they gave me Mercer island oral surgery and told me to give them a call to set up an appointment and they’ll send off the xray and referral! So I called Mercer Islands oral surgery place which they were closed and I have left them a message stating I’m wanting to set up an appointment and that affordable oral surgery sent a referral! Mercer island gives me a call on Monday and the week after that, THAT THEY STILL HAVENT RECIEVED NO REFERRAL! I’m getting upset because I’ve waited months and it seems like there’s some that knows what they’re doing and some that don’t with front desk. I would like to ask for a corporate number at this point because my wisdom teeth’s are far out and the months I’ve been waiting is UPSETTING because it seems like you guys just sit back and chill while people are in PAIN.

Fantastic experience: My experience is good with affordable oral surgery clinic staff. Staff and surgeon is very cooperative. I feel anxious before my tooth extraction but it was quick and pain free

Fantastic experience: The oral surgeon was amazing as well as the staff. Was a fairly quick process. My anxiety was pretty high and they were understanding and gave me time to relax and informed me of the risk of pulling a tooth with high blood pressure luckily it came down and I didn’t have to reschedule. I was anxious for no reason I was informed there would be pain but I actually had no pain. I am a little swollen but that’s usual. Definitely a place you can trust! Very happy with my experience and very happy to know that they care about their patients.

Positive experience: The Russian Male Dentist who works on my Dentures is HUGO and BOSS . He is a Good worker and is always in a good place when I visit. I do not usually complain but this has been an issue the last 2 appointments . I have waited in the lobby for a little over an hour and then exactly an hour today . It just seems like that is a little too long of waiting especially when we all have appointments . Make appointments . We should be USING those appointments also . Thanks for your Hard Work !!

Negative experience: The front desk staff are awesome now the dental assistant and dentist I seen today were very insensitive rough and slightly aggressive now I know removing teeth arent a easy job but when a patient says something hurts or there uncomfortable you shouldn't have a attitude or be rude. First off your pulling someone tooth out of there head hello even tho you numb someone don't mean they ain't going to feel something any way ugh. People are so insensitive #worstdentalexperience

Fantastic experience: Affordable Oral Surgery had me in & out in a timely manner, the front office ladies were very nice and informative, the dental assistant was very kind and professional, the dentist did an awesome job. 2 extractions and I barely felt any pain, received my meds right away, and I’m already healing just fine after the first day. Definitely recommending.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this place. I was traumatized as a child but now feel so good about going here. Doctor was so awesome and staff welcoming. Doctor was So patient and informed me of every step He was so gentle I have no reservations of going back again and encourage anyone else to do the same. Negative experience: Absolutely devastated? After being referred here by my daughters regular dentist I get a call a few days after, they say they need to do another exam I say I can't really drive up twice cause I don't have a vehicle and have to rent one. They oblige and ask me to get panoramics done by Valley View and have them sent over. I get the panoramics and still here nothing. So I call today and they pull up my daughters case and I'm told unfortunately the dentist only pulls 3 teeth at a time and they can't see me cause my daughter only needs 1 pulled. Our regular dentist insisted she get it pulled as soon as possible, that she would need sedated, because the tooth is in the sinus and she will need that hole surgically sewn up once the tooth was removed. SO I was very surprised to learn from this establishment today that they wouldn't see her unless she needed at least 3 teeth pulled because I did tell the receptionist the first time she only needed 1 tooth pulled. I am furious that they wasted my time when I could have been getting her seen somewhere else. Now she can't be seen til May 9th for a consult somewhere else which is not soon enough. Be wary of this place and make sure you ask all the questions before doing anything they ask of you cause you might waste your time like me.
