Fantastic experience: After several horrible experiences with other dental offices, we have finally found a place that feels like home. From the moment I called the office to set up appointments, to being welcomed when we came in for our appointments, to the care we received during our cleanings and maintenance work, the experience has been wonderful. Michelle is a breath of fresh air with her joyful approach to everything, and Dr. Shaya is so kind and caring. I felt listened to, had my questions answered in detail, and the thing that stood out to us was that there was constant communication in everything that was being done during our procedures - which is so important, especially for us nervous nellies. Dr. Shaya's expertise and experience shines through in her efficiency and confidence in everything that she does. I am so happy to have finally found a dental office that cares about their patients.

Positive experience: Payton the dental assistant was very good! She made me comfortable and was very conversational. She took all my images,patiently and was considerate. I liked the fact that there were books for kids to read as my son kept busy reading books while I received treatment. It's a nice dental office but they need to upgrade on the aeration,furnishings as it does have a dark,musty look when you get in.

Negative experience: Nice staff, but I’m still having pain from fillings done with Dr. Shaya. It’s been months but I still cannot chew anything on that side. Every time I go back to have her look at it she shaves more of my tooth down. Very frustrating experience overall.

I had the pleasure to meet Dr Shaya for the first time after having known and worked in a practice with Dr Chamber the Dad since 1979, before the younger Dr. Chamber's was even in dental school. Once he graduated I had the pleasure to work with both Father and Son. I love them both dearly. I can not sing their praises enough! Even though I was happy for Earl to enter retirement, I was alittle sad for me to be with a different provider. Negative experience: Second time my appointment from this dentistry has been canceled. I have opted to find a new dentist. Zero respect for anyone’s time. Very incompetent staff. There’s a reason why you’re able to get quick appointments- because everyone is leaving. The new owner is terrible.

Nevertheless, she provided easy to understand feedback along with the utmost sensitivity throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Dr. Liu is an exceptional dentist. She was the top of her class and is an expert in her field. It's incredibly hard to find healthcare providers in Maryland that are this well educated. You can tell she really cares about her work. I have not worked with Dr. Chambers but since this is such a small practice I know he is not hiring amateurs, nor is one himself. Staff is busy but works hard.

I was in and out in about 45 minutes with clean health and some suggestions that I need to adhere to (like flossing everyday and using electric toothbrush). Loved that my fluoride treatment was a paste that the hygienist applied instead of that super yucky mouthwash! I highly recommend Chambers Family Dentistry!

She also made sure I understood everything she was telling me- explained how to care for my implant and what to look out for in case of infection. She was very thorough and personable. Negative experience: Be careful, you never know when they are trying to charge you more money. I gave this place three opportunities and the three times they tried to charge me more. I just went for a cleaning and they did what they wanted to do.
