Fantastic experience: The best orthodontist in the area. Dr. White has been so supportive and proactive in helping our 8 year old with her teeth. We started going here when she was 5-6 for preventative care. They screened her and kept track of her teeth development and when she was ready we began treatment and the results have been extraordinary! Highly recommend!!! Update: my son also had treatment done by Dr. White. He corrected my son’s underbite which is a huge deal! This treatment has saved him from needing surgery in the future. We cannot express how grateful we are.

Fantastic experience: Christina provided exceptional care and customer service! I had a wire from my braces poking me and causing a lot of discomfort. I called the office at 4 PM, which was already after operating hours, and Christina kindly had me come in right away. She fixed the wire and made sure I was comfortable before I left. I truly appreciated her willingness to help even after hours. She was professional, caring, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Christina, for going above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with Dr White and his entire staff has been phenomenal! He’s been patient and kind with my high anxiety kids (and their mom!) and taken the process slowly enough that we’d be comfortable. He answers questions and explains everything very thoroughly. In addition his office works hard to make visits fun for patients with t-shirts, token/rewards for good brushing, and by bringing his dogs in for some love. We could not recommend this practice more highly.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are all very nice and welcoming, even Brody the dog! They have a fun token system where you can trade tokens for prizes and gift cards, and sometimes they even offer ice cream after your appointment. It was my first time getting braces, and they made the whole experience much easier. They clearly explained where the rubber bands should go and even included a helpful drawing on the packaging. They also provide a care package with things like a new toothbrush, pain relief, wax, and helpful pamphlets for anyone getting braces.

I selected real braces for a difficult adjustment and found the office extremely capable from start to finish. The innovative pre treatment imaging and 3d prospective helped motivate me tremendously. I never thought I’d enjoy such a clean smile and Dr. White did it!!! I work in direct, face forward patient care as a MRI technologist and a clean smile helps me in that role. The treatment team were always very attentive to my care and quality of work. Fantastic experience: My daughter’s braces journey was amazing! From her first day of spacers to the last day of braces, they treated her so well. It encouraged my youngest to do so in the near future! Another great experience is that whenever my daughter had any type trouble whether with the spacer, braces or retainer, they were quick to get us in! Front desk receptionist are always welcoming and all other staffs are great as well especially Brody We still have the retainer stage but I highly highly recommend White Smiles!

Fantastic experience: I started treatment for Invisalign while this clinic was under the supervision of Dr. Vandevanter, and to be quite honest, I wasn’t a big fan. When Dr. White took over, I had high hopes, and my goodness, he did not disappoint. While I think there is always room for improvement in every work environment, the change I’ve seen in this clinic has been substantial and something that does not deserve to go unnoticed. I went from dreading going to the orthodontist to waking up and saying, “Oh sweet, I have an appointment at Dr. White’s today.” A lot has improved, and I don’t doubt that it will continue to do so. I should also add that the improvement in treatment that my younger sister has received has been substantial. I would absolutely recommend Dr. White to anyone who is looking for a welcoming and professional orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: This place has been amazing throughout my life. I am a ‘life-time’ patient here since I was in elementary, and now I am going into highschool next year. They helped me through my hardest dental times, fixing my once busted up teeth into straight, nice lines. The staff here are very kind and helpful, offering good advice on any dental issues, whether it be your retainer or about braces. They helped me through all my struggles and issues, helped fix my retainer when it wouldn’t fit, helped with tightening and even fixing my brackets when they broke. I love everything about this place, their service is amazing and is one of the best orthodontists in the state.

Following appointments have been so much easier based on our consistently patients and understanding from everyone in the office. And they even have an office dog! Positive experience: White smiles staff is absolutely friendly and does a very good job of explaining what the action plan is for placing braces and dental procedures. They work well around cleanings with the dentist for removing wires and re- setting. Prices are also reasonable.

Fantastic experience: It was difficult for me to keep up with my dental health during college, as a result, I lost two molars. It was disheartening and embarrassing to be young and be missing teeth. I thought I would never be able to afford a smile. Thankfully, Dr. VanDevanter and Dr. White worked with my dentist, my surgeon, and myself to build an affordable plan to give me the smile I’ve never had. But I am very pleased with their kindness, and great work with my son.My son has Autism, so appointments are always different some smooth some very hard, but they are always so patient and kind to him. Fantastic experience: My kiddos and I only come to and trust Dr.White’s office for many reasons. They are great with all age groups and abilities. Although my 9 yr old hasn’t started treatment yet he was completely at ease with his 1st appointment and we have a game plan for his future needs. On top of being great with all age groups my oldest (16) has Cerebral Palsy and everyone is great with him too and have been flexible to make sure he gets the best treatment and outcome. Then there’s me I’m back in orthodontic treatment from when I had it done originally in NC at another provider and so far couldn’t be happier with how my teeth look now. I trust that they care about our best interest teeth wise and always let us know what’s going and how or what needs to be addressed or changed. On top of that the all the staff behind the desk to behind the chairs are kind and from the moment you step into the doors until you leave you’re greeted with smiles and compassionate care. I feel at ease coming here and will continue to do so for all my other 2 children and their orthodontic care should they need it.

Fantastic experience: My journey with White Orthodontics, formerly VanDevanter Orthodontics started about 7 years ago. My oldest daughter, now 19, needed pretty extensive treatment to correct her jaw and bite. She is also a cardiac patient whose ortho journey was different than people with a healthy heart. Dr. Vandevanter and staff were so attentive to her needs and treated her with the upmost care and respect. So when my other two daughters needed orthodontic services, it was a no brainer on where we’d get services from, White Orthodontics. Once my two younger daughters finish their orthodontic treatment, I will be getting braces and I couldn’t imagine getting care from anyone else other than the incredible staff at White Orthodontics.

The staff here were always welcoming, professional and answered my sometimes crazy questions politely and with tact. I really appreciated that. I was nervous taking my 9 year old son now that he requires orthodontic treatment but Dr. White and his team are so kind and welcoming. They explain things really well to kids (and adults) and have a lot of fun incentives to encourage patients to take care of their teeth and keep them motivated to complete their treatment. We all know braces aren’t always fun to have but Dr. White and his team make it a very positive experience. Highly recommend!
