Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Visiting a dental office is usually not very high up on a list of fun things that a normal person likes to do. However, far more than most, the Dibble Family Dental Clinic tries to make an exception to that norm. I’ve been going to the Dibble Family Clinic for years, and for good reason – an exceptionally friendly staff, good humor, and most importantly, quality dental care, where every procedure is clearly defined and explained. The word “family” is within the name of the Dibble Family Dental Clinic and that’s precisely how the team at the clinic makes you feel, like family. Even more, like friends. If you want a good smile, and maybe a hug, you know now where to find it. I cannot think of an establishment where I so often walk in with a smile and then leave with an even bigger smile, and gleaming! Dibble Family Dental are professional people, approachable, kind, and individuals I now consider part of my family, and good friends. And they all have beautiful smiles of their own! Outstandingly courteous, gentle, very efficient, very intelligent dentistry! You don't get a handshake at this dental office. You get a hug! :-)

They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Allison at the front desk is the first friendly face you see. Tara, the billing guru as I call her, will help you understand your insurance benefits and get the coverage so there are no surprises! Both dentists explain what they are doing as well as any recommended treatments. They are gentle, thorough and professional. Karen, the hygentist I saw, was outstanding in ensuring patient comfort, explaining her process, and reminding me to raise a hand if I ever needed a break. The cleaning I received was top notch. I would recommend Dibble Family Dentist to anyone looking for outstanding dental care and an office that provides assistance with your dental benefits. They make visiting the dentist more personal/patient care focused and not seem to be just a business.

Other places I went to normal just clean my teeth and never actually told me or show me how to take proper care of my teeth or what products to use. My father-in-law had a crown issue while he was in town a couple years ago and they took care of him, and he ended up recommending them to us. My wife and I have been going ever since and have been really happy. Allison always welcomes you when you walk in - super friendly and helpful every time. Tara (the only Giants fan I like) is awesome too and they make the experience easy. Cleanings and dental work are always on time and well done. Just a really solid, welcoming place overall.

Fantastic experience: Dibble Dental is one of the best dental offices I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in, the entire team is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’ve visited three times now, and each time I’ve been greeted by name. They even remembered details about my job and asked about my life, which made me feel seen and important, not just like another patient. The front desk team is outstanding. Allison, the front desk manager, is incredibly kind and helpful when it comes to understanding insurance, inputting information, and finding appointment times that work. Tara is also amazing. She goes above and beyond to advocate for patients, clearly explaining costs and making sure you are getting the most out of your insurance benefits. The clinical care is just as impressive. My hygienist, Karen, gave me one of the best cleanings I have ever had. She made comfort a priority by placing a memory foam pillow behind my head, worked efficiently, and checked in often, reminding me I could raise my hand anytime I needed a break. The dentists are gentle, thorough, and reassuring. Dr. Pat and Dr. Amanda are both incredibly kind and professional. They explain everything clearly, make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and go above and beyond during routine visits, including performing oral cancer screenings as part of standard care. Overall, I cannot recommend this office enough. If you feel nervous about going to the dentist, this is a safe, gentle, and highly professional place with excellent service and truly caring people.

First, they treat us like family and truly give personal attention and care, not only for our dental care, but have also developed a close relationship as friends. Secondly, the entire staff work together very well with an attitude of being there for each other. You sense a very positive climate throughout their entire office. Dr. Amanda is very knowledgable and competent in her work and communicates every step of the procedure with you in terms that you understand. Their equipment is state of the art and they are super competent in using all of it. Tara is very knowledgeable in dental insurance plans and procedures and ensures you know exactly what you are paying for. Billing someone never seems like fun but she has a great way of explaining your costs that makes sense and doesn't make you feel apprehensive. Allison is the first and last person you meet during your visit and she is always so kind and pleasant. She sets the tone for your visit. Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing and it doesn't seem like they are there just performing a job. Highly recommend Dibble Family Dental for your dental needs and care.

The doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff are keepin' it simple: kind, empathetic, honest, knowledgeable, respectful, humble, up-to-date, resourceful, and competent. I've always felt respected and safe at Dibble Family Dental. There are shady, rude, and stupid swindlers out there trying to make a buck. It's different here! While I don't avoid doctors and I stay on top of my health, I do battle with trust and anxiety because my experiences with various medical disciplines have been a let down at times, to put it lightly. It's very simple: Dibble Family Dental is a thriving practice because they're honest, caring, good at their jobs, and invest in the best tools. This is how it's done! And this is why I'm a dedicated patient here. I don't ever feel taken advantage of or lied to here by the doctors. It's nice to feel safe and to have hygienists who respectfully and competently make me as comfortable as they can given my tooth sensitivity. I've also gained some helpful advice for how to manage that sensitivity at home too. The Dibbles are droppin' mics. ✌

I have had some horrific experiences at a few different dentist offices in the past several years. Those experiences have deterred me from seeking dental care UNTIL now. I stumbled across Dibble Family Dental while searching for someone in my Medicare network. I have to say without a doubt this experience at Dibble Family Dental is by far the best I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Pat, Tori, Allison, and Tara are the people I had the pleasure of working with. I’m sure everyone else in the office is just as nice, caring and genuine as the 4 I mentioned. Their equipment is state-of-the art, their office is welcoming and comfortable. I have finally found my dentist!!

