Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. I was greeted by name upon arrival, brought back promptly, and Nicole did an outstanding job with my scans and photos. She walked me through the treatment process and plan efficiently, answered my questions with confidence, and made everything easy to understand. The doctor was running a few minutes behind, but his personality and professionalism more than made up for the brief wait. Everyone on the team was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. I came in expecting an Invisalign consultation and left genuinely looking forward to starting treatment here. If this first visit is any indication of what’s to come, I know I’m in great hands.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for Dr Martin and his AMAZING staff! They all are always so friendly and helpful. Dental procedures can sometimes make you feel nervous or anxious but my kids have never had any fear and they look forward to going in- I think that speaks volumes about the office!! Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews, however, when something is exceptional, it must be acknowledged. Such is the case with Dr. Martin and his wonderful team of assistants. It's tough enough straightening out my twins in life but relying on Dr. Martin to do the same for their teeth was the perfect choice. Not only was the staff professional in every way imaginable, they also added a personable comfort to every visit for my twins. Simply put, they provided outstanding service and I would highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team for anyone's Orthodontic Care. Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience. Our dentist referred our 7 year old to Dr Martin for free orthodontics consultation and we got in within the same month. The place is so fun for kids and my daughter loved it there despite being apprehensive since this was her first time there. They did free Xrays and Dr Martin told us to come back for a check up next year. We were so happy with his warm personality, diligence and ethics. I was very surprised we were not charged for this amazing experience. I will not chose another orthodontist when/if we actually need one.

Both of my daughters were completely at ease with him and seemed to enjoy his style of practice. I appreciated the wonderful working relationship Dr. Martin has with his assistant, who apparently has been working with Dr. Martin for 20 years! It says a lot about a practice when people spend decades working with each other. I'm grateful to Dr. Baker at Dentistry for Children for the referral to see Dr. Martin.

Negative experience: 6 years here through 2 kids and I definitely don’t recommend coming here. My main issue is the way Dr Martin speaks to my children. He is very condescending rude to them. Wait times are excessive, we are in the waiting room an average of 20-30 and at least another 15-30 minutes in the chair. Their hours are difficult for scheduling and if you have to reschedule, it’s going to be a month before they get you in. I took my third child to a different orthodontist and we have had a much better experience. If you value your time and want your children to be treated with respect, don’t come.

He takes the time to explain the treatment plan in detail and makes sure we have all our questions answered before we leave the office. Carrie is our favorite technician. My daughter is always well-cared for throughout her entire treatment. Not only she goes above and beyond to explain procedures to my daughter with visual aids, and child friendly methods, she also put in great effort to make sure the treatment is as painless and comfortable as possible. Of course besides that, they give my daughter beautiful teeth and bright smile!

They greet you immediately with a smile and everyone is always accommodating. The doctor is one of the best! He is full of personality, compassion and knowledge.
