Fantastic experience: I heard many positive comments about this dental clinic and its excellent implant procedures, so my wife started her implant treatment here about 10 months ago and completed it last month. She was extremely happy with the results. Throughout the entire process, she experienced virtually no pain, and her new teeth look natural and perfect. Because of her positive experience, I decided to begin my own implant treatment here two weeks ago. So far, everything has been going very smoothly, and I have experienced almost no pain at all. In addition, the doctors and staff are truly friendly, caring, and professional. They have made every visit comfortable and pleasant. I am very satisfied with both the treatment and the service, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental implants.

Negative experience: They are all kind, but I can't trust the dentist here. He did not consider other options to avoid extracting the teeth and placing implants. They are eager to persuade or threaten patients to make quick decision, so they can get paid. They even offered me big discount if I pay the full amount in cash up-front. I saw other dentist and got different opinion than this dentist. I am so glad I didn't go this place. This place even suggested me not to utilize insurance. I guess they can't really prove the necessity of the procedure to the insurance company

They are happy to answer all your questions and give explanations down to the simplest of tasks as how to floss in an area that might be a difficult area to maintain. Everyone I've met so far, too many to name, have been professional, pleasant, and polite. Fantastic experience: I established care with Clarity because of Google reviews. I understand why their office has such high ratings now. The staff is courteous and customer centric and Dr. Lee has great bedside manners. He is knowledgeable and I feel cared for not just a patient in the queue. Jamie, the in-house benefits coordinator, is wonderful. She is very responsive, patient when explaining coverage, and does not let transactions dictate her engagements. She may be part of the reasons why they have such loyal customers. I am thrilled to have found them and Clarity will be my dentist indefinitely.

Fantastic experience: I started going here just because it’s close to my house, and we’ve had such a great experience, both myself, hubby, and our 4 small kids. They are always very thorough, answer all my questions, and always on time. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a few minutes to be called back. Also the text feature is so helpful for me as a busy mom. I can text them with rescheduling needs or other questions and they always respond quickly. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Lee, K for over 10 years now. He’s an amazing dentist, trustworthy and dependable. I used to work for a dentist and I know how important it is to have a honest dentist. some out there will recommend work that you don’t need. I know I experienced it when I first moved back 10 years ago, another dentist was recommending to root canal ($1800) a fallen crown, I knew for a fact that I didn’t need it since I saw the X-ray. I even sent the X-ray to a dentist friend (out of town) to confirm my suspicion. You can’t find a better dentist in the Federal Way area. The manager (Jamie) goes bend over back wards to help my family with insurance and the hygienist (Taylor and Roshanna) are exceptional; very thorough and yet gentle. Be patience, get on their books, you will love the outstanding care they will provide.

I would like to say that after my tooth was pulled i received an information sheet for after care. Good information but it was missing about the day of. With gauze in the mouth. How often to change it, 3 pieces of gauze was received. How long to keep it in and how long to keep putting constant pressure on the area,which is difficult to do in the front. And when to know gauze is no longer needed. And not to sleep with gauze in the mouth, my family told me this. Then I didn't know when I could drink water! Please know I like this dentist and his staff. Very good people

Fantastic experience: I had not been to a dentist in several years. I suffered a broken tooth and since I had moved across the state I had no dentist in the area. They came highly recommended so I called them first thing in the morning on the day before a three day holiday weekend and they took me that day! It was a great experience with a very friendly staff and dentist. They took care of me in my time of need! I still hate going to the dentist but the outcome was the best that I could have ever hoped for.

Negative experience: Not accountable I had a implant the first time it fell out the whole implant he changed the screw. On Thanksgiving it broke off eatting regular Thanksgiving dinner lucky I didn't swallow it .he say I need more teeth to have a balance it out in my mouth like 10.000 dollars three on one side two on the other and don't know if he can get the peace out that broke of witch would mean starting over that would be 3 thousand dollars. All that he wants to put in it would cause 9 or 10 thousand dollars.