Negative experience: Pretty horrible experience not only did they Charge my insurance $400 but they didn’t actually tell me anything and didn’t give me any info on my exam for the surgeon just a referral that has no info on it about what I need done

Fantastic experience: True professionals and artists of their craft! The Dibble doctors have all the top tier tech, the X-ray’s are done with a hand held unit in your seat, the cleaning & polishing done with high-pressure water/air, they have a UV light machine to cure composite fillings, and my crown was scanned and fabricated in their office in less than 30 minutes. The expensive machines make the visits quick. To top it off, their staff is awesome and very welcoming, they explain everything in simple terms. I highly recommend this team for any dental work

Fantastic experience: Drs Pat and Amanda and their staff are the best dental team I've ever worked with. They are a one stop shop for myself and my extended family. Cleanings, fillings, and crowns (made on site the same day--no second appointment required). Dr Amanda put in my new "fake" tooth when all those root canals (by prior dentists) failed. Dr Pat could have crafted a night time sleep apnea appliance for me (if my sleep apnea level had not been so severe). It is rare to find such honest and genuinely caring healthcare providers. In my opinion, they are all "keepers".

Fantastic experience: I'm so thankful to have discovered Dibble Family Dental in Federal Way! After the horrible experience of cracking an old crown on my FRONT TOOTH a Sunday afternoon, I searched Google high and low for practices near me who offered cosmetic dentistry with positive reviews and called several leaving a (probably frantic) message about my situation with a plan to call again as soon as they opened. Sure enough, Monday morning rolls around and when I called Dibble Family Dental back, the patient coordinator, Allison, had already heard my message and started shifting the schedule around in anticipation of the possibility of fitting me in, which they did right away! I was seen by Dr. Amanda whose knowledge, kindness, and patience set me at ease right away. She took time to explain everything fully and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We came up with a short-term and long-term plan for my dental health together and the very next day she was able to get me in for a temporary crown and impressions for a permanent crown. I have full confidence in the excellence of dental care I received from the entire team. Everyone who I interacted with in the office was caring, friendly, and compassionate. They seem to have a strong collaborative team culture. When undergoing treatment, they prioritize patient comfort and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was doing ok. They ask a lot of questions to individualize patient care. I'm happy to say I'll be switching over to this practice moving forward!

Fantastic experience: These people are absolutely the most caring , and genuine people ! From the front desk , hygienist and Doctor it’s one step of greatness to the other and I’m not lying ! Literally you are treated with a warm welcome like family then next you’re greeted by the nicest lady Stephanie and she is just beyond wonderful ! The doctors are careful and sensitive along with personable really what else can you ask for ???!!! I really appreciate y'all and thank you for your wonderful service

Fantastic experience: Everything from the initial phone call to the actual appointment was very pleasant. It seems everyone wants the best care for you and Alison (the lady at the front desk) checked in on me throughout the appointment. It was my first time going to the dentist in years and I’ve never had such a welcoming vibe. This will definitely be the place I will go to for all my dental work, thanks guys you’re the best!

Fantastic experience: Like so many I neglected my teeth for years due to dislike of dental work. I wish I had found Dr. Amanda and Pat sooner. They make the experience palatable. I've been going every 3 months for the past 4 years. They are nice, gentle and always so positive. You will be very happy with your choice. My wife moved to them 2 years ago also after poor experiences with others.

Fantastic experience: Great customer care from the minute you walk in and check in with Allison, the “always smiling” patient coordinator. The hygienist Karen who is always thoughtful and caring, always asking if you’re doing ok. To the amazing Dr. Dibble(s) who take the time to tell you what you need and what you don’t. To finishing your visit talking to Tara about a treatment plan that best fits you and your health. For a guy who does not like going to the dentist at all, this was a great experience. I definitely recommend Dibble Family Dental to anyone who needs dental care.

Fantastic experience: Finding a Dentist I can trust is not an easy task BUT! I have with the Dibble Family. When I first started with them; I was weary cuz I had been screwed over by so many Dentists. I have take taken a few dental courses so I'm not so uninformed with the process. Amanda Dibble is my dentist. I trust her VERY much. She is not just a Fantastic Dentist. But a Super neat person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Fantastic experience: Only positive things to write about Dibble Family Dental! I have a long history of dental work throughout my life and have never experienced such attentive, kind, caring staff. Allison, the Patient Coordinator, is welcoming and sets a tone of warmth in the office. I would say you'll be in great hands seeing either doctor Amanda or Pat! I get the sense that both Amanda and Pat want you to be as invested in your dental health as they are. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Tara, the Financial Coordinator, did a fantastic job walking me through my insurance coverage. Plus, she has a great sense of humor! I could keep writing, but suffice to say: pick Dibble Family Dental!
